The restaurant is very big and it looked like they had a large room in the back if you have a group of 10 or more. It is ideal for families but you have to ask what's on the kids menu. They have one just not printed out. We went with the Alfredo Pasta with chicken for the kids and one order could have feed three people. The portions are huge so go into your lunch or dinner knowing that. We didn't go for the pizza because our server recommended the lunch calzone which was about the size of my head. Not joking at all. He said the dough was made from scratch and you could tell in the craftsmanship of the cooks in the back. Conveniently located Just a stone's throw from the cruise port, Zarrella's is an ideal stop for travelers looking to enjoy a hearty meal before heading out to sea. It was also walkable from almost every hotel. Zarrella's Italian & Wood Fired Pizza stands out for its authentic flavors, welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service. Whether you're a local or just passing through, it's a great spot to savor some Italian comfort food.

It sits right on A1A in Cape Canaveral, just beyond the traffic light as you cross the Cruise Ship Terminal. Parking is plentiful, easy to access, and easy to get in and out of. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and inviting. The service was top-notch, and our waiters were extremely knowledgeable about the menu, including how everything was prepared. One thing that really stood out to me was the freshness of the food. There are no heating lamps keeping plates warm and no "Chef Mike" (microwave) shortcuts. Everything is made to order, exactly the way you want it. They have a great regular menu, but they also offer specials, which is what I went with. I had the NY Strip special, and it was cooked to perfection! The steak was incredibly well-seasoned and paired with a zucchini and squash medley that tasted like it had just the right touch of truffle oil and garlic. It was seasoned perfectly. I normally don't eat zucchini or squash unless they're prepared a certain way, and this was exactly how I like them. Absolutely delicious! I highly recommend stopping in and giving this place a try. Be sure to take a look around at all the space-related items throughout the restaurant--they add a really cool Cape Canaveral touch to the experience. Great food, great service, great atmosphere, and a memorable evening. You won't be disappointed!
