I am naturally skeptical of corporations and franchises, but one of two reasons this spot gets full marks from me is because of John who was attentive and great throughout the ordering and delivery process. The spicy chicken sandwich was satisfyingly delicious as Chick-Fil-A is known for. The other reason it gets full marks is due to their specialty S'mores Milkshake that is one of the most delicious milkshakes I've ever had. It's so good, that I forgot how popular it was with nosy children (beware) as well as that it doesn't even lose a star for its complete dedication to detrimental automotive-focused urban design and not for creating a positive multi-modal, dense, walkable environments that benefits our health and environment. read more

On travels down to Miami, I stopped off to grab breakfast. This location is fairly close to I-95 and makes it convenient. We went inside and were the only ones there around 8am on a Friday. The ordering process was easy, and we grabbed a seat at the hightop bar looking out the window. The lobby was fairly large and very clean. I ordered a chicken biscuit, parfait with granola, and an orange juice. The chicken was a generous size and filled up the biscuit and tasted really fresh. The taste of the yogurt was amazing. I wish there was more fruit on the yogurt because it was sparce. I appreciate the bottled OJ. I was told the chicken minis and hashbrowns were delicious and crispy. Overall, I had an enjoyable breakfast here and great service. read more

Ohh chick fil A. I love you but I really hate if im behind 3 cars and my food is ready. I have to wait for the other cars to get their food. Also if my food is sitting on that table for more than a minute imma be mad. Lol Fake friendly vibes. But whateves! read more

We live pretty close to this Chick-fil-a...but we drive by it to the N.Wickham Rd location. Save your time and headache of stopping at this location. More often than not we have items missing or made wrong. The quality of food is very inconsistent. read more

Ordered a chicken sandwich, got a tiny, overcooked leftover piece. I usally love this place but letting this go out the door is embarrassing. This location went down hill in the last few months. Doesn'tseem like it has goid management, the employees don't . Do better. read more

Stopped by Chick-fil-A and ordered the #1 with lemonade, and as always, everything tasted great and was super fresh. The lemonade was the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. Despite the usual busy crowd, the line moved very quickly, and I was impressed with how efficiently they handled the rush. Another great experience at Chick-fil-A! read more

Every time my family comes and places a large order, they forget something. This time my kids food. This time we asked is everything in there? They stuff food for a family of four into one bag that does not even close so it's impossible to look before we leave without spilling everything? Are they trying to save on bags or something? Then you have to call customer service and they say they can ask for a refund. WHAT?! I paid for it, didn't get it and now I have to ask?? While now having to make food for my kid that didn't get theirs. I also got a very soggy and yet also crumbly bun on my chicken sandwich. The bread was past expiration. I'll stick with the other Viera location. read more

One of the nicest Chick-fil-A's I've been too, really big too... My oldest son and I stopped in to get a quick bite to eat on our way to some other festivities for the evening. As always, the drive-thru line was long, the parking lot was sorta full, but the indoor dining area was simply not that busy. I was impressed by the relative friendliness of the folks working and more impressed by how quickly our order was delivered to the table. They are certainly super efficient at this locale. So why the 4-stars only? Well, I hate, actually, despise the fact that I have to go back up to the counter to get a refill of my drink. Other franchises in the area have the drink machine out where the patrons can serve themselves. Why not here? Makes no sense. They certainly have the room for it. Other than that, it's a very solid instance of this brand. read more

This is the worst Chick-fil-A we have been to and unfortunately, is the closest location to our home. Every single order is wrong or missing something. It has become a joke with our family to guess what will be missing from our bag. Even the chicken isn't the same as the Wickham location. We call the Wickham location the "good Chick-fil-A" because it's that much better and they get the orders right. Just seems like there is also high turnover at the Viera Blvd location. It's worth it to drive a few more minutes to the Wickham location...plus they have a mobile pick up lane! read more

This location is consistently bad. Fries are always awful with either too much salt or no salt, over or under cooked. Chicken can be weird. Salads most of the time have wilted lettuce mixed in. Service is fine, not anything special. read more

I'm back writing another review for this location. I decided to give it another chance while in the area... idk what the heck is going on here but it's like all the employees are aliens wearing human skin suits. I'm not trying to be funny, the people who work here are so weird and just... off. They genuinely make me feel like I am inconveniencing them when I drive up to order, ask for sauce, or tell them they forgot a part of my order. Idk if it's because they're all teenagers but it's NOT giving what CFA typically gives. Not very demure, not very mindful. Skip this bizarre location altogether & drive to the whickam one instead. read more

So me and my family came here today hopped in the drive thru (a very long drive thru) around noon time. So because the drive thru doesn't utilize cones or a one way entrance into the line people coming from the opposite side of the restaurant are able to cut in front of cars that are already five or more minutes in line. I said something today to one of the team members taking orders about how many cars had jumped ahead of us already and was told "oh" and waved away to pull forward. I'm an app user so I typically order ahead but at this particular location the app says not taking orders due to inclement weather like every time I have tried to order here. It's newer I'm hoping that they'll at least get the drive thru situation fixed. The food was good our order was correct even tho we had to wait awhile for it. read more

Great place to get a meal in Viera. This restaurant is located on the south side of Viera Blvd just to the west of I-95. There is plenty of parking around the restaurant. We pre-ordered and picked up at the drive through lines. There are 2 of them with people taking orders before the window. The staff was very pleasant, the food was ready quickly, the prices were reasonable and it was delicious. Another Chick fil a restaurant holding the bar to the corporate quality. If you want a good meal stop in here. read more

We love Chick-Fil-A... but the prices are going up so high it's really unreasonable. Today we purchased a 12-pc. Grilled Chicken Nuggets and that was almost $9 (only nuggets, nothing else). It's unreasonable when you think about the fact that a whole pound, or maybe 2 lbs of chicken costs about that same amount. It just makes you regret buying it. Won't get it again. This tiny little cup of tiny little pieces of chicken is just not worth that price!!! read more

I had breakfast last week at this location and the first chicken mini I took a bite out of had a blood clot. The employee grabbed it with a glove took it to the back and came back to say it's a blood clot and I shouldn't get sick, she then proceeded to ask what I wanted. All I received from them was 3 breakfast cards which I won't be using because I completely lost any appetite I had for chick fil a. This past week I've had the worst stomach issues and am too disgusted to eat. Low quality food, don't visit. read more

Always fast service, always friendly customer service. Chick-fil-A sandwich's are the best in the business!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond. Of course, the food was great.

Excellent service and courtesy! They are busy but truly get you through the line in a very fast time! Never had an order that was wrong! Let me be clear...they ask "James?" I respond yes! They say " 3 piece chicken tenders with medium fry and medium unsweetened ice tea?" I say yes!. But some people are zoned out and do not listen. That is when your order can be wrong. Dont blame them!! read more

Never had an issue with this location and we've been coming since it opened. Horrible service and worse management. Place looks brand new and has so much staff yet everyone is not the brightest there.

Had to wait for them to brew coffee at 9:15? Are u kidding me? 2 lanes converge into a bottlenecked one lane. Bad logisitics. Person not clear over intercom could barely hear her. Too slow. Ate inside today- food was regular chick-Fil-A ; the thing that really stood out was one of the employees (worked the counter, glasses) came over during some downtime and as he cleaned another table thanked me for coming there. Owner MICHEAL WEEKS IS A TOTAL ASS! My order was completely wrong and refused to refund my money. This shop just opened this week i think? I've been watching it because I go to the VA clinic nearby and I just saw that it was open yesterday. I had lunch there yesterday and again today. Yesterday's lunch I asked for an Ice Dream cone and when I pulled around to the pick-up window, they handed me a huge cup of ice cream. They said that they didn't have their cones in stock yet so gave me the huge cup (which was far more than I was able to eat) but only charged me for the cone. Today I went in and they were fast and courteous (as they were yesterday and everyday) but I noticed that they were having a hard time running my credit card. The lady asked me if I had cash and I said no and the manager said that's okay, lunch is on us! They gave me my lunch for free just because their credit card machine was giving them fits. I assume they were able to get it working because they soon had a long line. This Chick Fil A location was very clearly designed with traffic flow in mind, as there are 2 feeder streets that empty into the drive through, one street for the left and the other street for the right side of the drive through. The feeder streets are long enough to allow traffic to back up onto them but still allow neighborhood traffic to flow smoothly around them. The drive through pick-up window isn't a window, it's actually a half-door which allows for the free movement of the employees to walk in and out. Out front they have a large parking lot which the drive-through empties into so people can park and eat without having to stress about finding a parking space. They have many employees working the drive through which keeps it working quickly and smoothly; I have never had a problem with getting the wrong order or someone else's food like you would at other fast food establishments. McDonald's and Burger King would be well-advised to look to Chick Fil A for guidance in doing the drive through the right way. The only recommendation from this long time customer & fan is to maybe install some trash barrels in the parking lot? Or maybe they are on the way and just haven't been installed yet? I love me some Chick Fil A and will definitely be back. --Nancy in the Blue Sedan read more
