I'm sorry to say, but if I could give ZERO stars or a negative (-5) stars, I would. The managers don't care about the quality of the food or the service, and it is very sad that when a customer complains because it is the 10th time in a row that the order is incomplete, incorrect, or poorly put together, the Manager actually says, "Well, tha'ts life, you know. Mistakes happen." Mistakes may happen, but when they happen consistently to the point that when one wants a cup of coffee or an ice cream cone at a McDonalds, one drives 10 miles from one's home because the one within walking distance offers consistently poor service. I wish it would just close and have another food establishment in its place. Two weekends ago, I ordered a Door Dash Delivery of an Egg McMuffin meal with no sausage. I received a container with just the sausage -- no egg, no bread, nothing but what I didn't want. When I called the store, the young man said, "That happens. Look, I'll take down your name, and stop by sometime for another Egg McMuffin how you wanted it," and he hung up on me. On my way home from church, I went through the drive-thru for a cup of black coffee with several sugars and creams on the side. When the guy asked how many? 3 or 4 on the side? I said, "Please give me five each," thinking I make my own latte, but instead of giving me the creams and sugars on the side so I could make it myself to taste, the young lady at the window put all the creams and sugars in the coffee, herself! Then today, there was no Oreo McFlurry. I worked at McDonalds as a high school and college student from 1979 to 1980. The Manager was strict and required not only fast service and accuracy, but good service with a smile. If people make consistent mistakes and act as if they all hate to be there, they should be fired. That's what will happen when they grow up and work in the corporate environment or in any other job. That's exactly what will happen. Today, I ordered a meal with an Oreo McFlurry. Not only was the coke not filled to the top, but it tasted watered-down, and the Manager (girl) onsite said, "Well, what am "I" supposed to do about that?! Seriously, ma'am, what I am supposed to do?" When I responded, 'Well, for starters, when someone pays the exorbitant price for your junk food, the least you can do is oversee that your employees at the pickup Door Dash counter or in the drive-thru are actually doing their jobs correctly. And, it would be nice to be reimbursed when they are NOT." She had the autdacity to hang up on me. Then the phone was set to NO MESSAGES ARE BEING TAKEN RIGHT NOW. Instead of firing the workerbees. Fire all the Management. Get someone in there who not only knows what they're doing, but how to train their employees to do the job right. For many people, working at McDonalds is their first job after baby-sitting, pet-sitting, and lawn-mowing gigs. It's the first "paycheck" job. Ensure they take pride in working hard and getting things right. Don't let them get away with shoddy, uncaring work. There are too many people who don't take pride in their work, today. They probably started out working at a McDonalds where management didn't care enough about their work nor training their employees carefully and thoroughly. It may be a first job for many and not a life-long career, but make it count. Do everything correctly and with pride in your work, no matter how small or low the position. read more

Rude, sarcastic, unhelpful just to name a few. Would not allow me to have a manager's name or theirs. The Rodrigues family owns a couple McDonald' s in Brevard. Great family that contributes to many community outreach programs. I thank you for that. The way I was treated there was horrendous! I'm under 5 feet tall and drive a truck and the woman accused me of shoving card at her, I could barely reach because of the side mirrors. Was not surprised to see a one star rating for this Macdonald's after the meals we received today. Firstly, when we arrived at the drive thru we had to wait for a while before we were helped. I had to ask if someone was there even, and then they asked for us to wait! Secondly, the bun of our cheeseburgers were hard, not soft at all. The cheese was not melted in the slightest and the burger was cold. It tasted like they had been sitting out and set out purposefully for the 0.68 cheeseburger deal. Well, I can't say I've EVER waited THIS long in any drive-thru!!!!! I sure wish I would've read the reviews on this first. I can't believe with all the bad reviews regarding long drive thru waits the management hasn't stepped up their game to rectify the problem! I still haven't made it to the window yet. I'm writing this from a mobile curbside spot. I have watched the cars come and go through the drive through yet my 2 sandwiches and coffee are not here. I have had wrong orders and have had to wait too long on pre-ordered food. I have also had to wait for chicken nuggets to cook when I was not warned while paying and would have ordered something else, due to being in a hurry. If you want McD's just go down to the one on Wickham... this one wasn't it. The one in Cocoa is somehow cleaner, and the people are friendlier also. Safe to say the men's bathroom hasn't been cleaned in a good while either, with discarded gloves in the sink, smeared stains on each surface and trash all over the floor. Okay...I don't regularly go to a fast food place. But McDonalds usually was the place to go for the fries. So I ordered a large fries and went outside to eat them. I was very hungry too. I grabbed a fistful and ate them. Then another. Then realized they were luke warm and a bit soggy. I mean they were actually floppy now that I think about it. Come on man...fries and they messed it up! They were not even busy and I got substandard fires that the heat light didn't even do it's job correctly. Stay away from this place. This particular McDonald's off Stadium Pkwy and Viera Blvd is POORLY managed and very surprised it has not gone out of business already. I went there 9/17/19 at 8pm, which was the last straw for me. Been there a few times in the morning, Lunch and evenings. Food is not fresh. Managers let teenagers run the place and treat you like they're doing you a favor. Always short staffed and my orders are always wrong. Can't wait until Chick Fil-A opens up on Viera Blvd. They might be pricier, but you always get treated nice, with respect and the food is delicious. I just left the drive thru of this McDonalds. A manager was dressing down the employee working the drive thru and being very unprofessional. I finally interrupted her and told her that she should find someone else to work the drive thru while she discussed the issue with the employee AWAY from the customers as this was unprofessional as was the minor cussing. She just said ok and waited for us to complete my transaction. I could tell that she continued to discuss the issue with the worker as the car behind sat at the window for a bit too. This McDonald's is above and beyond, they charge 10%-15% more than other franchises and you get even less quality and service. And I have been to McDonalds around the world. India gives better service than your store. If it were once I wouldn't make a big deal. If it were just twice I wouldn't make a big deal. Had a few bad experience at this McDonald's. I never have any issues going through the drive thru, but going in to eat is terrible. Their priority is clearly on drive thru times and the wait in store is very long. This particular time the wait was long and when we were given our food we were told that we could only get Powerade or Fruit Punch from the soda fountain because the carbonation wasn't working. The Powerade was just water and the Fruit Punch might as well have been. We just got water and asked for a refund, because water is free. The employee said we couldn't get a refund because we got something from the soda fountain even though it was just water. The wait at the drive line is so long. I waited over 5 minutes before someone even told me to "hold on" then it was a few more minutes be for they took my order. I was the only car in the drive-thru. Different person came to window and asked me to pull into overflow parking. I am still the only person in line. After approx. 5 minutes a different person walked out the order to my car. Got to my office (2 miles away). The patties were falling out of the buns. The cheese was only on 1/2 of the patty. I can't even give this a one star! I am beyond upset. Went to drive thru tonight at 9:15 and left at 10pm!! Is that fast food?? They told me to pull into a spot as they were making more nuggets. 20 minutes later she comes to the car. I check my order and they forgot my cheeseburger. So again had to wait 5 more minutes. I get home (5 min drive) and the fries are cold, the nuggets are cold ( they should be hot since that is why I was waiting) and get this, the cheeseburger had no ketchup or onions!!!
