Darlene was our server. It was only our second time here. She was amazing! I told her I loved the bison burger but wanted to try other burgers on the menu. She told us that we could order bison with any burger and that made me so happy and excited! She was very friendly and attentive. Amazing service! We love that they have local businesses on the menu and we love our sherriff Wayne Ivy so we really liked they had a burger dedicated to him! Thank you so much Darlene! We took our dad here for his first time after this and our server was Mike. Darlene was both working. I got the estate burger with bison. OMG. best burger I've ever had in my life. My fiance got a fords signature burger and my dad tried the brisket burger. We all had different sides to try them and our favorite was the loaded fries. That's the way to go. My dad got the onion soup and it was not very good. Full of onions - like wayyy too many.....and the flavor just didn't taste like that made it right- OR it seemed like he got the last batch of it that they had. Mike was also an amazing server. We didn't tell him about the soup bc even though my dad said it tasted weird (I tasted it also and thought the same) he did eat every single bite. We also tried the shrimp appetizer. Nothing crazy good. Just your average boom boom shrimp. Tasted fine. Again. The hosts didn't even smile or ask us if we preferred a booth. Other than that Mike was attentive and friendly. The restrooms were clean and so was the restaurant. It was busy and loud but the environment was still welcoming. The music was great and bartenders always seem to be having a good time at the bar which is great to see. We will be back soon with some friends that have never been here. Managing a party our size can be challenging, but everything was handled smoothly from beginning to end. Our server, Izzie, was absolutely outstanding. She remained friendly, attentive, and organized throughout the meal, making sure drinks stayed filled, orders were accurate, and everyone at the table had what they needed. She handled our large group with professionalism and genuine hospitality, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another big table. The food was exceptional. Everything arrived hot, fresh, and full of flavor, with generous portions and excellent presentation. Not a great showing. Went here on a date with my wife, but wish we had gone elsewhere. The place was crowded, so that's a good sign. Short wait for a table for two, not a big deal. But once we got to the table, the experience was wanting. The staff was friendly enough (nothing remarkable) but was busy with multiple tables seemingly all over the place. I ordered a burger and the wife ordered chicken fingers. The temperature of the burger was good but it was very salty. The fries needed seasoning all around. But, the biggest disappointment was the chicken fingers. The breading did not stick to them so they came out as slimy pieces of chicken which tasted about like they looked. Needless to say, the majority of the plate stayed on the table. Would've spoke to the manager about it but couldn't find our waitress when we were ready to leave. My family and I have always passed by this place and saying how cool it looks and that we should go there, today was that day. I can't praise this place enough! It was the lunch rush but they still found time to greet USA d make us feel welcomed. WOW... now my family and I just wanted to try something simple on there menu, it's a way we test out the quality of new restaurants. So we all went with burgers, I went with a Bison burger, my son being so young went with a plain cheeseburger and my wife ( well I forgot what she ordered) but I have to say, we all LOVED our burgers. My son is a picky eater and sometimes it's hard to keep him in one place to finish eating but not here. He took one bite and that's all it too, he loved it. My wife as well kept saying how delicious it was while eating it, and my bison burger was fire. We all looking forward to coming back and trying out new dishes. It's definitely a must try if you're in the area. Oh and it's priced fairly. I've been to other restaurants whose prices destroyed my experience. This places didn't make me feel that way. We love to bring friends and family here and seeing their reaction to the inside of the restaurant! Just went the other night and our server was Kelsey. This was our first visit to Ford's Garage. We happened to be in Viera on business and decided to give it a try. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant every person we came in contact with was very friendly. Our server, Erin was especially friendly. She was very attentive and could almost read our minds before we even knew what we needed. My husband ordered the Signature Burger which was cooked to order. The fries were fresh and crispy with the perfect amount of seasoning. I ordered the Thai Chicken Salad with ginger peanut dressing. The chicken was perfectly grilled. First visit helped with mentally how many stars i'd give because the decor being amazing but the food not so much. I feel like this restaurant is extremely overhyped. Got a burger last time- cute with it stamped but the burger was burnt and hard textured. Got the chicken buffalo sandwich tonight. Again, cute stamped but sogggggggy chicken and bread! Husband wanted to get the brownie with ice cream for his bday but wow! The brownie looked terrible as a first impression (photo shown how it was) and it was hard we couldn't even eat it. Sad. We heard lots of good things about Fords Garage in Viera and we had to try it while we were in the area. The location is super cute with its "Ford" decor and has lots of parking available. At this time, they are not offering reservations which was a bummer. We waited 50 mins for our table to be ready. They offered for us to wait at the bar but the bar area is sorda small so it was packed 24/7, especially since we went around 6:30pm. Once we sat down, our server attended to us very quickly and made great suggestions of the menu. The decor inside is also to die for. My husband was in heaven! Appetizer: Fords Pickles. If you love dill pickles like I do, you need to try it. I'm not exaggerating when I say this was the best pickle appetizer I've ever had. The wasabi dipping sauce was SO STINKIN GOOD. I will definitely order again. Drinks: My husband and I deemed it a beer type of night. We ordered one of our favorites, the Golden Monkey IPA. It's 9.5% and has a nice, tangy, slightly bitter taste and it hits the spot every time. Entree: Duh we ordered a burger. I tried the BBQ Brisket Burger and was in heaven. It had Tillamook sharp cheddar cheese which is one of my favorites and really brought out the burger. The bourbon BBQ sauce and the smoked brisket was cooked to perfection. They did not disappoint. Enjoyed a late lunch today and we were there for the start of happy house. They have a list of bar drinks that are half price starting at 2pm. My friend enjoyed a frozen Blue Oval Margarita. She enjoyed it. I had the Singature burger with fries and she had the mushroom and Swiss burger which comes on pretzel roll with French fries. Both burgers were prepared as requested and came out fresh and hot. My burger was extra messy with BBQ sauce oozing out everywhere. For the full price burgers I felt like they were a little skimpy on the fries and onion rings. Our food order did not come off the lunch menu just the regular menu. All in all the food was good, service was good even though I could have used a drink refill and the place was clean. This was on July 1st we went with my son and daughter-in-law with two grandkids. First I would like to get to the person who served us, her name is Nadine she was so friendly and helped us with the menu even letting us know where the bathrooms were and what was good to eat. We got the piston onion rings look like it was on a large funnel, tasted great. The inside of the place was so much to look at , nicely decorated with a big Ford model car sitting over the bar. I would say even if the food wasn't any good I would still come back just to be served by Natalie. But the food was absolutely delicious I got the meatloaf which which was delicious.
