The food is very good. When we arrived the hostess was on the phone making a reservation for 20 for the following week. She clearly did not know how to do it and had to keep asking for help. We stood in front of her for good 10-15minutes she didn't even acknowledge us. I was always taught the customer in front of you is more important than the customer on the phone. First visit helped with mentally how many stars i'd give because the decor being amazing but the food not so much. I feel like this restaurant is extremely overhyped. Got a burger last time- cute with it stamped but the burger was burnt and hard textured. Got the chicken buffalo sandwich tonight. Again, cute stamped but sogggggggy chicken and bread! Husband wanted to get the brownie with ice cream for his bday but wow! The brownie looked terrible as a first impression (photo shown how it was) and it was hard we couldn't even eat it. Sad. We heard lots of good things about Fords Garage in Viera and we had to try it while we were in the area. The location is super cute with its "Ford" decor and has lots of parking available. At this time, they are not offering reservations which was a bummer. We waited 50 mins for our table to be ready. They offered for us to wait at the bar but the bar area is sorda small so it was packed 24/7, especially since we went around 6:30pm. Once we sat down, our server attended to us very quickly and made great suggestions of the menu. The decor inside is also to die for. My husband was in heaven! Appetizer: Fords Pickles. If you love dill pickles like I do, you need to try it. I'm not exaggerating when I say this was the best pickle appetizer I've ever had. The wasabi dipping sauce was SO STINKIN GOOD. I will definitely order again. Drinks: My husband and I deemed it a beer type of night. We ordered one of our favorites, the Golden Monkey IPA. It's 9.5% and has a nice, tangy, slightly bitter taste and it hits the spot every time. Entree: Duh we ordered a burger. I tried the BBQ Brisket Burger and was in heaven. It had Tillamook sharp cheddar cheese which is one of my favorites and really brought out the burger. The bourbon BBQ sauce and the smoked brisket was cooked to perfection. They did not disappoint. Enjoyed a late lunch today and we were there for the start of happy house. They have a list of bar drinks that are half price starting at 2pm. My friend enjoyed a frozen Blue Oval Margarita. She enjoyed it. I had the Singature burger with fries and she had the mushroom and Swiss burger which comes on pretzel roll with French fries. Both burgers were prepared as requested and came out fresh and hot. My burger was extra messy with BBQ sauce oozing out everywhere. For the full price burgers I felt like they were a little skimpy on the fries and onion rings. Our food order did not come off the lunch menu just the regular menu. All in all the food was good, service was good even though I could have used a drink refill and the place was clean. Rating: 3.5/5 (wanted to point this out since can only give full stars on app) We came in with 3 of us hoping to sit at the bar for the HH food deals. Unfortunately, there were no spots and i was a little surprised how small the bar area was especially with the extent of their HH meals & deals. So we waited for a table instead. Place was packed for only being 5p. We were sat around 545p, cool we thought still have enough time for 1 or 2 HH drinks at least. (HH drink specials are for the entire restaurant). However, our server did not even stop buy until 6:01p and we asked since we were waiting so long if we could still have the drink specials which we got an odd response. She was like "well i can rush over to try to put it in.." which seemed odd to me since it took her 15 min to even initally stop by to take drink orders. In the end she was able to get her manager to override and give us the HH deals. Food and drink service was quite slow. I can understand being overwhelmed in kitchen but just seemed like a little too long of wait to not be checked in on or apologized for the wait. However, the saving grace was the food. It was all tasty. I had the special bourbon salmon and shrimp. The salmon and the sauce were the star. The rice was a little dry but the salmon made up for it all. The two who ordered the sandwiches were also very impressed. The restaurant itself is pretty cool especially for Ford fanatics and is really cool design on the inside for car lovers. I've wanted to try out a Ford's Garage for a while. We were out for my wife's birthday, and ran across this location, so we stopped. SO glad we did! Walking up to the restaurant, the exterior was very appealing. It was super clean, and super inviting. Two antique Fords and some old bubbler gas-pumps greet us at the entrance. It makes for an extremely welcoming environment. My first stop was in the restroom, which is uniquely decorated with kegs for urinals, wheels/tires for sinks, and gas pump handles to open the door. The decor inside is pure candy to the eyes of a car-guy like me, with signage, memorabilia and even another antique Ford suspended above the bar with rolling wheels in mid-air! The menu is classic comfort-food with a twist, and pricing on the higher side of affordable. I simply could not resist the bbq pulled-pork mac & cheese, and my wife had the burnt-ends briquet sandwich. Mine was completely delicious, and my wife found the bacon-jam to be too sweet for her liking. Every one we interacted with at this location was fantastic. They were warm and displayed down-home hospitality, with many of them dressed in mechanics garb to fit the automotive theme. I'm giving Ford's Garage in Viera a 4 out of 5 stars based on two visits. These visits were about 2 months apart. Our first visit, I made a reservation request through their website, for a booth. We were seated promptly and had a spacious booth towards the back of the restaurant. Our second visit was without a reservation and we had a 15 minute wait. This time we sat at a 4 person table towards the middle of the restaurant. We were promptly serviced both times. Staff were always pleasant and knowledgeable of the menu. The fries are quite delicious! The burgers we had were good! They were flavorful! The ingredients were fresh as well. I had ribs on my second visit. I enjoyed the ribs but I believe the meat itself needed more seasoning. The flavor was concentrated in the bbq sauce on the ribs only. The milkshakes are quite a treat and very well made. The ice cream used was top notch and by the dairy company Tillamook. They have indoor and outdoor seating! There is free wifi as well. I like how the restaurant is designed.
