This place used to be great, puffy bread, amazing cinnamon sticks, cheesy pizza. Then something changed one day they stopped giving out the good bread we all desire and wish to have. It's flat and flavorless giving us less food and less enjoyness of the meal with the same price. There's barely any cinnamon on my cinnamon sticks AND they're also flat too. Wow I never leave bad reviews but Someone tell the owner what the fudge happened to viera pizza. This place used to have one of the best gyro pizza we've ever tried. We live in Orlando and when we would have time to pass by here we would stop at vieras. We did today and it was so so so sad seeing it with barely any orders at the counter. When I ordered my gyro pizza and opened the boxed I went up to the cashier and asked wtf was the pizza they gave me lol. I was shook seeing a pizza that had see through lamb slices. And not even their signature Taziki sauce around it making it pop. When I tell you the dough was so uncooked lol come on yall. I didn't want to be a kevin and go all out on the people who made it. What's happened to Viera Pizza? Used to be the best around. Ordered a pizza at dinner time. Went in and the place was empty. Seemed like only 1 guy working. The only pizza sitting on the oven was mine. Didn't see any pizzas being prepared. This was dinner time on a weekend and just no activity. Got home with my pizza and opened the box and it was burnt. The pizza didn't even look like a pizza used to look from Viera Pizza. The crust all around was burnt. The bottom was burnt. Ate a few pieces from the middle and threw the rest away. Yes, it was that bad. I would be a bit more understanding if they were packed and busy but there was nothing going on so there was zero excuse to burn my pizza. Sad. Me and my son wanted a light brunch so we tried this place! The prices are excellent especially for the great taste that you're receiving! My son brought the Meatball sub and I got my favorite Steak snd Cheese sub! The meatballs were a decent size but the taste gave you an Italian taste. Now the steak was juicy and seasoned perfectly! This pizzeria occupies a section of the mobile gas station, lots of really good looking pizza out on display, Stromboli and calzones. Ordered a 16 inch pepperoni mushroom garlic and fresh basil for pick up. Pizza was hot and ready on time. Actually I was the one that was late because I had to drive from Rockledge, I liked the reviews so I thought it would be worth it, upon arriving I realized I forgot my wallet and had to drive all way back to Rockledge and get it and then come back to the pizzeria, and of course it was rush-hour by now. Got the pizza home open the box, noticed the "fresh" basil was put on and cooked so it was black and in shriveled up, and not fresh. Fresh greens like basil or rocket salad, etc. Should be added last after cooking. Flavor would have been decent but raw dough was overwhelming. I know one the pizza goes into the oven the bacteria will be cooked away but pizza and wings were not that good. The tomato slices put on the pizza was wet and that made the pizza wet too. Only ordered from here via DoorDash. Placed at least five orders before writing this review. I don't know if it's pressure to get orders out or what, but evety order has had an issue. Each time I've ordered a Tuna and Cheese with nothing else on it. Three times i got chopped lettuce hearts and tomatoes on it. Once they sent me Ham and Cheese with nothing on it. Yesterday I put in the notes "Please DON'T put lettuce and tomatoes on this sandwich.", they put lettuce and onions on it! I also ordered a med cheese pizza and the crust was way undercooked. I loooovvveee garlic and I generally do not taste garlic in dishes because I've become so immune to it. My husband, on the other hand, despises it. I told him to steer clear of this pizza because I was actually able to taste and smell the garlic, which meant that it was far too potent for him. That being said, if you like garlic, you'll like their pies. If you don't, maybe this isn't for you. I liked the crust too - not thin crust...it was thicker with a fluffy crust, which I like! The best gas station pizza you will ever have! That is their slogan, and they are right. And that is what the 5 stars are for. Get over the fact it is in a gas station and go! Really good pizza for what and where it is. Not a huge fan of NY style pizza. But this stuff is really good. I got the gyro pizza and I swear to the heavens I thought I was eating a gyro. A good one on top of that. We also got the MASSIVELY large pizza with pepperoni. I will not crush the crust on this one because I do not think pizza should be that large to begin with. So that pizza was real good, I just thought the crust fell thin.... get it? No, I wasn't happy with that crust, but did not have the same issue with the gyro pizza so I think it was the added area. I ordered a pie with spinach on top, terrible mistake. The pizza was so soggy and had a strong stench from the wet spinach thrown on top. Yes, wet spinach on a pizza. Who puts thawed out frozen spinach on pizza?! Now for the wings, I ordered the garlic parm and medium mild wings. The garlic parm wings looked as if it had Flavor but once I bit into the meat there was nothing but disappointment. The mild wings had potential, not the best but not the greatest. The best thing I've had was a huge slice of cheese pizza that I got and ate right there in the store. That was really good. I just had a white pizza which was pretty tasty. Lots of ricotta and garlic. I'm not having much luck with the desserts. Don't bother with the zeppoles. I don't know what recipe they're following, but they taste like deep fried pizza dough balls. I don't think that's what they're supposed to be made out of. They're both tough and half cooked, and mostly tasteless. This is the best pizza in Brevard County. Had The New Yorker Speciality pizza delivered. Even though delivery time was 45 minutes, pizza was delivered in 30 minutes piping hot. This place has always been my go to until a neighbor called to inform the store the wrong pizza was delivered. House full of neighbors and kids starving. Viera Pizza said no worries the right pizza is on the way. 40 mins later, my neighbor called to cancel it as the kids had already gone to bed. Arguments occurred, and apparently the expectation was the wrong pizza was being exchanged, not simply providing the correct pizza.
