If you choose the angel hair pasta, I'd recommend asking for a little extra sauce since the pasta tends to soak it up. I ordered the Blackened Seared Shrimp and Scallops Alfredo, and it was outstanding. The Alfredo sauce was rich, creamy, and silky smooth, perfectly coating the pasta and seafood.
