Had the best experience here during my visit to Satelite Beach. We sat outside on their cute little patio. It was a hot May Day but they had a portable unit that blew cold air as well as ceiling fans so it was quite comfortable. Our server, Debra, greeted us with a smile and was a delight. She gave prompt service even going so far as to anticipate our needs before we even asked for things, like a to-go cup already half filled with soda so when we added our own, we got to leave with a full cup. The food was PHENOMINAL! My friend had the tomato basil quiche and I had the pepper jack chorizo Benedict--both on their specials of the day menu--and both were the best we've ever had. If you're in the area, I highly recommend this place. And if you see Gary or Larry (regulars there), tell them hi. Larry will be sure to tell you some good jokes. read more

We finally made it into Scrambled Egg Cafe last Saturday morning, and I am so glad we did. It's one of those places you drive past a hundred times and then wonder why you waited so long to stop in. We sat at the bar and were greeted right when we walked in, and everyone behind the counter made it a point to say goodbye as we headed out, which honestly says a lot. Even though the place was busy, the service never skipped a beat. The drink order came fast, the food order came fast, and the staff kept checking on us without hovering. The wait staff was genuinely friendly and very attentive. The food was exactly what you want from a solid breakfast spot. Good portions, hot when it hit the bar, and exactly as advertised. My blueberry pancake was excellent, with what looked like fresh blueberries inside, and bonus points for real butter, not some processed garbage. You can tell they care about serving quality. My wife's country fried steak was delicious and generously portioned. She ate about a third of it with the intent of taking it home, as it was delicious. Being a Good Samaritan, I devoured her leftovers, and saved her the hassle of a to-go box. Fun, welcoming vibe, great food, and efficient service, all wrapped into a perfect little breakfast spot. Really happy to have this gem right here in the neighborhood, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend. Recommended by our niece as their favorite breakfast place so we gave it a try. Greeted pleasantly by both waitresses as we entered. We decided to eat outside as it was so nice. Nicely decorated and clean. Our waitress visited soon after we picked our table for our drink order. Perused the menu and decided upon a Western omelette with home fries, wheat toast and a side of grits. Before we knew it out came our breakfast. We split our meals and had told the waitress that. To our surprise they had split the order into two plates for us. That rarely happens and we appreciated that. The omelette was stuffed full, the home fries had a nice crisp to them. I asked for brown sugar for my grits but was told they didn't have any. But they were able to provide honey for me to satisfy my sweet tooth. Very good and if you haven't been there yet just go! I know this affirmed Agnostic would. Kudos, Debbie! I ordered one Greek Omelet with extra Feta, one Egg Salad, and one Grilled Cheese and Ham sandwich. Debbie soon returned with our order, snapping the requisite pictures, I eagerly got to stuffing my pi...I mean, I eagerly got to work. First up on the Big Boy's punctilious palate was the Greek Omelet with extra Feta. Just do me a favor here and LOOK AT THE PICTURE! LOOK AT IT! Not only is it picture perfect of how an omelet should look, but it was stuffed with tons of yummy Greek stuff, and that hash brown is almost too perfectly formed not to have come from the freezer (it didn't). Taste-wise, how can you go wrong with fresh hand-cut tomatoes, fresh spinach, and tons of crumbled Feta? You can't. OPA! In fear of regaining the embonpoint I've recently lost, I forced myself only to try what was needed for the review and moved on to the Egg Salad Sandwich. This was so spectacularly delicious I know without asking that it was made fresh that morning in the back (I actually do ask what is and what isn't made on site in the beginning of my service). The sandwich was packed solid with the stuff and it was all I could do to move on to the Grilled Cheese and Ham, but I was here to work, not eat (so to speak). I love me a good Grilled Cheese. Four stars for good service. After a couple of hours at the beach, we needed food. Scrambled Egg Cafe came upon my Yelp as close by with nice reviews. It is located inside a plaza anchored by a Lowes, which means there is plenty of parking. We arrived to a wait of 15-20mins, plenty of shaded areas to sit and a couple of benches. There is a covered and breezy outside seating area which is where we sat. There are about 6 tables outside, 2 large ceiling fans all works out to be a reprieve from the heat. Server immediately greeted us nicely, offered us menus and coffee. We ordered our drinks, coffee and apple juice. The menu is huge, pancakes, waffles, omelets & kids menu. We ordered a western omelet and a sausage omelet. Both with a side of home fries and toast, wheat and white. The omelets are big and fluffy, a bit overcooked for my taste and the veggies and meats are not actually cooked in the eggs but just folded into the omelet. It was good and filling. The coffee is not good. Would love to see them up their coffee game. The service is great. The server was attentive, answered our questions, made suggestions, and refilled our drinks efficiently. read more

This is a nice small place. The atmosphere was decent and breakfast was good. The price was amazing! I always order eggs over medium because they're my favorite. Anyway, I've only had one restaurant in my life (I'm 50) do it correctly. Sadly, they did not as well. The bacon was really thin but cooked well. The toast was small. For what they charged, it was worth it. I'm that person who doesn't like to go out for breakfast because it's overpriced and my eggs are never cooked correctly. My new bride likes to eat out so I compromise. Anyway, nice spot to give a try! read more

Stopped in for a late breakfast and boy I am glad I did. We were warmly greeted and promptly seated. Our friendly server took our drink order and delivered our drinks lightning fast. I wanted to try a bit of everything so I ordered a pancake, eggs, hash browns, grits, and sausage. Wverything was expertly cooked, tasty, and looked delicious. I especially enjoyed the pancake. Fast, affordable, and delicious. Came here for a quick breakfast while staying in the area. This was right around the corner from us so I was surprised we hadn't tried it yet it was pretty busy and it was Memorial Day but everyone on the team was attentive and helpful. The food was so good! I had the breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheese one toast and a piece of French toast (couldn't resist). I enjoyed every bite. We also got some hash browns and home fries and our table of potato lovers was happy to have variety. My boyfriend opted for pancakes and was very pleased! My friend shared a French toast supreme and their toddler definitely enjoyed trying something new (we have another French toast lover). A wonderful place for breakfast This location is on the backside of a building next to Lowes on A1A. There is plenty of parking and easy access to the restaurant. There are tables both inside and outside. If the day is nice, I recommend the outside dining area. The day we went, it was very pleasant and had a nice breeze. They have a menu of all the usual breakfast items (eggs, bacon, scramblers, pancakes, french toast etc). The waitress was very pleasant and professional. The food came out quickly and was very good. The price was reasonable (~$10/person). I plan to visit again and recommend this as a good place for breakfast for any fellow travelers in the area. read more

I'm not a huge fan of breakfast food, but Scrambled Egg Cafe has some good twists on breakfast meals along with the more traditional options. Several things sounded good, but I ended up choosing the country eggs Benedict. This is poached eggs, country fried steak, and sausage gravy. It came with a choice of side; I opted for hashbrowns. Our meals arrived quickly and everyone dug in. My food was delicious. The steak and muffin were tender, the gravy was awesome, and the hashbrowns were quite good. Everyone else's food looked delicious as well and all enjoyed their meals. Along with delicious food, the service was great also. The people are very friendly and we were checked on regularly for beverage refills and anything else we needed. My husband and I usually eat at the Hilton restaurant while we're visiting, but their breakfast buffet is closed due to COVID-19. We did a quick online search for "Breakfast Places Near Me" and found the Scrambled Egg Cafe. We wound up eating breakfast there every single morning of our five day stay! Employees were very friendly and attentive, wore masks, and even remembered us since we visited so many days in a row. Tables are spaced out due to "social distancing" but that is one thing I actually don't mind about coronavirus. There was also some seating outdoors. The coffee was very good, which is rare at most mom and pop type establishments. During our multiple visits, I tried pancakes and learned that two is way too many. They are also very generous with the scrambled eggs. Another day I tried toast instead of a pancake. It was fine -- toast is toast just about anywhere. Overall this is a nice little place with great food that is not too salty or greasy, a problem at so many breakfast restaurants. The prices are fair as well! read more

Went here for the first time today, and it was pretty good! I got the Traditional Scrambled with bacon and hot fries. The portions are huge and the scrambled eggs were pretty good with lots of bacon. The home fries weren't my favorite, but it's all personal t, they were still flavorful and well cooked. The person i was with had a daily special that they said was good.
