Meanest arrogant a-holes ever!! Called AHEAD to MAKE SURE they were open on Mother's Day - the hostess says "yes we are open until 1:00 come on over!". I bring my wife and kids, for Mother's Day and arrived at 12:20. Server comes out and announces "Sorry we are closing early there are too many people here". I said "but I called and brought my family..." she literally GLARES at me and dug in: "I'm sorry but that's the way it is and we are not seating you" I was like "wow ok you are being pretty aggressive" and she actually said back to me "if you have a problem with how I am acting I'm sorry for YOU" !!!!!! Then the freaking owner comes out and says to my WIFE (mom on Mother's Day!) "we can seat you but you have to place your order immediately and you need to leave ASAP after you eat" we were appalled and LEFT. F this place and the owners and staff - avoid these jerks - anyone can make a freaking egg. They are rude - arrogant - ignorant and seem to have no training in customer relations. I had heard mixed reviews and I can see why now. The service was pretty good and they use fresh spinach. However,​ something did not agree with me or my partner. We order up standard breakfast fare. It seems that they were on it. The speed of service was pretty​ good. I am not sure if I would go back since it didn't sit well. Not to focus on the negative our waitress was very nice and the decor was clean and bright. Based on the traffic it is a very popular place...not sure if they are locals or not. Finally got to try this place. It's so close I can walk but just hadn't gone for breakfast before. A friend poo-poo'd it a bit as standard breakfast plates. And so maybe their menu is standard breakfast - eggs & sides, omelettes, pancakes and a handful of yummy looking Benedicts. But, the food is not at all standard. My two friends had omelettes and said they were amazing (they looked it). I had a "standard" two eggs over easy, bacon well done and whole wheat toast. Everything was very good!! The bread was so tasty and toasted perfectly. The bacon was actually perfectly well done and so gopd. The service was super friendly and personable, the outside patio was so pretty and relaxing. I can't wait to go back for a lunch and breakfast over and over with any visitors. This will be a go-to place read more

The food at this restaurant is amazing! I got the French toast supreme and my husband got the Mexican scrambler. The portion sizes were bigger than average breakfast places. The only downside to this place was that it was too small & seating was limited. My suggestion would be to have an actual check-in counter because people would walk right into the seating area causing more crowding. Overall, great place to eat! read more

This is the second time we've tried this restaurant but my first review. The first time around everything was just good. It was very crowded and very busy. We had scrambled eggs and toast. Nothing special. The meal was just fine. Most recently we visited last Friday. I got an omelette with a few ingredients in it and my dining partner got the turkey sandwich on wheat bread. The turkey was not real, in the sense. It wasn't actually lunchmeat because it was a processed turkey breast that was cut. It tasted fresh. The bread was very good. I ordered an omelette with tomato link sausage and cheddar cheese. When the omelette arrived, it was sitting at a pool of liquid. I wasn't sure whether it was oil from the sausage water from the tomatoes etc. I told the server she told me it was water from the tomatoes. I told her I couldn't eat it sitting in a pool of liquid, she had a little bit of an edge about her, but took it back. She asked me if I would rather have my tomatoes on the side. I said yes this way we wouldn't have that liquid. She brought back the new omelette and it was fine. Nothing great. Worst part is my dining partner was 75% of the way done with their meal so I had to sit there and eat by myself. The server charged me $2.75 to put my tomatoes on the side. I told her 2 ounces of tomatoes I could go buy a pound of tomatoes at that price. Now she really had an attitude and took the check back and took a dollar off of it. The omelette still cost me $15. There is nothing. I hate more with dining out and spending my hard earned money on a mediocre meal and a condescending restaurant employee. We will not be back. It looks to be a very popular place with a lot of locals so evidently they have had a different experience than I had. You will have to be the judge if you decide to eat here. read more

Customer service was excellent. We were greeted immediately, offered drinks as soon as we sat down, and had them at the table with in 2 minutes. Our server was great, very nice, and she was efficient. I had the corned beef hash and two eggs with hash browns. I did need to add some salt and pepper to my food, but I'd rather do it myself than have it over seasoned. I think I will try something from the Benedict section of the menu next time. If I could rate the customer service separately from the food, I'd give 5 stars for customer service and 3 stars for the food. The great customer service will keep me as a customer. read more

Okay let's start with a little bit about what you can expect and the seating options available. - As popular as this place seems to be and its location you should plan to wait. I don't think 15 to 20 minutes is unreasonable but I don't know how I'd feel waiting much longer than that it's good but it is breakfast. - Inside seating there's a small counter bar with 6 or so stools and the rest of the seating is tables that can accommodate a variety number of customers the biggest party I saw today was about six. - Outdoor seating area is rather small I'd say five or six tables max. The patio is "dog friendly" so you need to be aware of this if you have any issues with dogs in the immediate vicinity of where you eat most pet owners make sure their dogs are well behaved before bringing them to a restaurant. - In the event they do have a wait make sure you get your name on the list with you're choice of seating options, if it doesn't matter opt for first available. I will give them credit the process is well organized and managed. - The interior area is rather loud when it's busy. - The service is outstanding, the staff if friendly, polite, professional and engaging. - I think the pricing is right on point with the quality and presentation. Okay enough about that and on to the food. The omelettes are large and fluffy with many options available - we chose the sausage and cheddar and the chorizo scrambler (both were large portions) - hash-browns ordered crispy they were really good - toast options (rye, wheat or white) - fruit cup fresh, chilled and delicious. The coffee was very good not overly strong if you like it black it's a good choice. They are very accommodating if you want something special or not quite sure of what to expect ask it won't be an issue. The food arrives rather quickly and is hot off the grill. No complaints on any level. We would definitely return if in the area it's nice to find these one up restaurants verses the branded fast food joints that are so prevalent today. read more

Just the best breakfast place on the Beachside, but probably all of Brevard County. Debra and her staff are just the warmest and most professional team, and their customer service is equally matched by their delicious menu items. Everything we ordered (and we've been here five times in the last week) was fresh and thoughtfully prepared, from a delicious Benedict to yummy blueberry pancakes. Add to that a menu of specials and you have a restaurant we will be sad to leave once we return home to Los Angeles. But we will be back. Our loss is your gain! There's one table extra! read more
