Awesome little breakfast spot in Indian Harbour. Friendly staff, clean tables, and fast food. The eggs, meat, and fruit are all fresh and yummy. Add on a side of biscuits and gravy

Scrambled Egg Cafe 727 Pinetree Dr. Indian Harbour Beach, FL 32937 5 Stars Scrambled Egg Cafe is a newer addition to the area's eating establishments, having opened a mere 15 years ago. However, as it is run so well, it has become somewhat of a local icon, and it seems like it's always been around. This is evidenced by the number of locals crowding the place from open to close. This place is ALWAYS busy. Debbie is the owner, and our waitstaff here today. She is a genius who empowers her employees. If every self-proclaimed Christian were as friendly, warm, giving and supportive of their fellow human as Debbie is, many people would see religion differently than they do. I know this affirmed Agnostic would. Kudos, Debbie! I ordered one Greek Omelet with extra Feta, one Egg Salad, and one Grilled Cheese and Ham sandwich. Debbie soon returned with our order, snapping the requisite pictures, I eagerly got to stuffing my pi...I mean, I eagerly got to work. First up on the Big Boy's punctilious palate was the Greek Omelet with extra Feta. Just do me a favor here and LOOK AT THE PICTURE! LOOK AT IT! Not only is it picture perfect of how an omelet should look, but it was stuffed with tons of yummy Greek stuff, and that hash brown is almost too perfectly formed not to have come from the freezer (it didn't). Taste-wise, how can you go wrong with fresh hand-cut tomatoes, fresh spinach, and tons of crumbled Feta? You can't. OPA! In fear of regaining the embonpoint I've recently lost, I forced myself only to try what was needed for the review and moved on to the Egg Salad Sandwich. This was so spectacularly delicious I know without asking that it was made fresh that morning in the back (I actually do ask what is and what isn't made on site in the beginning of my service). The sandwich was packed solid with the stuff and it was all I could do to move on to the Grilled Cheese and Ham, but I was here to work, not eat (so to speak). I love me a good Grilled Cheese. I mean, who doesn't? Talk about nostalgic comfort food; this has the 70s and Mom written all over it. Nestled between two perfectly grilled pieces of white bread and piled high with ham, this epitomized a Grilled Cheese and Ham. The accompanying potato chips were fresh and crisp. The Big Boy says, "You can't go wrong any time of day with any menu item. They are all served with care and made with love."

Super cute breakfast/lunch spot with great service! Both inside and outside seating we opted for inside and Kelly Ann took great care of us. Mexican Omelette and Blueberry pancakes came out quickly (I was famished) and I love they did not skimp on butter for my pancakes and I had plenty of syrup!

Four stars for good service. After a couple of hours at the beach, we needed food. Scrambled Egg Cafe came upon my Yelp as close by with nice reviews. It is located inside a plaza anchored by a Lowes, which means there is plenty of parking. We arrived to a wait of 15-20mins, plenty of shaded areas to sit and a couple of benches. There is a covered and breezy outside seating area which is where we sat. There are about 6 tables outside, 2 large ceiling fans all works out to be a reprieve from the heat. Server immediately greeted us nicely, offered us menus and coffee. We ordered our drinks, coffee and apple juice. The menu is huge, pancakes, waffles, omelets & kids menu. We ordered a western omelet and a sausage omelet. Both with a side of home fries and toast, wheat and white. The omelets are big and fluffy, a bit overcooked for my taste and the veggies and meats are not actually cooked in the eggs but just folded into the omelet. It was good and filling. The coffee is not good. Would love to see them up their coffee game. The service is great. The server was attentive, answered our questions, made suggestions, and refilled our drinks efficiently.

This is an amazing little gem of a cafe with delicious french toast. The Denver scramble hit the spot and the home fries were amazing.

It's been a while since I'd eaten there, but my partner and I decided to give it another try for breakfast--and we're so glad we did. This cozy cafe offers a welcoming mix of seating: counter spots for solo diners, four two-person tables, six four-person tables, and a spacious large-party table in the back right corner. The interior feels a bit dimly lit, though ample natural light streams in from the front windows. Convenient parking is available right out front. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and told to seat ourselves. Our waiter arrived promptly with menus and took our drink orders. I opted for the bacon scrambler, while my partner chose poached eggs--both dishes arrived quickly and were absolutely excellent: fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The total for our meals and drinks came to about $26, which feels very reasonable in today's economy. Overall, Banana River Cafe delivers a fantastic, no-fuss breakfast experience with great service and quality food. I highly recommend it to anyone craving a satisfying morning meal in the area.

The ingredients tasted fresh and the portions were generous without being overwhelming. You could tell care went into the preparation and presentation. We both ordered the Frothy Coffee, which ended up being one of our favorite parts of the meal. It was such a unique and fun touch and made the whole breakfast feel a little more special. It was delicious and different from your typical coffee drink. Everything from the food to the service made this a memorable stop during our trip. We enjoyed it so much that we're already hoping to come back again before we fly home. Highly recommend stopping here if you're in Melbourne and looking for a delicious breakfast with great service.

We got up early on Christmas Eve and opted to find a cool breakfast place. After a few minutes in Yelp, we found Backwater which is nestled in Historic Downtown Melbourne. Parking should not be a problem but if you can't find some on your he street their is a public parking garage not to far away. Upon arrival we were seated pretty quickly and all the staff were very friendly. Our server Amy was awesome and recommended a few breakfast items that were awesome. We opted for the Greek breakfast and the Cuban Benedict which were both fresh and excellent. We also split their seasonal Cinammon pancake as well which was great as well. Pancakes are huge so make sure you leave some room if you plan on having one. All portions were healthy as well, no skimping at Backwater and everyone was in the Christmas spirit as well which was awesome! The atmosphere is friendly, laid back and welcoming which is great if you are from out of Town. So if you are in the area, make sure you check them out for breakfast or lunch.
