Biscuit Bliss! Perfectly flaky crust with a soft, warm center -- this is the biscuit you didn't know you needed! I had the bacon, egg, tomato & cheese biscuit and it was delicious. My only complaint is that it was so soft it fell apart on the first bite... but honestly, still amazing. The staff is super friendly. Multiple people checked on us throughout the meal -- it feels like everyone works together instead of having assigned servers, which makes the service really attentive. I've got questions--but let me tell you, I left with answers. First off, the staff was pure class. They could've shooed me out the door, but instead let me place an order five minutes after closing. That's grace right there. Now, the food. I went with the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich, and flavor-wise it did not disappoint. But let's address the elephant in the room: the biscuit. It was buttery, it was flaky, but it was also too thin. And when your entire identity is "Oh Biscuit," the biscuit has to carry the weight--literally. A thicker biscuit would solve the issue of it breaking apart mid-bite and keep all that goodness together. Still, even with the structural flaws, I'd absolutely go back. Do you need a solid biscuits and diner spot? Yes you do and you found one. Stop in they are expanding and adding hours newly in the fall of '25. They have a nice outdoor covered seating area so you can enjoy a bit more space out of any weather and have the breakfast, brunch you want. We were pleasantly surprised by the biscuits - fluffy and then with the right external crisp. The B & Gravy also worked - just the right amount of pepper and simple goodness. Food: bland and unexciting. The sausage gravy tasted like it belonged in a nursing home. Zero flavor. Zero sausage in the sausage gravy. They used a kraft single slice for the cheese on one biscuit. Gross. Pretty sure they basket fried the home fries and the sausage which made for a strange texture. My brioche French toast was super thin and had zero pizazz. It literally looked like regular toast. Service: not so great. Asked for a water never got it until my food arrived much later and from a different server. She also never checked on us or refilled drinks and coffee. No condiments delivered to the table even though she said we'd get them. Ambiance: meh. The side patio was hot and they didn't have the fans on. If they did have the fans on I'm pretty sure any tall person would be decapitated. lol Too many tables in the patio and not enough room to walk through. New owners I guess? Buyer beware. read more

This spot is spectacular! The menu, the food, the staff, and the atmosphere are just what I hope to find when exploring areas I'm not familiar with and want a great dining experience. I always hope to find hidden gems I found one in Oh Biscuit. The first day was so good I made a trip back the next day to try something else and wasn't disappointed. I'm not normally crazy about outdoor dining, but the patio is well-designed so I had a pleasant experience - not too sunny, not too windy, not too buggy, and not right next to traffic. Day 1 - Country fried steak with gravy, an egg, and grits - savory and yummy! Day 2 - Opted for something more sweet and savory so had chicken and waffles with a side of gravy. Sweet, savory, and yummy! They just started serving dinner Fridays and Saturdays...I'm sorry I'll miss out this visit. Oh Biscuit's owner and chef, Noel, is was on the floor when I walked in the Day 1 and my first impression was that he's doing this because he loves what he does - and it shows. Devon was my server both days, and Ashley was helping during my second visit. They're both very friendly and attentive. (Would give zero if I could) Expensive food we didn't eat, zero accountability, and a manager who couldn't care less. Save your money -- there are a hundred better options in Melbourne. Let's start with the food. $8 for a single, small pancake. The hash brown was clearly a frozen, cafeteria-grade patty. The eggs were ordered over easy and came out barely cooked. We left having touched almost none of it. The coffee had creamer curdling on top. When we flagged it, our server gave us a nasty look -- but we got a second one. The second one had the same problem. Her response? "It's just the creamer curdling." So that's apparently just how they serve coffee here. The silverware was thrown in a loose pile in the middle of the table. Not rolled, not set -- just dumped. Not once did anyone check on us, ask if something was wrong, or acknowledge that our food went back nearly untouched. I asked to speak to a manager. Turns out our server *was* the manager. I told her plainly: the food wasn't good, we barely ate it, and I was hoping something could be done about the bill. Her actual response: "Oh no, well I can't do that for everybody." Everybody. As if guests complaining about uneaten food is such a frequent occurrence here that she's had to develop a policy around it. That response alone should tell you everything. No apology. No goodwill gesture. Nothing. Just a full bill for food we didn't eat, served by a manager who made clear she does not care. Avoid. read more

Never a subpar meal. They just keep getting better and better with their patio dining atmosphere and service. Always friendly kind service. Always excellent food quality and taste. We loved taking our pup here for outdoor dining when she was still around (RIP). Sad to hear they no longer allow. The salmon and grits and the country fried steak are phenomenal. I'll often get the country fried steak biscuit with a side of gravy and some scrambled eggs and that's the perfect breakfast meal. Or the salmon and grits for something lighter but savory and creamy. My husband loves the bargain breakfast that comes with everything he loves. We really love Oh Biscuit and recommend everyone tries it out. My daddy was from Melbourne, FL, and my siblings and I spent summers here--but none of our kinfolk ever mentioned this spot! I took everyone's order so we wouldn't overwhelm the waitress. Now let's talk about those biscuits, mane--they were soft, fluffy, and fresh. Every single one of us had biscuits. My grandma ordered the salmon, and this 90-year-old woman ate every bite--not even a crumb left. My son lives in Melbourne and my daughter came for the first time to see his place . She lives in NYC and is like most of us Yelpers. Food means so much more than what she puts in her mouth. So we asked her what can she not get in her city and what does she miss the most from growing up. I wouldn't begin to try and cook in my son's kitchen although Santa did bring him some fabulous pots and pans. She said several items and we were able to accomplish them all , but number one was biscuits ( especially fried chicken and sausage with gravy). Oh Biscuit filled that need and we laughed and told childhood stories while chowing down on the fluffiest biscuits we have had in forever. Service was great and we felt fortunate to get a table. My daughter said 15/10. High praise from that one. My son insisted we get the cinnamon roll although my daughter initially refused. . I think she was having flashbacks of the canned ones I made after sleepovers. Once again, she tried to hog it all. Those home fries were hot, crispy and spectacular. Highly recommended! Looking to bypass the long lines of Melbourne restaurants offering Easter brunch, we found ourself at Oh Biscuit. An unassuming , but very comfortable, little breakfast/lunch spot with plenty of easy parking. We opted for the coffee and it was a nicely strong cup of joe without any bitterness. The sausage gravy and biscuits caught our eyes and we shared a western omelette with grits and a biscuit. The b&g was outstanding! The closest to homemade I've ever had, and I make some really mean homemade b&g, just like my Grandma taught me. The biscuits were baked to perfection too. Soooo good! Worst experience I've ever had here happened this morning on Easter with my child. We used to come here before they got new owners. It was a cute little place. Great food, friendly people. We loved it, one of our favorite spots. It changed hands and overtime It got worse and worse. The food became so cheap and overpriced. The service declined tremendously. Today I decided to try again after my daughter suggested she wanted to go there. As soon as we walked up, we were greeted the girl that was seating us had a smile was friendly before she could get anything out of her mouth The waitress behind her leaning up against the counter, decided to interrupt someone else's business to point out a sign that said no outside food or drinks allowed. In my hand was my coffee cup from Starbucks no offense, but I did not come there for coffee. I didn't plan to order coffee. I came there for breakfast. I've been there many times. Their coffee is not good. The lady that pointed out the sign with such attentiveness thought she had accomplished something I guess. I told my daughter to take my coffee back to the car even though I was agitated that I just got in my coffee and it would have to sit in the hot car. I still decided to stay and eat despite her terrible attitude. Once we got to the table, the girl seating me apologized and then said "we don't usually enforce that". I then knew what was going on this lady walking around with her blessed shirt on was hating for no apparent reason, straight miserable. I then told the girl seating me that I would order, but I wanted it to go. She said OK and left the table to give me a minute to decide what I wanted. Not long after that, another waitress came up and asked if she could take my order. I told her I was not ready yet. She gave a couple of minutes and then she came back. My daughter proceeded to order, and when I finished my order my daughter, changed her mind about the type of cheese she wanted, and while I was trying to talk with my child to figure out what exactly she wanted this lady interrupted me several times and seemed as if she wanted to just rush it along. After she finished taking the order, she went inside. We sat there for no more than 10 minutes, probably when she came back with the order bagged. She literally approached the table, tossed the bag down on the table and walked away without saying anything. At this point, I did not trust the food. I told my daughter let's go. I went to the door. I told the lady that seat us. I was very sorry, but I would not be taking the food that I did not trust it considering the attitude I gotten this morning for absolutely no reason. My daughter and I went to our car. We decided that the lady seating us still deserved a tip, I pulled around to the front. My daughter got out to go give her the tip and apologize again, and I watched these two waitresses just stand there chatting. My daughter noticed the shade. I noticed the shade and we refused to let negativity ruin our Easter morning. We went right down to Waffle House and had the best morning with the best . I don't know what that waitress at Oh Biscuit was going through but I pray she can get that nasty spirit off of her. And to the lady that seated us, you deserve better. Such a cute, relaxing space to have a great meal. My party of 4 enjoyed everything we ordered. Everything was freshly made, nicely seasoned and arrived in a timely manner. This tiny restaurant is easy to miss but it is not a hidden gem by any means; oh it is a gem but the full parking lot is a testament to the fact it is a local hot spot. They have a large menu of breakfast and lunch items, since when we visited it was safely in the late brunch time. The omelets I saw floating by looked tempting but my dining companion assured me biscuits and gravy were the way to go and he was not wrong. Flaky biscuts, yummy gravy (that could have used a little more sausage) overflowed my plate. Since I do have some manners, I avoided licking the plate though it was a challenge. Came here for breakfast on Sunday to pick up some biscuits to eat at home. Biscuit was great! Much larger than I was expecting and I was only able to eat half of it. I got a biscuit with fried chicken, egg white, pepper jack cheese and spinach. For 2 build your own biscuits, a cheese danish, and OJ it was $35 dollars, which I thought was a lot, but we got the custom biscuits which are more expensive. There's not much seating inside and it's very claustrophobic while waiting in line but there's a lot of seating outside.
