I was specific that the order had to be ready by 9:30 am. When I got there, they told me it would be 15 minutes and due to a miscommunication, the order had not been started. I immediately called Roberto, the manager with whom I placed the order and instead of being apologetic, he told me that the order wasn't started because I didn't pay for it yet. He never asked me to prepay and I very directly told him that if I needed to prepay, he should have told me as much then he told me I was being rude. I went in and paid and it took them over 25 minutes to get the food. Horrible business and shameful attitude. Too bad. I like the food but I will never order from there again. Jerk! read more

The GrubHub driver had no idea where the order was; we called the number to try and talk to the restaurant. The person who answered was remarkably unhelpful and rude. We ordered through UberEats so we can't speak to how clean/hygienic the restaurant was. One small issue we had was that they mislabeled our two burritos, switching the names. We ordered the Bronco and the Hangover burritos. Just a warning, these burritos are FAT and could definitely leave you with a meal + small snack or 2 small meals. However, the true star was the Hangover burrito, straying very far away from what would be an appropriate breakfast/brunch meal. I believe that burrito was named/created after Sam the Cooking Guy, a youtuber known for pushing the boundaries of drunk food. And boy oh boy, he did just that with this burrito. Hash browns, caramelized onions, unbelievably well-seasoned meat - very necessary for a hangover or just if you're a person who doesn't mind rich foods in the morning. One thing you know if you watched his videos is that he likes to extensively season every ingredient/component of the dish so that no individual part is lacking. You could really tell that this burrito followed the same principles because every bite packed a PUNCH. The slight sweetness from the onions + sauce balanced very well with the savory aspects of the dish. Did I feel full after finishing the first half of the burrito? Yes. Did I push myself to finish the rest of it? Yes. Did I regret it? Not one bit. One small complaint is that I wished the hash brown was slightly more crispy, but it may be too much of a lofty dream given the other components within the burrito + transit time for delivery. However, the overall experience was AMAZING. I definitely would reorder this amazing burrito again. 4.5/5 stars. read more
