Pastries here are fantastic!…read more My husband and I parked in the parking garage and we really appreciate that if you support one of the businesses with any purchase you input your license plate and get 3 hours validated parking! Also a bonus because the day we came was also the farmers market! Service was welcoming and friendly! They had a few tables with seating inside. We got the raspberry ribbon croissant and egg tart! Wish I had more tummy space to try more items because these pastries were delicious!

It was pretty easy to make a cake order and the writing was free, unlike online where it says $5 for writing. When I got the cake, I was a bit disappointed. The writing had bled onto the cake, there was a crack in the frosting and it appeared that the frosting at the bottom leaned piped to the board instead of the cake. I didn't bother mentioning this at pick up because it didn't seem like the worker was also the cake person. The cake itself was a tad dry but light and airy. For the price I paid, I was disappointed by the outcome. Even if it was due to additional cake orders due to mother's day, I do expect better than this when I buy a cake from a local bakery. Also if you like crispy croissants, I do not recommend the Sichuan pepper cruffin. It was tasty but it didn't have the crisp that you'd expect from a bakery.

Great ambiance and pastries, but the coffee and service are just average…read more I got an americano ($4) and a mocha ($6) -- nothing that stands out, especially given how many excellent coffee spots Seattle has to offer. The food selection is solid: sandwiches, hearty breads, and a variety of desserts. I tried the brioche and the pistachio tart. The brioche was forgettable, but the pistachio tart was genuinely delicious. It's the first thing I'm ordering on my next visit. Seating is more generous than it looks. There's an outdoor patio and a second floor, so you can usually find a spot. Nice weather? Go for the patio. Need to focus? The corner seats upstairs are your best bet.

It was pretty good. This place is beautiful and had a very nice flow. One door exclusive for entrance leads you to all the yummy looking bread and pastries, followed by sandwiches and desserts. Then you get to the counter and order your drinks and payout. Nice flow. The pastries and bread - all look so fresh, good and tasty. I only got to eat one for now. I would like to try the other food offerings next time. You help yourself with water and dishing out your dishes. They have a second floor for more sitting. Will return soon to check them out again.

It smells so wonderful and warm when you enter and it's really a feast for your eyes. Everything looks so delicious and it's hard to choose. The staff was ver patient with me. My "go to" is the most famous twice baked almond croissant. On this visit ordered the "go to" , blueberry ginger scone, ratatouille sandwich, turkey havarti sandwich, banana bread, and some Americanos to go. This is not a sit down cafe so we thoroughly enjoyed them in the parked car. :) Every bite should be savored. Extraordinary!

The croissant was on the crispier side, especially with the almond crumble on top it was a bit too cripsy for me, but I tend to like soft and flakey pastries so it's probably a matter of taste. There was a TON of almond filling in the middle. I enjoyed the taste and texture but it was too much filling for me personally. I would have liked more croissant in my croissant, so to say haha. The chocolate was slightly dark which worked well with the sweet pastry and filling! Overall I enjoyed the croissant but it was a tad too heavy on the filling and cripsy/crunchy for me.

Their small parking lot was already full so we parked in front of the store temporarily. The inside of the small store was also bustling with patrons. Everything smelled so good and watching them assemble the fruit cake was such a treat! We decided not to eat outside the store and went to the park in the back so by then the beef curry bread and bacon cheddar braid had cooled significantly. The cheddar cheese was so crispy and contrasted with the soft bread and bacon. The beef curry filling is just simply ground beef (no potatos which was a slight let down for my partner). The azuki Malasada was very very sweet (due to the sugar coating) and since it's such a thin layer of sweet red bean I couldn't taste it much other than the sugar. Definitely would come back again just for the ube malasada, once again our favorite!

I had the matcha custard malasada and milk stick and both were great! The malasada had a nice amount of custard inside and was not too sweet. I'd definitely come back for the malasada. I also enjoyed the combination of sweet butter cream and the chewy bread of the milk stick. I also bought the cream puff which I've yet to devour. Looking forward to it! People working there were nice and seemed immune to morning grumpiness. I'm not so great at waking up early but I went in before 8am on a weekday and took a little too long to decide on what to buy, but the staff was patient and friendly. I appreciated that they have a good variety of baked goods around opening hour.
