Parking is shared with McDonalds, Sprouts, and Moto. Parking may require some exercise due to all the successful businesses. Ambiance 5/5 The Restaurant has a warm modern contemporary Vibe. Takeout pickup is next to the Bar. The bar has a couple of tables in addition to the bar top. TV's are on Games. The dining room has a mixture of tables and booths. There is a large group table in the back. Menu 5/5 Nice variety of pastas, Spaghetti salads and deserts. I've become a diehard Spaghetti & meatball fan as is my nephew. Between appointments, I noticed I had some time between one to the other. I drove out to the area of the last appointment, and saw they had a Babbo nearby. Pasta is always a good choice! I don't often eat meat, but a shrimp pasta seemed to be just what I was craving that day and it definitely hit the spot! Every meal at Babbo starts with complimentary bread with oil/balsamic and quite frankly one of the reasons I frequent this chain of restaurants. The Creamy Garlic Pasta ($18.50) substitute shrimp (+3) was such a large portion that I struggled to make a dent in it. It was the perfect lunch to enjoy as this Babbo location is by far the most beautiful! Loved the coziness, while maintaining a sleek look. The service was fantastic and very friendly. I enjoy coming here on Mondays and Tuesdays for happy hour and the spaghetti special. The meatballs are some of my favorites. I order it without parsley on top. Today I decided to order the pizza for myself and branch out. It was cooked well. The crust was toasty and crisp. Plenty of toppings and the flavor was delicious. Spinach, ricotta, Parmesan, spinach, roasted garlic and olive oil. Yum. It normally comes with tomatoes but I'm not big on them so I skipped. Would definitely recommend the place. I came here yesterday with some coworkers for dinner and it was so incredibly delicious and the service was amazing professional and very courteous. I had been wanting to come here for awhile now especially since I've seen all the good things they do for charities in the community. I had their Creamy Mushroom and asparagus pasta and I literally wiped my plate with their so delicious bread! Left it as you should at any good Italian restaurant in Italy, where the chefs take their cooking very serious. Wow- can't believe we've been missing out on this place! We loaded up at Sprouts for the week then saw Babbo on the other side of the parking lot and went to give it a try. We had been to another location maybe a decade ago so it seemed "new" to us. I ordered the new lemon garlic spaghettini (sun GF noodles) and my husband ordered a fish with buffalo chicken. They also brought bread with olive oil and balsamic to the table. My dinner was so good- so lemony but not overpowering. My husband really enjoyed his but would probably ask to sub for a different pasta next time (slurping noodles gets messy!). Last minute venture to go out for dinner on a Monday night, we got right in which was great. The renovations are lovely, very airy and open with gorgeous views of the mountains. We just missed Happy hour, which ends at 6p. Looks good though, will have to check that out another time. We ordered the Brussel Sprouts with beets & goat cheese for an appetizer. It was presented and cooked well. The earthy flavors were a balanced counterpart to our decadent main courses. We got the White Buffalo pasta, a buffalo chicken pasta with creamy gorgonzola sauce. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender with crunchy breading & smothered in spicy Buffalo sauce. The linguine with creamy gorgonzola sauce with broccoli was outrageously good. We also got the short rib mushroom ravioli which was the least favorite. We had high hopes for the ravioli but it was too oily and would've been much better with a creamy garlic parmesan sauce. I must also mention our server was great. He was attentive but not hoovering. He was quick & efficient and not pushy. He really added to the enjoyment of a nice dinner out. I called the restaurant on 16th St. and Glendale to see what day my favorite pizza was going to be on the menu for lunch and got the run down. I went on the day I was advised and was met by this rude manager named Jennifer. She had the most condescending attitude when I asked for the pizza I ordered. She said I was told the wrong thing by her employee and decided to talk down to me. I let her know she did not need to speak to me in this manner and then she became even worse than she was before. I immediately called the other store to complain about her whole approach and instead of helping me they told me to make a review online, so here I am. Arrowhead location - Firstly, this restaurant is just comfortable, wide-open and very welcoming, although the front hostess stand is small, out of the way, to the right and easy to miss which may be changing with what looks like an expansion coming. On checking out the menu, was shocked to see diet friendly options such as pasta bowl alternatives with riced vegetables and zucchini. Started with the mozzarella, pistachios and tomato which was absolutely fantastic except for the very sweet balsamic glaze. Will get again, although will request it without the glaze. Thankfully, they are very accommodating. Chose the riced veggies which turned out to be riced in-house with carrots, broccoli and cauliflower and was absolutely delicious. The only option to adjust is the topping of ricotta, which took away from the delicate vegetables and the wonderfully seasoned shrimp. Decided to try a side of marinara which was flavorful, not sweet although very liquid which isn't an issue. Dipping the veggies and shrimp in the marinara was a nice addition. Would be even better if they clearly stated or offered the ingredients and/or sugar content of the marinara. However, a wonderful dinner, service was top-notch and rumor has it, they get quite busy, so Sunday evening seemed to be perfect. Will definitely be back, perhaps to try the stuffed portobello and zucchini as the pasta. The food was fabulous. The service was above and beyond. The ambiance was comforting. Thanks to Tyler for helping to make our birthday celebration special. My dish was prepared with the cheese on the side since I'm a "cheating" vegan. I was able to share the fresh Shaved pamesan with my friends. The happy hour all day $8 margaritas were good enough for seconds. And the complementary birthday dessert came with enough plates and forks to share with the whole party. My vegetarian sister liked the sweet apple pizza too and had enough to share as well as leftovers for later. Awesome patience on the part of our server who didn't make the birthday girl feel awkward about her inability to make a decision. March 30, 2025- Unpleasant server, took FOREVER to get our food!!! Never checked in if we needed something, forgot to bring us the bread/olive oil, I had to ask after we got our food. Took 35 minutes (maybe more) to get our dessert, we almost left a few times, she said it was coming up, then another 10 minutes wait! Really disappointed in the service for a $153 meal. Most of the food was good (not great) my grandsons Mac and cheese was un-edible to him and when I tasted it, I understood why it was just butter or something on the noodles, no cheese?? The Caesar salad had WAY too much dressing so that was also un-edible. The portobello mushroom app was delicious though, everything else we ordered average. This is the first review I've ever written which tells you how bad the service and food was to prompt a review. My Dad was told it was a 20 minute wait so he sat at the bar and grabbed a beer until my sister and I arrived. My sister and I showed up shortly after and also ordered drinks at the bar and stood in the empty standing space next to our Dad's seat. The bartender asked my Dad to give up his seat because someone walked in and wanted to order food so he needed to give up his seat at the bar for someone that just walked in. So my Dad, sister, and I picked up our drinks and stood in the corner while the bartender escorted a random guy to the bar to take my Dad's seat. The couple sitting next to us at the bar said they couldn't believe the bartender asked us to give up our bar seat and was even more shocked we hadn't left the restaurant after. The bar is first come, first serve so we should have never been asked to give our seat up as we were paying customers and ordering from the bar. I saw 3 other families leave before they were seated because they were so fed up by the service they received at the host stand. The service was all around terrible. They charge a premium price for the most subpar bland food you will ever eat. I can't figure out how they are still in business when the service and food is as bad as it is.
