Solid 5 star breakfast! The brisket breakfast burrito was HUGE, the red "sauce" was a spicy enchilada style sauce - best flavored enchilada sauce within a 50 mile radius of Prescott. Not kidding!. The brisket was tender and flavorful - I took the other half of my burrito home and my wife loved it and agreed on my take about the sauce! Will try their coffee next time, the green salsa was also very good. One minor complaint - potatoes need to be more well done in the burrito. It is one of the best breakfast places I've ever been to! The portions are huge without compromising the flavor. Get there early for a spot, and they don't allow groups larger than 5 people due to the size of their restaurant. The service is always wonderful, and my coffee cup was never empty! When you walk in one of the friendly servers will ask you to put your name on the list for a table. This little gem is everything a breakfast joint should be. It's small, as is the name number of staff, but the two ladies working this morning are the two hardest working restaurant workers I have seen in years. They, serve, converse, clean and manage the line with the efficiency of a Swiss watch. You may have to wait a few minutes for a table, but it's well worth the wait. We were in Prescott for a family memorial service and I checked Yelp for breakfast places and the reviews for B Simple were great and it was close to where we were staying so we gave it a try. It was excellent! Word of caution, the portions are huge! If we had been able to go again we would've split something. I got the "Basic" breakfast. The "butter browns" or hash browns are perfect, crispy on the outside & tender on the inside. The biscuits are big and they butter them and then put them on the grill , a very unique way to serve them. The "Basic" comes with 3 eggs and they were perfectly scrambled. My husband got the Breakfast burrito with brisket, butter browns and green chili sauce. It was the biggest breakfast burrito he'd ever seen and he said it was phenomenal! We definitely recommend it. Great breakfast while visiting Prescott. Small space (so come early) and large portions. Service very good and food came out in no time. I have eaten at be simple breakfast restaurant several times while living here in prescott. I do not believe I have given them a review. I had breakfast there a couple weeks ago with a neighbor and I ordered their vegetable scramble. I've had that a few times. it is delicious. All of their breakfasts are delicious. The only drawback is I go there Monday through Friday because on the weekends, it gets very crowded. it's a very small place only has about six or eight tables. If there's a 20 minute wait it is worth the wait . The server that we had. I forget her name, but she has been there for a while now . Long dark curly hair. I will have to get her name next time. Excellent service ! Kept the coffee coming !! They have delicious coffee, good and strong. My neighbor says this has become his favorite breakfast place in prescott.- and I agree!! read more

A very small and quaint restaurant that's further south of Whiskey Row. We came in the late morning and didn't have a wait to be seated. We ordered and it took about 30 minutes for us to get our food. Me and my companions had mixed thoughts. I really liked my potatoes, eggs, and bacon. It was bland and needed seasoning. My friends thought the same with theirs. The best thing across the board was the jam and biscuits. They were delicious! We'd come back just for those alone. We also liked the pesto parm tomatoes, but we expected more than 2 tiny slices for 4$. The other dishes sounded good, but we wanted something a bit lighter. Our eyes kept going to the green/red chili or the sausage gravy dishes. We may try those next time and take the risk of needing a nap after. read more

Went to B simple monday Dec 8th at 830am 3 of us arrived and were waiting on another friend who was parking. The tall blond waitress told us we could not sit down until our friend showed up it was their policy, when I said you have 3 empty tables she went to the door and pointed to a piece of paper saying we have to wait until the whole party arrives. We ended up leaving. I just don't understand how someone so hardheaded and arrogant can be put in charge and does not care about losing business. We ended up going to Zekes which has great food and waitresses and will never go back to b simple. read more

This was a wonderful breakfast decision for our morning in Prescott. Even though the restaurant was packed and busy for a Sunday morning, we were quickly offered bar seating and took it. Service was prompt and kind. We ordered the Sassy Sandwich with the Parmesan pesto tomatoes and the Hash Skillet. We loved every aspect of it! The fresh strawberry jam with the chorizo of the Sassy was delectable in its complimentary flavors. The BISCUITS!! Lord have mercy. They were buttered and griddled to perfection. A subtle star of the meal. The hash was full of flavor and very filling. I wasn't a fan of the gravy that we ordered on the side. When mixed with the hash it was a nice touch -- though I wouldn't order it again. The green chilis were hot! But so yum. We would absolutely come back and try new things or order this again. The interior of the restaurant was small and loud due to proximity, but this did not take away from the experience. Oh my this place is amazing. Today was our first visit and it is now in our 'Prescott Places to Eat' list. The Ken consists of shredded potatoes with two eggs, choice of protein, and a biscuit smothered in bacon gravy. The Clint has shredded potatoes, with carne adovado and chorizo, smothered in red and/or green chili sauce and topped with two eggs. I tried it Christmas style, both red and green chili sauce. The best green chili sauce I've experienced. You can see the portions are plentiful enough to feed two-three people. The restaurant is cozy and clean. The wait staff are welcoming and very friendly. I hear great things about this place as I'm walking by on a Saturday morning at 8:45am. 3 people waiting in line for a table and all I wanted was a breakfast burrito and a side of bacon Togo. The server inside tells me no take-out on the weekends only Monday -Fridays. This is not posted anywhere. Sucks even small town small local restaurant business forget what it's like to serve the community and take care of the guest.
