I've been to B nails twice now and I wasn't disappointed either time! The first time, I went in for an acrylic fill and they were super thorough, and I didn't get burned at all with the drill file. Today I took some family for pedis and we got the deluxe. We got stuck in traffic and were about 10 minutes late and they still accommodated us which we appreciated so much. I felt bad because other clients had to wait, so I made sure to tip extra. The pedicure was the most relaxing pedi I've had in a very long time. It was also very thorough, they were very clean, and the color selection is huge. The owner was very nice even though we were late. I'm excited to keep going back! read more

The quality and professionalism of this salon was unacceptable. To begin, I went in for a full set of acrylics and removal of a previous set of nails. While the tech was removing them she left so much acrylic on my hands that dried on and was never cleaned (very difficult to get off at home) as well as being very careless with the drill bit, almost piercing my fingers several times. On multiple occasions I voiced my concern, both with the sloppiness of the work and the precarious handling of instruments, but she brushed off my remarks. When she was shaping my nails, the tips were very uneven. Some of them bubbled at the tips and some were rounded off too much, essentially ground down. Again, after voicing my concern the nail tech was dismissive and ignorant. At the end of appointment, I explained my frustration to the owner, both with the carelessness and finish of the nails. Further worsening things, the prices demanded were ridiculous. The overall appointment took 2 hours for a set of acrylics, and they charged me $73, including a $10 surcharge for the French tips, which I've never been charged before. Rather than acknowledging my frustration, the owner condescendingly replied that if I could find another nail salon that didn't charge for French tips, he would give me $10 off. Overall, this service was a disgrace. The staff lack skill, professionalism, decency and care for the customer. The prices were insulting given the quality of the service, and the length of time it took to complete such a nasty product was excessive. If you are considering going here please avoid the trouble. They've just remodeled the place. It is very clean and the decorations are nice. The new owner is friendly and will answer all the questions you have. The staff seemed very comfortable and relaxed. I honestly don't write yelp reviews very frequently. I feel compelled to write one because I had a really terrible experience with this establishment. I usually get dip powder manicures. Occasionally shellac. Usually, my dip powder manicures will last at least one- two weeks, the good ones sometimes even three weeks. I had a dip powder manicure done at this establishment, and within three days my nails were chipping and cracking. It was so bad that I lost all the length in my nails, had to personally file things down just to be functional is that I wasn't having chip nails catching on everything. I was thinking that maybe the product they were using was default. In any case I contacted the salon, told them of my concern when I got back in town from an event. They were not very accommodating, definitely not apologetic in anyway. I showed up for a scheduled appointment to have the dip powder removed And rather than any degree of apology, they were questioning the validity of my claims. They basically told me that they have "never had anyone complain of this" and couldn't understand how this could possibly be the case. Ended up removing the dip powder. And by removing, I literally mean they just removed it and left my nails looking fucking Janky as hell. I was thinking that maybe they might file things that I wouldn't even be willing to pay for like a manicure if they would've offered. But they didn't. I know this post sounds a bit snarky. But, there are multiple other nail salons in the city that provide way better service than this place. You're better off spending your money elsewhere read more

I came in at 4pm for a scheduled acrylic full set and a pedicure. I asked for (picture #1) and I got (picture #2) literally such a terrible job I actually cried and the guy who works there or owns the place (idk) literally tried to gaslight me and told me my nails look better than the picture I asked for a replica nail set of and it did not give what it was supposed to have gave. I spent 4 and a half hours in there the whole time they're playing sad music which made my quiet panic attack worse. They tried to justify wasting my time and comfort because their time and energy was also wasted but here's the thing. Dude admitted to his nail tech (sweet old lady, bad nail tech) not being able to recreate what I had asked for after the job was complete and throughout the nail process I kept trying to suggest ways to fix it and they paid me dust or ignored me. He said it's a really hard nail design and that his nail tech just can't do it. He should've stated that before allowing her to work on my nails. If this overpriced terrible nail art place of business is gonna charge up the ass they should have nail techs that can actually satisfy the more than average acrylic having customer with exactly what is asked for or at least have the honesty to let me know I can't get what I want hoping I'm too meek to speak up for myself. this place sucks unless you're into misshapen nails and simple one color looks. read more

Both came with a nice massage that nearly put me to sleep. This spa also screens clients for temperature and asked us to use hand santizer on arrival, so it felt very safe and conscious which is important! read more

I celebrated my birthday at a nail salon that I had been visiting for months. Upon my arrival, I noticed that I was the only customer there, and two employees were practicing on each other to my left. One of the employees, named Nancy, kept looking at me and my tattoos. Eventually, she started a conversation with me, but unfortunately, her comments about my eyelash extensions were hurtful. She suggested that they did not match my eyebrows and then laughed with her friend, saying they did not look good. I have been getting my nails done since I was 17, and on my 25th birthday, I did not expect to have a negative experience. However, I believe it is essential to share my experience so that others can avoid similar situations. It was very upsetting to be bullied on such a special day, and no efforts were made to remedy the situation or to acknowledge my birthday. I could tell that they knew I was upset, but no accommodations were made. read more

I have been coming to this location for years and a new owner has recently taken over. He is fantastic and really thinking about all ways he can keep the customers and employees safe. B Nails is more of a spa feel with relaxing music and different options for all offerings on their services. Hannah has been specially great for shellac and fills. I went in for a mani and pedi and the pedi went great! But the manicure was not at all what I wanted, the colors were merging together and it applied well. Some of them were opaque and rough. The gel wasn't taken off of my skin either. Not to great of an experience read more
