The layer of the dish was so weird- the beef fast for the rice was just pooled at the bottom, then you had a pile of the fried tofu with the dog food mixture on top. Which did not taste good. I just ended up eating the top of the white rice and the pieces of fried tofu. I usually love a good pickled element, but this was temperature hot and so it lost a lot of that acid bite that cold pickled veggies bring to a rich dish to cut through. It was a hard pass for me- texture wise, elements wise, and also just tasted like nothing except a burning pepper heat. Overall, all the food had a major salt problem and tasted very one note- everything just of reeked of black pepper and just generally made my mouth a little burny. Plus, the portions absolutely do not match the price point.
