I think https://fixyourdisc.com/ is much better. It's run by ELM-USA, which has better machines, and they're cheaper than Azura.

About 18 months ago I purchased, through At&T at Costco, an I-phone and cell service. The phone…read moredied two days ago. Spent about 8 hours trying to find a repair- nothing from AT&T, nothing from Costco and nothing from Apple (other than I could wait two hours to speak to someone at the "Genius Bar.") The young man at the AT&T store in Costco suggested I go to Batteries Plus. He felt it was a problem with the screen. Mikayla at Batteries Plus was simple incredible! She was the only person who showed motivation to help me. She was also totally transparent and acknowledged that while it was most likely a screen issue (she could tell the phone was operating- we just couldn't see anything on the screen) she may have a problem removing the screen. This particular phone apparently has a paper thin screen, making it difficult to remove without causing peripheral damage. I may not be describing the problem precisely. What I do knowis that Mikayla was competent and motivated to help. By the time we were finished, I knew she was amazing! Things happen, and I wasn't so much upset with the phone breaking as I was the total indifference from every person I contacted to try and understand fix the problem. I went to the local AT&T store and they couldn't or wouldn't help me. The agent couldn't see the serial number and I didn't have the original paperwork. For reasons I don't understand, he said he couldn't look at my purchase history. Lesson learned and I will keep every piece of paper connected to any future phone purchase. Mikayla at Batteries Plus in Queen Creek stands out as the most responsive, helpful and professional customer service person ever!! She was 100% willing to help me and did a phenomenal job fixing my phone. Thank you so much!!

M-Troniks - Pro-Audio Repair

M-Troniks

TLDR: Unit I entrusted to M-Troniks for repair was returned…read morein worse condition than when it was dropped off. Repair warranty was not honored. Shop took my money and cursed me out. Full Story: I would caution all to avoid M-troniks at all costs. I can confidently say, with no exaggeration, that my experience with them was the most unbelievable and horrific I've ever had with a business. I want to be as articulate and clear as possible to show that I am a reasonable person and to explain exactly how egregiously awful my ordeal was. I was initially referred M-Troniks by my pedal manufacturer as they are an authorized repair location. Upon dropping it off, the man behind the counter, Mace Beyers, had assured me that they repair Helix units all the time and that they guarantee their work for 30 days from the repair. A few days later, I was notified that it was ready for pickup. The invoice stated they had simply done an "unpublished factory reset" on the unit, which fixed all of its problems. I was skeptical of this, because I had already reached out to the manufacturer's customer support line where troubleshooting, including a factory reset, was attempted. The manufacturer stated that my only option was to take it in for repair as there were most definitely component issues that needed to be addressed. M-Troniks charged their $95 bench fee plus another $33.75, which was off-putting to me as all they did was reset it; no additional work was done. Nevertheless, I said nothing and paid as I was just happy to have it working. I chalked the experience up to a lesson in being more thorough with troubleshooting. When I got home and plugged in the pedal, it still had the same issues. I returned to M-Troniks with the unit the next day and they took it back for repairs, assuring me that since it was under warranty, they would complete the repairs as promised. A few weeks later, I received a voicemail from Mace notifying me that they needed to order more parts, that it would take more time to fix, and that I would need to approve another $200 to complete the repair. I called back confused about why this wasn't covered under their warranty. I was told that the warranty only covered the initial fix (which was the factory reset that never actually fixed the issue). Under this logic, their warranty conditions would allow them to continue to misdiagnose and charge me for parts and labor without ever actually fixing the issue. I then became a little upset and confronted him about the initial "fix" and corresponding charge and asked why the repair fee I had already paid wasn't being applied towards the new fix since the issue was misdiagnosed and pedal returned to me in not working condition. Mace began yelling at me over the phone. "You wanna get technical; I'll read through the invoice!" I cut him off and told told him that I wanted no further repairs done on the unit. He hung up on me and I promptly got an email notification that my unit was ready to be picked up. When I arrived to pick up the unit, he had jammed it back into the carrying case in pieces. Not only was the unit taken apart and not put it back together, but the top and bottom of the chassis were slammed together facing the opposite direction and forced into the case. They needed to be carefully pried apart before I could even attempt to put it back together correctly so that the metal and interior components wouldn't bend or break apart. When I asked him, "Are you really giving it back to me in this state?", he unleashed a very aggressive and expletive-laced tirade at me. He yelled about being a "mom-and-pop" shop trying to make ends meet, as if that precludes them from having to do honest work. I remarked back at him that "mom-and-pop" shops do not treat customers this way, and he yelled back, "This one does, get the f**k out!" I left the shop with my Helix in pieces, having paid for a repair that was never completed. Thankfully, I was able to call the manufacturer and explain my situation. Despite not having any affiliation with M-troniks, they were appalled and offered to have my unit shipped to them for a complimentary repair. For that, I am beyond grateful. Truly exceptional customer service from Line 6. They are the real heroes. I cannot say the same for Mace and M-Troniks. I cannot stress enough how horrible this shop is. Even when faced with genuinely difficult customers, I cannot think of a single good reason for a place of business to verbally accost them. Below are pictures of how my Helix was returned to me. Save yourself the money and trouble and find another shop for equipment repairs.

The neck was a little curved and the bridge was a little too low. They did such an amazing job in 48 hours!
