I just read them.. and I read every single one of…read morethem before I went there.. my experience so far: I called them around 11:30AM today and I was referred by my insurance because they are "in network" they were very helpful and provided all the information necessary over the phone for me to make a decision to schedule an appt with them or not.. they accommodated me immediately for an appt at 2:30pm the same day( I called 2 doctors before them and they pushed me for 2 weeks for a free consultation) .. I was seen by a nurse shortly after I checked in and they did all the agreed upon procedures with all professionalism. They are very quick and efficient. so I understand how some people might think that they move through patients quickly.. they're just efficient- there is nothing better than that especially at a doctors office where sometimes you experience long wait times. I want to do a LASIK eye surgery and I asked upfront to give a rough estimate on the cost of the procedure on the phone and they gave me a very good rough estimate..(I kind of expected them to raise the price a little bit after I do the actual consultation and pitch me on different type of procedures) however they didn't do that and I got the quote for the procedure for the same amount they quoted me over the phone. I had a very good experience so far and I'm very happy over all and my surgery is scheduled for 2 weeks from now, will update as I get more info.

I booked an appointment for Wednesday at 8 AM and confirmed it with the female staff member at the front desk over the phone. I wasted my time driving there and arrived exactly at my scheduled time on Wednesday. They claimed they called my name, then told me I didn't have an appointment until the next day because they had changed my appointment to Thursday without informing me directly -- only through a text message. I was never clearly notified, so I assumed my appointment was still on Wednesday. Do customers really have to do their job by repeatedly confirming appointments to make sure the schedule is correct? Should I have to ask for the phone representative's name just to hold someone accountable so appointments aren't changed without notice? Whoever the female staff member at the front needs to get fired. This was a mistake on their end. This place is terrible and filled with incompetent staff. Please DO NOT come here.

So please make sure you guys make right appointment since dr not available all time at certain locations. Dr latter was very kind and professional. He was telling my husband and I that one day if we have a kids, our kids will def wear glasses since both parent have it on lol. I wish the timing on time. I came right on time at 10am but called to go inside at 10.35 am. They said they were little behind with the schedule. Also I wish they have good selection of the eyeglasses. Their selection and variations very low and more like standard basic one. One of the worker told me they have little selection since elderly come more often. So if you want luxury trendy glasses I don't think you able to find it here. Just ask the prescription and take it somewhere else like LensCrafters or Warby Parker. I'm pretty sure they take most insurance but make sure first to ask. I'm pretty glad I don't need to pay any copay.

My kids has been going to Dr Latter for years now. I also had my parents go to get their eyes checked with Dr Latter as well. He's one of the best opthamologist by far. As for the front desk, the ladies are so sweet. Zuma and the Asian lady (sorry I forgot your name) are the two most kindest, sweetest women I've ever met. They always greet you with big smile on their face.

I made a yearly check up appointment and because I was 1 day into the month of June and not there in May the warranty I purchased for my lenses was not honored. I was going to buy another pair of glasses I always pay out of pocket. This didn't feel fair and I left pretty upset.

Although the eye exam went well, everything after that was terrible. They told me that they would text me within two weeks to let me know that my glasses were ready for pick up. I never received any communication that they were ready to be picked up. Instead I had to call to follow up. I figured with the holidays maybe there was a delay, there wasn't. They received the glasses in mid November and relied on just a single text message (which I never received) to inform me that the glasses were ready. Instead of taking accountability for the lack of communication the front desk person said "well I guess it is our fault" only after I told her that it doesn't make sense only rely on one text message. If a patient doesn't pick up their prescription eye wear, which they need to see, then don't you think you should be more diligent and call to follow up. and again instead of taking accountability and apologize she just said "well we're short staffed." And this wasn't the first issue since my original review in Google where I did give them a 5star review. My husband also had an issue when he came and it took them over two months to finally tell him that the lab wasn't equipped to work with the frames he selected. Again, no accountability or apology for that incident either. Needless to say I'll be looking for a new optometrist.
