Lychee on Lychee and Dreamberry Cloud
Melissa L.

Azuki Tea is such a great gem located on the border of Thousand Oaks and Westlake Village. For me it's a little bit of a drive but well worth it because they make amazing drinks, have tasty small bites and the staff are always super nice here. I'm happy to see that Azuki is busy and as popular as ever. I came mid afternoon and this spot was stacked busy with high schoolers aka I felt old lol. But it's a welcoming spot for all walks of life and people to hang. Small inside but they do have a few tables and some bar top seating. Also two tables outside. More a takeaway place but if you want to sit and converse with a friend, you do have that option. Staff here are always super nice and lovely. Very welcoming, kind people work here. They always seem pretty well staffed too. When I came in I saw 3-4 people behind the counter I believe. Appreciated this as your drinks and bites come out relatively quickly. Service 5/5. I genuinely love their bobas, teas and small bites. This time around I was able to try both their lychee on lychee fresh tea and then a blended dreamberry with boba. Both were fabulous. Boba was fresh and drinks were refreshing. They have a few small bites here from pastry like dishes to chicken and spam musubi. I went with the spam dish - took about five minutes to make (which they told me in advance which was appreciated) and it was a tasty little snack when I'm feeling too lazy to make it for myself. Prices here are reasonable and comfortable to any boba shop really. I come here because the drinks are good, staff are nice, the decor is cute and it's a clean well kept establishment. Happy to continue to support them and I hope you'll give them a try.

Mango Sago

***UPDATE** 10/21/2025 10:40am- Owner reached out personally to apologize. Updating my review just for that. Awesome customer service like Chaoli provided is hard to come by. Thanks Chaoili! I will definitely be coming by and trying something different next time. 10/21/2025 8:30am- Excited to try and a bit disappointed. I ordered the mango sago, no adjustments. It tasted watery, had a grainy texture and the sago was clumped up together. Usually this is a drink that never disappoints anywhere else I've gotten it. Store is cute and there seems to be a good selection of drinks so if I'm ever in the area again, I'll give it another try with a different drink.

Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte

Azuki Tea is so kawaii and cute! Located in the same outdoor shopping center as Daiso, the Japanese bargain store, Azuki Tea has these amazing hand painted wings inside their shop on the wall and lots of plants, photos, trinkets, and toys for decoration. They're on the smaller scale of stores, so there's some seating inside, but there's probably more seating and space outside, or at least you could definitely find some. The service is always good as well, with typically the team being only 1-2 people. The service is fast compared to how many people are typically there and come by vs. how many people are working. I've never had to wait more than 5-10 for my drink to be ready. People are always coming in when I'm there, but it's never crowded which is why I also love it. This is typically my go-to boba spot, although there aren't too many boba spots to begin with in town. Azuki Tea's iced strawberry matcha latte with boba is so good and always so refreshing while hitting the spot. The matcha and boba are more authentic, and I would argue, so are a lot of their drinks compared to a bigger chain like itsbobatime.

Silky Mango Latte

It was my first time trying a mango matcha latte. The mango complemented matcha surprisingly well. The staff explained to me the sweetness comes from the mango syrup. They could increase or decrease sweetness based on the amount of syrup added. There is also mango purée, so it is possible to have minimal sugar but still have the mango flavor. I had 25% sweetness, and it was just right for me. The matcha was good, but maybe not quite strong enough on its own. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I would come back and try something else next time.

Went here for a yummy treat and it did not disappoint. My boyfriend absolutely loved his drink it was cookie dream and I got matcha boba which was very good but I'm not the biggest matcha drinker :3 mochi waffle was very good too. Service was on point, ladies were so nice. Inside store cute nothing too crazy or special.

Craving for some boba so we went here due to positive reviews. Ordered some taro smoothies and unfortunately, the tapiocas were not fully cooked. You have to chew them hard they are supposed to be soft. Sigh

Those that know me know I don't say this lightly, but, this place has REALLY good drinks. Tried it twice for a total of 3 drinks and everything was very good- you can taste the flavors very well and the portion size is good for the price. You can order ahead through square but the prices are a little cheaper when ordered in person. I can't wait to try their coffee products; so far only tried the Pina colada, taro twister, and taro Hokkaido. Also- the Jumbo size is huge!! Delicious. Exited to return.

Uji Matcha Latte with Cheese Foam, Thai Tea

Inside there was one other person in line but I was helped within minutes. The service was friendly and the drink came out within 5 minutes. I ordered the Silky Mango Latte with Boba. It comes with mango puree, milk and matcha. Once it's all mixed together you get the slight tang from the mango with the earthy matcha flavor- a perfect balance. Their boba comes out hot and fresh.

Where I think Longevity is lacking though is in their food pricing which I don't feel it's justified, I totally get paying a premium for their coffee. I ordered some avocado toast and a side order of sourdough toast; they have the avocado toast priced just under $15 for only one piece of toast where almost anywhere else in the area is priced at $10. The one piece of sourdough toast with butter was a whopping $8+. It won't stop me going there I just won't order those food items again. It's real easy to get to , located in Westlake off Hampshire blvd off the 101 freeway., absolutely worth a visit. Would have been 5 stars if food wasn't so pricey.

What is Black, White, and Udder-ly adorable??…read more No, it is not me in the Tuxedo that I'm wearing right now as we speak... but good guess! =) It's a Cow of Course!! Hey, I'm a Dad and Dad jokes are what we Dads do best! Alright enough shenanigans. I'm going to attempt something different here. I am going to write this review using common COW IDIOMS. Wait! You don't know what a Cow is?? Well, It's a four-legged mammal from the Bovidae Family, also known as Cattle. They can produce milk and are the Main source of Beef. Fun Fact: Some eateries even using "cows" as their Mascot. Oh, you weren't talking about the Cow, you wanted to know what an Idiom was... my Bad lol. Well, An Idiom is "a group of words established by usage as having a meaning not deducible from those of the individual words." Thank You Google for that definition! And after reading what an Idiom was, apparently I didn't know what it actually meant either... haha Anywho... Let's "Take this Bull by the Horns" and get this review of Little Calf Creamery and Cafe on the road. Without a doubt, The "Cash Cow" to this little local establishment is probably not the CAFE part, but my guess, it's the CREAMERY half of the business. I mean, who doesn't Love Ice Cream??? Scoops, Sundaes, & Sandwiches all loaded with your favorite creamy dessert?? Yes, Please!! And trust me, every time I come here with my kids, They are "Like a Bull at a Gate" trying to get to the front of the line to place their order for their favorite flavor of Ice Cream. My first thought, slow your roll kids. Dinner first, then we can discuss Dessert. Fast forward to when we get our food.... Some of what I'm about to say is TRUE, but the rest may or may not be "Bull$h1t" that I just made up.... Kid #1 (the oldest): "Daddy, they put ketchup on my hamburger; I didn't want ketchup" Me: "Here's a napkin, just wipe it off" Kid #2 (the middle child): "Daddy, I'm full" Me: "Take 2 more bites please." 8 seconds later.... Kid #2: "Can we get Ice Cream now?" Me: I thought you were full. Kid #2: I took my two bites, how bout that Ice Cream? Kid #2: One Daddy: Zero Kid #3 (she's the baby): "Daddy, I pooped" Me: (to my wife) "hey Babe, I love you...." My Wife: (without skipping a beat) "Diapers are in the car" Me: Yes, dear (lol) Well that's settles that. And I know what you are all thinking... "Holy Cow!" That was close one! Hey, I'm not ready to "Buy the Farm" over no diaper change... I haven't even had my Ice Cream yet. ;) Ok, ok I know it feels like you have been waiting "until the cows come home" for my opinion of this place on whether or not it's worthy of a visit. Hey! No need to "Have a Cow", cause here it is.... Little Calf Creamery and Cafe is a fun little local shop in Thousand Oaks that serves up delicious Ice Cream with some familiar flavors and also some flavors that will spark your interest... -Moorpark Road (their take on Rocky Road) -Roasted Coffee!! -Witches Brew...Spooky!! In addition to their Ice Cream, they've got lunch and dinner covered so you can take a break from the kitchen... And doing the dishes for that matter! Last visit, the favorite food item rated by the kids and by me.... Their Kids menu Chicken Tenders and Fry Basket! All I can say.... "Holy Cow"... We are definitely coming back for more of those bad boys. Until Next time... There is "No Cow On Ice" Cause Little Calf in T.O. has got everything under control.

I just discovered Stonehaus today when I went searching for a nice spot to do lunch on Easter. I am…read moreso happy that I ventured over to Westlake Village because this spot was cute! I was hit with valet parking ($7 charge) as soon as I arrived so I was a little worried it might be a little snooty but the vibe was super casual once we were inside. After parking we made our way into the ordering area which has both a food ordering section and bar section. The menu is fairly basic but there are options for just about everyone from salads and paninis to pizzas. I got a pepperoni pizza and a red sangria while my husband got a chicken Caesar salad. The salad was pretty typical, nothing standout about it. But the pizza was actually pretty good. It has a very thin, cracker-like crust and decent flavors. After ordering at the counter, you take the buzzer and go grab a table in one of their many seating areas. I first stopped by the bar area to grab my sangria though. Even for a busy Easter Sunday, there was more than enough seating for all the people there. Take my advice and do a lap so you know where to sit before committing to a spot. We sat right up front where everyone else was. But after eating , I took my sangria and went on a stroll through the little vineyard and other seating areas there. You truly feel like you stepped into Disneyland or Italy when you are there. It's this beautiful little working vineyard in the middle of Westlake Village. Prices were a little steep for the food quality but the ambiance was totally worth it. They even had a live jazz trio playing which added to the vibe. There were tons of families having lunch there and I think that on a normal weekend this place is probably a great spot to come with a group of friends for a little day drinking and wine tasting.

Last few times including today the food was pretty awful. My egg frittata was clearly microwaved. I've ordered this same sandwich many times and it was so bad today I'd say unbearable. Our order came out in pieces, most items were cold and they forgot our coffee drinks. It led to a bad overall experience. We were wine club members for several years and just gaveled our membership the wines are sun-par. I'd say Stonehaus needs to get their act together.
