(The glass is coated with smoke from a smoldering piece of pecan wood, and the cocktail was served with a cloud of smoke under a coaster covering the glass.) The pig sickles ( ribs) were the perfect chance to make a pig of myself. Had the two meat plate, pig sickles and barbecued pulled chicken, If you like corn, you must have the side of corn with your dinner. The barbecue beans were delicious. Our server did a magnificent job tending to our drinks, appetizer, and food orders -- despite being very busy (the place was packed! -- and seemed like she was in constant motion.
