Chris responded promptly and came out to put the carpet back in place; stretching, trimming, smoothing around corners and in the closet, as well as fixing two areas in which we had to cut the carpet to pull it back after the saturation. Mom is thrilled with the carpet! Her granddaughter who is now staying there assures me the carpet is soft, well-padded and beautiful.
