Absolute worst customer service ever by the owner. I came here every 2 weeks for mani/pedi/eyebrows for the last few months and always got the younger gentleman who is wonderful (the owners son). This last time I went in, however, I got the owner and her service was a joke. She did a fill in like 20 minutes. Totally rushed through the whole thing, cut my fingers up, looks like a toddler painted my nails. I went back in the next day to get them fixed and she was so rude! Gave me attitude and refused to help me find the color....I have NEVER returned because I didn't like my nails so I was kind of weary to do so but I figured I paid for it so I need to like them, right? WORST manicure ever it took 2 hrs for a gel polish when it was done I had uneven filed nail, lump in the polish and more nail polish under my nail if I was to do it myself and I was blindfolded!! First and foremost, I personally am in the service/ beauty industry so I am pretty confident in what I believe to be how a guest should be treated. With that being said, the lady at the front desk, I believe her name is Kim I could be wrong though, she was the MOST disturbingly unprofessional person ever. I don't understand how you are in the service industry and you speak to your guests like that. And expect any kind of tip or anything. The way she talked to me, people who called on the phone, other people who walked in was just disgusting. Now obviously my first mistake was even overlooking her rude tone and allowing her to service me. Not only did she rush through my service roughly and rudely (pushing and hitting my hand instead of using her words) she left polish all over my fingers and cuticles and did not allow the gel to cure. This is day two and my gel is lifted and half off of 3 nails. I have gone to this nail salon for over 5 years. This time the manager lady gave me my pedicure. I asked for the number three which is the most expensive. She pulled my hangnail out of my big toe instead of cutting, and now I have an infection and soreness. The paint job is horrible and messy. I felt rushed even though there was no one waiting. If you go there don't let the manager lady do your toenails. I am really disappointed. I have never had my toes look so bad going to this place. The nails aren't even cut the same length. WORST nail experience ever. Today I came in to do a gel manicure, and Kim was the one who did my nails. Let me tell you this is the worst salon ever. She soaked my hands in the water for like a minute and then picked at my cuticles and started painting on the top coat. She didn't even ask me what shape I wanted, and didn't file. So I put my hands under the gel machines and she started to get the nail color I chose to paint them. And I asked her hey you are not going to file them? And she said she already did which she didn't. So she roughly got my hand and started filing however. Mayb it's just the employee KIM but I will not be coming back here what so ever. Also this process literally took 10 min, it seemed like she was in a hurry somewhere and was talking with her other coworker that put me into an awkward situation. Just take a look at my nails. The floor was gross! didn't seem like they used sanitized clippers or foot scrubs on me! I wasn't even planning on giving it one star but lucky them it's not an option. I SUGGEST NOT TO COME HERE. Absolute shocking to what I've witnessed. Just to give it away I'm your customer who came from London to California for the summer. I came to this salon/spa ones as it was the closest to where my family lives. I thought to myself, 'they can't be that bad' so I gave it a shot. Worse experience ever. Could not wait to get the hell out of there. To top it off it was dear. As I walked in I noticed it wasn't a very welcoming environment. The staff took awhile to notice our appearance and even then none of them bothered getting up and explaining how the place works although it was very obvious we weren't local. When we finally got the chance to speak to their hairdresser she rudely interrupted me throughout my questions by filing a customers nails. She could have easily dropped that for a second and spoke to me on the reception but instead I had to be the one to approach her stood up while she was sat down. I felt intimidated as everyone looked up at me whilst I tried to get some answers. She then told me I'd have to wait awhile. She didn't give me a specific time or a reason to why. At this time I had no idea they had two hairdressers. When I got told to wait I saw that one of the hairdressers was just sat there talking to other customers spinning around on her chair. I didn't bother questioning them as I decided to have my acrylics filled whilst waiting. The women who accompanied my little sister was constantly looking around and getting up and walking around while working on her nails. She was working fairly fast so I thought she'd be a pro and being able to multitask and all but my sisters nails looked so unfinished it was unbelievable. To top it off she didn't file them properly that all her nails looked odd. The guy who did my nails drilled into my damn skin! Two of my fingers had deep cuts on them due to his carelessness. Moving on. Me and my sister was supposed to have our hairs dyed and cut. She started with my sister. The hairdresser next to her left and this is when I found out that the other hairdresser didn't bother telling her that I was waiting to have my hair done and instead made me wait until my sister was finished. It took her 3 hours doing my sisters hair it was that long that we were still there till their closing time. During these long ass hours none of the staff offered us anything to drink but instead they would make conversations saying, "you must have a lot of money" constantly. In the end the long waits wasn't even worth it! My sisters hair was supposed to be ombré. Instead it was ginger. She said she shouldn't do anything else to it because her hair is very dark. Bullshit! We've come across so many Asians with ombré hair. Clearly was just very unprofessional and lacks of experience. She didn't bother drying my sisters hair until I mentioned it and even then she left it half wet and made us pay! I didn't even get a chance to have my hair done! They did not notify me that they weren't able to do my hair until the very end. IF YOU READ THIS THEN I HOPE IN THE FUTURE NOBODY ELSE GETS TREATED THE WAY WE DID. I've been here 3 times before,and was very impressed with my service for a pedicure each time. Until today. Unfortunately,the owner is EXTREMELY rude,she tried to pressure me into a smaller service pedicure because her technician had an appointment coming in. I told her I'd come by tomorrow,so I could get the same level of service I had previously,and not be rushed. She assured me the could make it work. That far from happened! I felt so bad for my technician,the owner was yelling at her. I ended up with a sub par pedicure,and still have nail polish all over my toes,including to messed up toenails where the polished is completely smudged. The owner gave my cousin a manicure,it lasted all of 10 minutes,was beyond disappointing. Every time I've been in previous,I was offered a drink,today I asked for one,and the owner said "WAIT". Never received a water,but her regular customers who came in after us were ALL offered water or tea. I recently moved to this area,thought I found my new nail salon,just all around disappointed and frustrated. I honestly think that the employees are awesome,this was the first time the owner was in,and she's horrible. My daughter and I was told to come back for and appointment because the person, we wanted leaves at 3:30, we come back at 2:30 the person we have a appointment with tells us he's not doing are nails because he is about to leave, we say ok then asked for another nail tech we waited for about 25 mins. Very disappointed!! The lady in charge rude and unprofessional. I asked for gel polish french tips manicure. She buffed my nails, then started to put polish on without cleaning them, put two layers of French tip on and missed spots on the corners. Made them look messy and thick...then forgot to shape a French tip and buffed the whole thing of and thined my nail to paper thin..and started again...not talking to me. When I mentioned the spots that were missing white, she just brushed it off..said ' oh that's how it is after the light" , I told her I don't like my nails, and that they're messy...she wrapped my nails in foil and took them off, and without saying anything got up and walked away, left me sitting in the chair for 10 min, no apologies or offer to do another color. My nails on the other hand weren't done that great I only get acrylic colored powder & it'll usually last a month no breaking , came here to get a fill & the young man shaped them perfect everything looked great but it's been a week & three nails are lifting very bad & one has broke in half so looks don't mean everything I guess , practice makes perfect tho . I was a little hesitant on trying this new nail salon but it's a lot closer than my normal nail salon so I decided to try it. I've never had worse service than I had here. The lady, whom I'm assuming is the owner did my nails and was absolutely rude when I arrived and told her what I wanted to get done. I had to ask her repeatedly the same question because she refused to answer. When she was actually doing my nails, she was not gentle at all and was rushing through the whole process. Once she finished, there was nail polish all around my nails and hand. I also noticed air bubbles and spots she missed on my nails. Two days later, and the gel had started chipping. My boyfriend got a pedicure yesterday and today he is wearing 2 bandaids because the girl got a bit too rough with the callus smoother. As a manicurist myself this is very bad. Came for a mani/pedi and even tho it's cheap, it still wasn't worth the money. The paint job was ok, not great or terrible. The pedi was very lacking. First off, the pedi chairs are horrible. Not comfortable and when I found the least irritating position the lady scoffed at how upright I was sitting and pressed the recline button on the chair to the point I felt like I was lying down. Gee thanks, now my back hurts even more. I thought she was doing a good scrubbing job but the next day I realized I still had rough spots. And the foot/leg massage was a JOKE!!
