    I purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna from Auto Connection about two weeks ago. Dragan and Nikola made the process sooo easy! I took the van for a couple test drives (once by myself and the second with my husband). I believe they gave me a reasonable price (based on comparisons from KBB). Then when it actually came to purchasing the vehicle, we went in to put a down payment, sign papers, and they handed over the keys- it took only about 10-15 minutes. They took care coordinating financing with my bank (they offer financing but I chose to use my own bank), as well as transfer of title and registration. They really took the stress out of buying a used car. The van has been running very well so far. My only issue is that there is a small piece missing from The front bumper (as seen in the picture), but it's purely cosmetic and expected from a van that's almost 10 years old. Another odd thing is that the trunk won't open all the way- it opened fine when we test drove it, but about the second day after we bought it, it started getting stuck. Had I been more through when test driving it, I might have caught the issue (or not). It seems like an easy fix and it doesn't really bother me, which is why I still give them 5 stars. I still feel like I got a good vehicle for a decent price and easy purchasing process.

    Where do I even start. BEST EXAMPLE OF HOW BUYING A CAR SHOULD FEEL!! I have owned 7 or 8 cars in my life where I have had the "opportunity" to sit across a table from a car salesman and hated every moment, until this one. I knew exactly what I was looking for, I knew what I had to trade, and I knew what I could afford was shy of what I needed for Jeep I wanted. The gentlemen that helped and sold me my new Jeep were fantastic! They knew exactly what I could afford and helped get the price down to that mark. I am forever great full, you will always get a referral from me. Mahalo, Mahalo nui loa. Edit: so you know it's a real review.. Parking can be, difficult. Multiple businesses share the same street so parking is almost nonexistent. Even with this 5Stars all day!!!!

    Recently I moved from Oahu to the Big Island and unfortunately my car was stolen after being there 7 months. It was a beautiful car that I special ordered and there wasn't another on any Island that I could find to replace it. I looked all over the Big Island for something I would accept as a replacement but was unable to find the right car. Eventually I started trips to Honolulu I felt that I had a better chance finding something there. My first two trips I looked at so many vehicles and still didn't find the right one for me. I got home I started to just look for brand new cars and decided to go with the new Nissan Kick. I started making arrangements to see and test drive the car in Honolulu the next week but that same day I was browsing and came across this sporty looking convertible and I couldn't get it off my mind so I sent a message to Auto Connection inquiring about the 2011 BMW 135i and received a immediate reply from Nikola. I was told it was a beautiful car with very low miles 38000 and in excellent condition. l told Nikola I wanted to come see it next week he said not a problem call him when I arrived. As the plane hit ground in Honolulu I called Nikola and told him I was on my way. I arrived in the evening and the car was inside the garage with the top down and my heart started racing it was love at first sight! They asked for my license I gave it to him and I was handed the keys and told have fun! I was off and the car handled and preformed amazing I was so excited but I noticed one big issue!! "The Check Engine Light Was On!!!" When I returned I know Nikola new I liked it I couldn't hide it but I informed him of the issue and he said he didn't see it before but it will be taken care of i'm sure it's something minor. It was getting late I had a appointment in the morning to see and drive the Nissan Kick so I told Nikola I was going to sleep on it and go see the Kick in the morning and would get back to him before I leave he said he would be waiting. Next morning I picked up a former coworker/friend so I could get her point of view on my choices. We arrived at the Nissan dealer and started looking at the Kicks, We both agreed they were nice but agreed they weren't really my type so I decided to take her to see the BMW. I parked the car and started walking to the entrance and I saw the BMW in the driveway that is when my friend looks at me and says now that car is you it has your name written all over it!! She says don't even think twice just get it! We walked in and met with Nikola I told him as long as you get whatever needs to be fixed so that engine light isnt on I will take it. Nikola promised me and gave me his word it will be taken care of before he put it on the ship! I paid nearly the full asking price for the car and Nikola threw in the shipping. I returned home I gathered all the necessary paperwork needed to purchase and ship the car(insurance binder,cashier check) and was getting ready to send it off when i realized both times I saw the vehicle they had the top down so i never got to inspect the condition of it and that concerned me due to the extreme weather conditions here. I sent a email to Nikola right then inquiring about the condition of the top and that I was concerned that I never had the chance to inspect it. Nickola assured me other than a little fading in the crease from when the top is put down it was in good condition for the cars age so i said great I didn't want to worry about that it rains a lot on my side of the Island. I received the car the following week. I was so exited that it was here I didn't even look or notice the top at first. My first issue happened the day it arrived i was unable to lock or unlock the doors and trunk with either one of the remotes so I messaged Nikola he told me they had worked prior and to check the batteries they probably need to be replaced. I replaced the batteries in both remotes and unfortunately one has never worked but luckily the other did. I got in the car started it up and proceeded home and I looked down at the gauges and no way this can't be right Nikola promised and gave me his word that engine light would be fixed and I would have no problems! This is the start of my worst nightmare!! I notified Nikola of the situation as well as letting him know I was extremely upset and they needed to have it fixed asap!! Nikola assured me it was not on when he took it to the ship but the absolutely would have it fixed as promised. When I got home I started inspecting the car, as i took a closer look my heart just sank and i got sick to my stomach! Nikola flat out lied to me!! The top was in horrible condition when you looked at it closely the top was very worn and coming apart. Going up/down it rattled turns out back window was coming apart from the top which they had tried to glue back on unsuccessfully. Sadly he never tried to resolve the check engine light or the top! No integrity! Broken promises! Stay Away! Con artist!

    Service was good, but they failed to show me a lot of things while giving me a tour of the vehicle. The Carfax was provided, but when I checked it later it was different from what it said ( I had the copy of the carfax from Autoconnection and compared it with the carfax I received later). When I bought it from the dealer it was one owner, but when I looked at it later it was two owners. The owner was really good and helpful, but I feel skeptical about the dealership (if they actually checked the car for any issues).

    Auto Connection again delivers the best deal on the market. 2015 BMW X5 with 3k miles for $$$ below market value, a deal I couldn't pass on. Fast service and super low financing just made this transaction Ultimate experience. Thank you Dragan. P.S. This car has ambiance light that you can change, loving it.

This is not something I would expect from a properly inspected luxury vehicle at this mileage. What concerns me most is the lack of response. I have reached out multiple times to address the issue, but I have not received any reply. Even for an "as-is" vehicle, customers should expect transparency, basic roadworthiness, and communication when problems arise shortly after purchase. I am simply asking for accountability and a response. I will update this review if the dealership chooses to resolve the issue professionally.

We filled out the credit application and got a call from Shane Yuen, the salesperson, who asked us to put down a $500 deposit to hold the truck. It only took about 4-5 days for the truck to get to the Servco Mapunapuna lot, and we were called in to pick it up and sign the papers. The whole signing thing took less than two hours, and she drove off with her new taco!

    I was 8 months pregnant & my car was about to fall apart.. I was honestly a little nervous to buy…read morefrom this dealership due to the look of it BUT do not judge a book by its cover. I did end up buying a 2018 Hyundai Elantra w/13k miles on it.. they had actually just got the car & were still in process of fixing a few things. Because I bought the car over a holiday weekend, they were not able to get it into the shop for a few days so they allowed me to take the car home until the shop was open and at that time they gave me a nice reliable motor car while my car was worked on.. they fixed everything. Once I hit my car back I realized it was pulling to the left & seemed like the alignment needed to be done.. with no hesitation they arranged a time for me to drop off the vehicle and get a loaner car so that they could fix the issue.. figured out something in the alignment was bent so they fixed it & in the meantime I gave birth.. this shop is located in Honolulu & I live deep in the west side. My husband is military and works 24/7 therefore I am full-time mom and with a newborn it was stressful thinking about how I was going to get to Honolulu to pick up my car.. no worries.. they sent a driver out to switch cars right at my house. I can not recommend this shop enough.. they are reasonable, reliable & affordable. They are up front & honest. I had a great experience & highly recommend Today Auto!!

    Just had another conversation about my key fob with the service man and he is SO BLOODY RUDE!…read more I'm on my 4th or 5th Subaru, but the one before last I brought in for some compressor recall. They replaced the part but 2 weeks later I sold it and there was a problem with that replacement. The friend I sold it to took it to his mechanic who said the problem was Subaru's replacement of the recalled part. I took it back to Subaru and the denied any culpability. My friend took it to another mechanic who agreed with the first one. I took it back to Subaru and they refused to fix the problem. I gave my friend back some money to have it fixed.
