Mario was prompt and very friendly. Service was fast and very affordable. He was able to unlock my door in a short amount of time despite there being a piece jammed inside inside the lock from my landlord's failed attempt to pick it. I'm very pleased with my service and highly recommend Mario. read more

Super fast service. The front door lock of my business failed. I needed someone quick as I needed to leave for another appointment. Called and was told they would give me free quote. He said he would be at my office in 20 minutes and showed up in 10 minutes. How awesome is that. Repair was done quick and at a good cost. Thank you! read more

I got locked out of my house this morning (Sunday) and after failed attempts to regain access to my home I found Mario on Yelp and he was at my house within 15 minutes of calling him! Thank goodness because it was freezing out. He had to climb my fence because my gate is pad locked with the key locked inside my house. He truly was a savior today- and his helper (she was stuck on the other side of my gate). He also cleaned up from the mess of having to break my lock off - I installed a keyless lock 2 days ago, and I forgot the code this am (pre-coffee!) - this was the only way to get back I'm. I highly recommend! Rate was very reasonable especially for a Sunday read more

Great price, quick service, friendly guy. Fixed my ignition in 30 minutes, came out to me for no extra charge. Use Mario.

Mario was awesome!! He got to me very fast and got the key that was stuck in my car door in 2 seconds and made me a new key I doubted if the key had a chip and just for my piece of mind he made me a regular key and a key with a chip and he was right the regular one did not start my car, and the one with the chip did and didn't charge me for the regular key. Very professional and friendly buisness man would highly recommend him to anyone!!!! read more

Mario is awesome. I called him the day off and told him I needed locks changed in my house and I needed it as soon as possible and he told me he'd be there in 10 minutes. Got to my house in 10 minutes and had the locks changed in 10 minutes. Extremely nice and quick. Highly recommend. read more

Mario was a great guy and had excellent customer service. He came to my house within 30 minutes to replace keys for my Mustang. Since he was here I had him re-key all the locks on my house to 1 key since it was a hassle having 3 separate keys. I will call Mario in the future if I ever need him and would recommend him to anyone that needs a locksmith. read more

I highly recommend Mario/Authority Locksmith Services! Today Mario changed the locks on my rental property following an eviction. He was very flexible in coordinating the service time so that he would be there when the Sheriff arrived to carry out the eviction. He called this morning to reconfirm the time. He planned and came 15 mins. early so as not to slow the process. He stayed beyond his job to turn off the water because of a broken pipe. I chose his company because the other reviews emphasized his timeliness and that was true for sure. On top of that, he is a genuinely nice person with a great work ethic. Will definitely use him, again, and will tell my friends about him. read more

Was at my house in 20 mins on a sat morning. Polite and professional. I will save his number for the next time. Thanks.

I purchased a vehicle that had a key broken off in the ignition. Thought it would be a simple extraction but Mario ended up having to take the ignition apart. The key was not the same as the door keys. Mario made a key from the broken piece and charged me the quoted price. Which, btw, was much lower than other locksmith's in the area. Mario was also pleasant to talk with. He loves his job. Should I need any future locksmith work, I'll be contacting this business. read more
