He drilled the deadbolt holes larger to accommodate the new locks we bought, rekeyed 7 deadbolts and 7 handles to the outside, installed everything, and hauled away all the old locks and boxes. Very appropriate company name because Mario is a TOTAL BOSS. I had been turned down by three(3) other locksmiths previously -- Mario could have done the job with his eyes closed. My 1974 BMW's only key had worn to the point of not starting the car, and the key was discontinued by BMW. Sounds bad right? I locked myself out of the house and realized it as soon as I closed the door. A moment of panic set in as I felt in my pocket for my keys and they weren't there. A quick yelp search for a locksmith yielded the 5 star service of this locksmith. I gave him a call, let him know my situation, and in 5 minutes he was at my location. He skillfully got through the lock on the security door and then the front door itself. It took him 3 minutes at the most. I got my keys and asked if he could make a copy of them. He said he could do that pretty easily. He made copies of my keys in his van and told me no charge for them. How awesome is that!? Mario saved me over $75 by programming my Fob key. I purchased keys online and due to the defective keys Mario couldn't program them, 3 times, but he didn't charge me for them. I tried going to Honda but they were going to charge $170 and if it didn't program I would still be out $170. So i ended up just buying the key from Honda and had Mario program it. Mario just changed the locks on my apartment door in about 15-20 minutes. It was a little costly but still cheaper and much faster than a lot of other places I called. I decided to use Authority Locksmith based off of the other reviews and everyone was right, the service was great. I came home to find the lock -that had been acting funny- on my front door was now broken. They came on time, did the job, were friendly, but the door lock and handle fell off within two weeks and I had to get another company to redo the job and ended up paying twice as much for the same job.
