You order ahead of time and can choose to put onions and cheese on your order for free. It's actually nice that they ask before actually putting it on your sandwich. I love the chicken teriyaki! But I've never had a sandwich here that I didn't like. As you love down the line the guy at the end will put whatever you want on it, including lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, etc! The fries are also really good too. For being in a food court I'm very impressed!

I ordered their $5 combo, which featured the new Pretzel Pubster Burger with a small soda and fries. It lacked flavor, and the bun was overly thick, throwing off the balance. I wasn't a fan of the barbecue pretzel Buford overall. That said, the fries were surprisingly very tasty--crispy and well-seasoned. The wings were also a highlight: juicy, flavorful, and definitely better than the burger.
