How hard is it to include everything into one order? I placed my order through Grubhub. My drink wasn't included. This isn't the first time this has happened. There's never any option to have anyone send over the missing items, only a refund. This time Grubhub offered to send a new order out. Only for your location to include a soda that was piss warm. You had one job... read more

Meant to take a pic... but devoured my sandwich too fast! But when you're in the mood for something "lighter, or just want less bread... the wraps are delicious! I'm hooked on the club sub as a wrap! So full of meat and veggies, and the wrap is soft and just hold the fillings without adding any bulk. read more

Let me start out by saying that the customer service was excellent, and my children all raved about how delicious their sandwiches were (albeit small). Ordered 3 kid's meals, which the board says are $5.95, but I paid $6.45 for, and the young man had no idea why the register price was 50 cents higher than the price listed in the store. Also, the cuts of bread were 3 different cuts, so my daughter got a sandwich that was 2 inches, and my oldest son got one that was a little more than 3 inches, and my middle got a sandwich with the tough end on it (she cut the other end off the bread), sized somewhere in between. No iced tea in the iced tea machines. read more

I eat Jersey Mike's all over long island, always a sub above. Not so much today. I ordered a number eight and got a dry no mayo or bacon sandwich, to say I was disappointment is an understatement. Maybe I should have gave less tip. read more

First time here and I ordered a Mikes Philly Cheesesteak no onions or peppers. I got home to eat lunch and of course it had onions and peppers. I called and wanted them to send me a correct one. They said they couldn't do that but come back and they would make a new one I returned and dealt with Rick who made my new sandwich. He was very nice and apologized. The sandwich was pretty good. If there is a next time I will certainly verify my order. read more

Jersey Mikes, in my opinion, is undoubtedly the best sandwich you'll find from any fast food sandwich shop. Which technically isn't saying much when you compare it to the quality of say, Subway. But nevertheless, I like the idea of the cold cuts being sliced "fresh" for each order and if you have the app, they do have a pretty decent points system where "free" sandwiches can be earned fairly quickly. They are priced a little higher than their competition, but you do get a better, more satisfying meal. For about the same price though, you can wander into a Mom and Pop deli, but the convenience of ordering ahead of time on the app and having it waiting for you upon arrival is cool, especially if you get annoyed waiting on lines. Another plus is, the staff is always pleasant and happy at every Jersey Mikes I've been too.......and it almost reminds me of the service you receive at Chick-fil-A (which is most definitely a compliment). So a few of my faves are the Turkey and Prov sub with the hot chili pepper relish and the Cheesesteak sub with grilled onions and peppers. If you order a large, it can easily fill up 2 people in the process read more

Any hero made Mike's way is delicious! The bread is always so soft with the oil and vinegar saturating the fresh cold cuts, tomato, lettuce, and spices. I always get the 16"! I eat 12" and save the other 4" for a later snack! read more

First time visiting, I asked for "the veggie" regular, she pulled out bread (found out after sub was made there are different types of breads) . As she cuts the bread it is on a counter filled with cheese and meat bits (GROSS im a vegetarian) so now I have meat bits on my bread.. So in a regular 2 slices of Swiss 2 slices and 3 see through slices of peppers.. Ok... thats a "veggie hero" ??? Really... stay in jersey... had to THROW out my dinner due to meat stuck to my bread... read more

Ok, so I can't and or notate 1/2 stars. You know; when you get those responses that say - what can we or - is there anything we can do to get more stars? So, some weeks ago we got a sandwich from there. The helper had dark short hair not the blond long hair came out of my mouth upon taking a bite of the sandwich. So much for finishing it. So I call, I get the manager - Zack- maybe. He credits my card and says, the next time you come in you ask for me and we will make sure your order is perfect. Today I went in and it seems very busy. March 31 is the "Day of Giving". Now; they get an extra star for me for people who help the community and charities. Todays charity is "Make-A-Wish", in my humble opinion- it is a really good one. So of course I added to the balance of the 100% goes to the charity. (see lots of pix) Ordered a Regular -Italian sub and a soda fountain drink. I did ask to speak briefly with the manager (it is not about money here) as he as noted the previous request. Apparently he was working in the back and too busy to stop to speak to me as a customer. Ok, yes they were busy. There were take out orders from online and everyone was working like bees. So, here's the thing, what about the communication loss of - please put the bacon on the grill and make it crisp before adding it to my sandwich. The young lady behind the counter had taken the bacon, in gloved hand (and oh by the way they all wore Really Nice colorful mask) and gone over to the man at the grill. Whell, I'd like to say yeah for another star to get it the way I ordered it, BUT NO. (see pix) Seems their idea of crisp bacon is not the same as mine. SIGH. min* read more

Jersey Mike's is awesome! It's the best sub that I have had in a long time. The bread was soft. The veggies were fresh and crisp. The meat was also fresh and carved when I placed my order. Since it was my first time, I ordered the favorites: Ham and Provolone and Original Italian. I will definitely be back the next time I have to go to the DMV or am in the area. read more

Service is about the worst I've ever experienced at a Jersey Mike's franchise. And to further illustrate, they had nobody waiting on line. 3-4 young men filling pickup orders (and not that many). So disorganized and aloof. read more

I've gone here and had good service with no complaints. I've also been here and watched as one of the employees finished making a sandwich and when she cleaned off the counter she scraped the excess up and dumped it in the container with the lettuce. Not the garbage-- the container with the fresh lettuce. On my last visit here I noticed that the neighborhood homeless man who smells like urine & always has his pile of blankets with him had taken up residence at the counter. I turned around and left. read more

I love jersey mikes but i never not had an issue at this location, service wise. it's convenient but the workers definitely need some sort of training because it shouldn't take over 30 minutes when there's more than three workers and i am the only one in the store. read more

Love jersey mikes, unfortunately this experience had me second guessing to come back to this location again. The cashier that rung us up gave my boyfriend the wrong sandwich. She barely looked at us when the sandwich was handed to her and she put it next to our bag of the other sandwich and chips, naturally my boyfriend asked if it was all good and she nodded barely looking at us so we assumed that was his sandwich and left. When we got home it was the completely wrong sandwich, we go back and another girl was nice about it and made us the correct sandwich while the one who made the mistake just looked at us and said nothing. She was looking at the wrong sandwich they took back acting like it wasn't her mistake. Overall it's not about the sandwich it's about the way that girl handled the situation acting like it wasn't her fault. We were not rude at all and said our thank you but that girls attitude needs to go. read more

Decided to try Jersey Mikes instead of Subway. Got a Philly cheesesteak sandwich for my wife who's break would be later In the night. I realized that I'll might be late for my class at a class at the gym when I finished ordering. I paid and asked if I can just come back to pick it up in an hour. The teenage boy who the cashier asked, looked ANNOYED and said the sandwich is already on the grill. The sandwich would be cold when I pick it up later. I informed him that it's for my wife and she'll eat it later in the day. He then said I can come back but continued to look annoyed. Anyways the sandwich didn't take much longer after, but there's better ways to handle customers without having attitude. I'm not sure if he's going thru something personal or if it's just a rebellious phase in his growth but that's not how you talk to people. read more

No help from the sandwich makers. I was very rushed. Very confusing. They were working on everyone's sandwiches and had about 10 laid out together. ummm which are mine. No bread options. Handwritten order sheet given to me that wasn't explained. Letter and a number. And it was wrong as I figured it out. Had zero idea of fixings. Just keep moving at lightning speed. Very rushed. No one took the time to explain when I said I was a first time customer. My order error was only corrected when I was paying for it. Still have no idea of options. No one was pleasant at all. No smile maybe an obligatory thank you. read more

I guess it wasn't a one off thing... went on Wednesday night after work (I came here before ShopRite since I didn't want to be THAT person walking in 5 min before closing). 2 female employees; 1 was texting on her phone. 1 was changing the garbage bags & neither acknowledged me standing there. Ok. After I ordered my sandwich & handed her (the one who was changing the garbage bags) my coupon for it , she said, "ok you can go now". Yikes. read more
