Staff is always friendly whenever I go. I usually get the grilled chicken sandwich with fries and a side of roasted garlic mayo to dip the fries in. If you're ordering sauce sides for a larger group order, specify that you want them separate if they're the same flavor because sometimes they'll give a bigger size cup instead of individual dipping cups. read more

Good local place....I like to go there to support local businesses . Try the burgers. They are great........

I finally took the opportunity after years of passing by Burger Bite. My first time (2/19/25) I wanted a turkey burger. The person at the counter was very patient with me and he explained the process. I ordered a Euro Bite and replaced it with turkey and I ordered sweet potato fries. It was very delicious. In my opinion is t was in my top 2 of delicious turkey burgers. This place is comfortable for dining in. You can go casual and you should go casual so you can have comfort food and enjoy. So I came back on 2/21/25 I ordered the Turkey Bite with avocado and onions. I didn't want the roasted garlic mayo. I must say, another satisfying and pleasant visit. The consistency of a delicious burger, sweet potato fries, and hot food it trending at this restaurant. read more

Came here to pick up dinner and had a pleasant experience. I ordered three burgers - one make your own and two from the menu, along with fries and the chicken bites. Everything tasted yummy and for the price, portion size was right. A good selection of cheeses and toppings which I really appreciated. Staff was super friendly and the place was very clean. Would certainly order from again. read more

Experience was awful. Order was not correct, had to go back to store and was treated rudely as if it was my fault that they screwed up. In addition I think I was overcharged $10 and the food was not good at all. This place used to be good but it has gone downhill fast. Do yourself a favor and o someplace else. read more

I came here to get some lunch for my family. I called in my order and everything was done when I arrived. I got the blct, chicken bites, philly cheese steak, and the hot dog. Everything came out to under $40 but we didnt order fries. I wish the sandwiches came with fries however the food was every good and the service was good. I would definitely come back. read more

Just ordered from here, the milkshake was the only thing I'd order again. The spicy chicken sandwich was just bright red, it wasn't spicy or crispy. The lettuce was also wilted. The turkey burger was just ok The burger was ok as well That being said, we ate everything we ordered. I don't like giving 2 star reviews, but there was nothing I truly loved here :( read more

HORRIBLE. The food is mediocre at best, but do NOT order from here if you have any type of food allergy. They do not care. I've had them make several mistakes now because they don't care about customers who request dietary restrictions. Even if it is their mistake, they won't help. They will even get rude with you on the phone. Order elsewhere. read more

I have to downgrade an old favorite. The last 2 times I've ordered, the burgers have come with a burnt char on the outside that doesn't taste good. It's not normal char grill, it tastes like someone hasn't cleaned the grill or at best overcooked the outside. This time my cheese wasn't melted and there's way too much thickness in the bread for the size of a burger. All fixable things but I'm not sure I want to try again. read more

Always a favorite, surprising the turkey burger special is amazing great flavor and I get the sweet potato fries. The triple mini sliders are the juiciest little bundles of joy your mouth could want . Most days I eat two out of three but honestly anything on the menu is fire here . A Quick way to blow fifty bucks Visited Burger Bite. 3 burgers, 2 fries and 3 drinks. Little slow on the cook and service time. Food came out and took a bite. All three burgers were ordered to be cooked Medium. All three burgers were RAW, Seared top, bottom, and sides, the entire inside was raw. Asked staff and manager if this is what they called medium, they said yes. It was not inedible. DON'T waste your time or money. There are plenty of quality burger joints better than this. read more

This was my second time eating here, tonight I was in the mood for a turkey burger after my workout. The food takes a little while but it's made fresh so it's worth the wait. If you're in the area, check them out! I ordered a turkey burger (customized w...) lettuce, pickles, garlic Mayo, mushrooms - and sweet potato fries. The fries don't look appetizing (kind of burnt looking) but they were far from that, they were perfect! Perfectly cooked, seasoned... they were delicious. The burger was a bit small for me, I probably could have added a second patty. The bun to burger ratio was off. Regardless it was also very good. read more

Not too amazed for a burger joint, a bit on the expensive side because of the extra toppings. The bacon was fatty and cold, almost tasted like it was microwaved. The sweet potatoes were crunchy which I love so that's good news! The burger itself wasn't so bad but wasn't so great, I've definitely had better around the neighborhood. read more

I love the turkey burger from here!! We've been getting their turkey burger for years and I haven't even tried anything else on the menu because it's my favorite thing. I get it with ketchup. I don't like things like tomatoes on my burgers so I eat my turkey burger pretty plain and it's still so yummy. The patty is just delicious. The French Fries and onion rings r also good, my preferred sauce is the garlic Mayo. read more

I had this place bookmarked for a while. What I'm looking for is a damn good gourmet burger in Long Island. Yesterdays lunch wasn't fancy, it was a good standard burger. I walk into an empty restaurant. Looking at the board, I decide on the Kickin' Spice Bite burger but ordered the Jalapenos on the side. I have a seat. While I'm waiting, I'm looking at the restaurant, its decorated in Halloween props. This is a neighborhood, local burger place. They aren't contending to be gourmet, bougie or fancy. What Burger Bite wants to be is a place that offers prime Angus beef on a fresh roll. That's it. Kinda like your uncle Sal would make in his backyard on the BBQ. Nothing fancy. You want fancy? Add some Miracle Whip to that burger! My lunch was quick, the burger tasted fresh and the bun was plain but fresh as well. All for under $10 bucks. It's better than eating a crappy fast food burger. If you're with clients, Go to the Capital Grill and order a Kobe Beef Burger. When you're at Burger Bite, your getting a standard burger made fresh. Keep rockin' Burger Bite! read more

First time trying this place. Got a Classic burger and Fries..... There was a hair embedded in my burger. Had my tomato not fall out of place while eating, I wouldn't of even noticed, and would have eaten the hair. Very disgusted. Couldn't finish my meal. read more

I like Burger Bite as a quick, easy and convenient place to pick up a burger on my way home. They're quick, fresh and reasonably priced for burgers and shakes. The burgers are seasoned well enough and I enjoy them whenever I come here. I like that you can customize your burger to your liking. Their fries are pretty good too. They also have a selection of different dipping sauces. I'm one of this people who love to dip there fries with something besides ketchup. Dipping options are Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, Roasted Garlic Mayo, Chipotle Mayo, Buttermilk Ranch, Honey Mustard, BBQ, Blue Cheese, Sweet & Sour, A1 Steak Sauce, Hot Sauce, Spicy Ranch and there own Special Sauce. Extra side sauce charge of 25 cents which is totally cool. My usual reorders are the following: Classic Bite-American Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, Ketchup Titan Bite-Gourmet Onion Rings, Crispy Bacon, American Cheese, Lettuce, Special Sauce Crispy Mac & Cheese Bites and everything goes down well with a vanilla milkshake of course. read more

I've been to Burger Bite a bunch of times over the years and always found them to be a consistently good option. Their tag line is "recreating your backyard burger" - now if this is a good or bad thing depends on your perspective. I think the ingredients here are always very fresh and generous, with a burger that fits the entire kaiser roll. The burger can be made to order from medium on up, but like I found many other times in ordering burgers in most places it comes out a bit below your requested doneness (medium is more like medium rare, medium well is usually a medium). I like when a burger gets a almost crisp brown exterior - I've never gotten that here, but it always has been juicy and flavorful. It certainly reminds me of burger you can make at home. Being able to get your burger less than well done is a good option and not available at Five Guys, which is a plus here. The grilled chicken is another "healthier" option, with a nice lemony flavor it is very tender and fresh. You could also get salads here, but I've never tried them. The fries are very good here - reminiscent of McDonald's fries (a good thing). I am not so crazy about the onion rings - the exterior a little too crisp for my liking. With consistently made to order, good ingredients Burger Bite is a good option to take care of your burger craving. read more

Burger bite is just what we need as an alternative to chain restaurants serving garbage. Meals are made when ordered. It's not sitting around for 24 hours and greasy french fries. Burger Bite offers a wide array of menu options. Humongous 5 Oz hand made patties Turkey, Beef or Veggie. I tried the veggie burger with all free toppings(red onion, romaine lettuce, tomato, pickle, jalepeno. I added pepper jack cheese for kick. The patty was fresh filled with ingredients pouring out. Corn, beans, peppers. It was truly filling and delicious. I added sweet potato fries that were delicious. Hand cut, no grease or oil. For $10, it beats a $8 meal at Mcdonalds or 5 Guys. The seating here is comfortable and ample. Can get busy during lunch and dinner. The customer service is great here. Fast and friendly. I will be back like the Terminator. read more

Open mouth sneezing in the kitchen and touching hair with gloves and then assembling your sandwich all in one sitting.

Followed yelps reviews. It worked! Happy to discover a good spot for burgers n small bites. Burgers prices are not expensive. But small bites are. Chicken bites are very good. Thin layer of coding. Well balanced flavor. Unlike those FF chain stores chicken nuggets are overly salted. Still very flavorful n pleasant. Portions come in small side but it s good for you. So you don't end up over eating all the deep fried food;))) Cowboy burger with grilled onions n mushrooms is so moist melting and good! Spicy chicken burger is on dry side. Chicken patty itself is tasty though. Best fries. Onion rings are mediocre: coding is a bit too thick and the bun is too dry n no taste. But better than BK s :)) at least is real onion not powder. Over all is good. Small portion. Makes you feel like in Europe for a moment. read more

Really enjoyable place. I ordered a ton of food as always. Custom burger, corn nuggets, fries, onion rings, and of course a chocolate Nutella banana shake. The food was excellent. Okay so here's the thing about their Philly Cheese Hero. They gotta get better hero bread. With all the dope bakeries in this area there has to be a better option for them to use than what they do. I'm always in the mood for a philly cheese, I mean always. But it's one of those things I don't get that often because it's usually disappointing. This place literally gets the meat right. The most important part of the sandwich they land the plane on. But even when I want to order it I'm almost tempted to bring in my own hero loaf and ask they if they can put the damn thing on my bread. The bread they use is soulless. Now having said all that I still actually find this to be one of the few and rare places I find that does a relatively solid Philly cheesesteak. I'll absolutely still order from here but they gotta upgrade the bread. They also make these pretty tasty fried corn nugget things that could also use a horseradish dipping sauce to bring them to the next level. But I'm being a little critical in my review for a place that gets a lot of things right. read more

K and I are new to the area, and were in search of finding a new spot to potentially become our new go-to. At first I wanted Mexican but then we both decided we wanted burgers and fries kinda food, and this is when we fell upon Burger Bite. I had seen it on yelp and then two friends from the area suggested it...once locals had recommended it we knew it had to be good. When we got there, a few people were on line which was a good sign. I decided to go with the philly cheese steak, K had some burger with cheese, bacon, and onion rings, but I can't remember the name, and a side of onion rings for us to share. One negative would have to be that it took about 20-25 mins for us to get our food. We also noticed that the people who came in to pickup orders that were already placed waited about 10 mins for their food. Anyway, I guess it matters if it's worth the wait, right? Once we got our food, we headed back home to dive in. When I opened my cheesesteak container, my eyes instantly lit up. My stomach was so happy to see a good amount of melted American cheese on top, and that the bread the sandwich was on was soft, not crusty. Personal preference-I enjoy my cheesesteaks way more on a soft roll than a crusty one. I also loved that the onions were cooked into the meat, rather than piled on top. My cheesesteak was definitely an A+. K's burger was equally as delicious. The party was cooked perfectly with a pink center, and the sauce on the burger was delicious. The only thing I would change (and this is me just being annoying) would be the bun-a soft potato bun would have taken this to a whole new level. The side of onion rings were perfect...crunchy and the onion didn't slide out when you bit into it. I have to say, I look forward to many upcoming nights of eating Burger Bite! I can't wait to try other menu items, especially the gelato and macaroni and cheese bites! read more

I recently ordered from Ubereats. I got the BCLT burger, funnel fries, homemade potato chips, Mac and cheese bites, corn bites and funnel fries. The burger is good but for some reason reminds me of a Burger King whopper. It was evident the homemade potato chips were indeed homemade. The Mac and cheese bites were creamy and delicious. My favorite part of the meal was the funnel fries though. Super delicious and covered in powdered sugar. Id definitely order again. read more

Everyone I take here says the burgers are great! I start my review with that because, please hold your gasps, I don't like burgers that much. So when I come here I order the chicken philly cheesteak which never disappoints. I ask for mine with cheddar and it's so good. Their fries and onion rings are on point- always perfectly crisped. And, although I said I don't like burgers, the burgers here do look appetizing! I'm always told by my dining buddies that everything tastes super fresh. There's also plenty of seating and the decor is really cute. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. read more

I ordered the BYOB yesterday and was amazed. Lately, I've had my dinner delivered and have been disappointed by most places. However, Burger Bite has been the exception. Everything about my order was a pleasant surprise. First was that my order arrived hot. Not warm, but hot. The sweet potato fries were so hot that I had to let them cool before eating them. The burger was the same. Hot & juicy and cooked a perfect medium rare, exactly as ordered. I hope this wasn't a fluke. From now on this is definitely where I get my burgers. read more
