Experience was awful. Order was not correct, had to go back to store and was treated rudely as if it was my fault that they screwed up. I finally took the opportunity after years of passing by Burger Bite. My first time (2/19/25) I wanted a turkey burger. The person at the counter was very patient with me and he explained the process. I ordered a Euro Bite and replaced it with turkey and I ordered sweet potato fries. It was very delicious. In my opinion is t was in my top 2 of delicious turkey burgers. This place is comfortable for dining in. You can go casual and you should go casual so you can have comfort food and enjoy. Just ordered from here, the milkshake was the only thing I'd order again. The spicy chicken sandwich was just bright red, it wasn't spicy or crispy. The lettuce was also wilted. I have to downgrade an old favorite. The last 2 times I've ordered, the burgers have come with a burnt char on the outside that doesn't taste good. It's not normal char grill, it tastes like someone hasn't cleaned the grill or at best overcooked the outside. While I'm waiting, I'm looking at the restaurant, its decorated in Halloween props. This is a neighborhood, local burger place. They aren't contending to be gourmet, bougie or fancy. What Burger Bite wants to be is a place that offers prime Angus beef on a fresh roll. That's it. Kinda like your uncle Sal would make in his backyard on the BBQ. Nothing fancy. You want fancy? Okay so here's the thing about their Philly Cheese Hero. They gotta get better hero bread. With all the dope bakeries in this area there has to be a better option for them to use than what they do. I'm always in the mood for a philly cheese, I mean always. But it's one of those things I don't get that often because it's usually disappointing. This place literally gets the meat right. The most important part of the sandwich they land the plane on. But even when I want to order it I'm almost tempted to bring in my own hero loaf and ask they if they can put the damn thing on my bread. The bread they use is soulless. Now having said all that I still actually find this to be one of the few and rare places I find that does a relatively solid Philly cheesesteak. I'll absolutely still order from here but they gotta upgrade the bread. They also make these pretty tasty fried corn nugget things that could also use a horseradish dipping sauce to bring them to the next level. I've been to Burger Bite a bunch of times over the years and always found them to be a consistently good option. Their tag line is "recreating your backyard burger" - now if this is a good or bad thing depends on your perspective. I think the ingredients here are always very fresh and generous, with a burger that fits the entire kaiser roll. The burger can be made to order from medium on up, but like I found many other times in ordering burgers in most places it comes out a bit below your requested doneness (medium is more like medium rare, medium well is usually a medium). I like when a burger gets a almost crisp brown exterior - I've never gotten that here, but it always has been juicy and flavorful. It certainly reminds me of burger you can make at home. Being able to get your burger less than well done is a good option and not available at Five Guys, which is a plus here. The grilled chicken is another "healthier" option, with a nice lemony flavor it is very tender and fresh. You could also get salads here, but I've never tried them. The fries are very good here - reminiscent of McDonald's fries (a good thing). I am not so crazy about the onion rings - the exterior a little too crisp for my liking. With consistently made to order, good ingredients Burger Bite is a good option to take care of your burger craving. read more

Burger Bite offers a wide array of menu options. Humongous 5 Oz hand made patties Turkey, Beef or Veggie. I tried the veggie burger with all free toppings(red onion, romaine lettuce, tomato, pickle, jalepeno. I added pepper jack cheese for kick. The patty was fresh filled with ingredients pouring out. Corn, beans, peppers. It was truly filling and delicious. I added sweet potato fries that were delicious. Hand cut, no grease or oil. For $10, it beats a $8 meal at Mcdonalds or 5 Guys. I recently ordered from Ubereats. I got the BCLT burger, funnel fries, homemade potato chips, Mac and cheese bites, corn bites and funnel fries. The burger is good but for some reason reminds me of a Burger King whopper. It was evident the homemade potato chips were indeed homemade. The Mac and cheese bites were creamy and delicious. K and I are new to the area, and were in search of finding a new spot to potentially become our new go-to. At first I wanted Mexican but then we both decided we wanted burgers and fries kinda food, and this is when we fell upon Burger Bite. I had seen it on yelp and then two friends from the area suggested it...once locals had recommended it we knew it had to be good. When we got there, a few people were on line which was a good sign. I decided to go with the philly cheese steak, K had some burger with cheese, bacon, and onion rings, but I can't remember the name, and a side of onion rings for us to share. One negative would have to be that it took about 20-25 mins for us to get our food. We also noticed that the people who came in to pickup orders that were already placed waited about 10 mins for their food. Anyway, I guess it matters if it's worth the wait, right? Once we got our food, we headed back home to dive in. When I opened my cheesesteak container, my eyes instantly lit up. My stomach was so happy to see a good amount of melted American cheese on top, and that the bread the sandwich was on was soft, not crusty. Personal preference-I enjoy my cheesesteaks way more on a soft roll than a crusty one. I also loved that the onions were cooked into the meat, rather than piled on top. My cheesesteak was definitely an A+. K's burger was equally as delicious. The party was cooked perfectly with a pink center, and the sauce on the burger was delicious. The only thing I would change (and this is me just being annoying) would be the bun-a soft potato bun would have taken this to a whole new level. The side of onion rings were perfect...crunchy and the onion didn't slide out when you bit into it. I have to say, I look forward to many upcoming nights of eating Burger Bite!
