Great Philly pretzels and not expensive. Easy parking. Make sure you get the mustard!

Amazing store pretzels are delicious frozen drinks are great the owner or manager and the staff are so friendly and nice the owner or manager likes to give us sometimes free pretzels and dips and for kids he was giving out free World Cup stuff and free with 2 drinks highly recommend this place if you love pretzels. And they do well. read more

Good service, small establishment, clean green ambiance . The pretzels were good but they weren't soft, keep in mind when I arrived they were closing in 15 mins. I'll revisit during a better hour to see if the texture was off due to them closing soon or is that just what they serve. read more

Always good, they are friendly and have a good menu. The sticks are good with honey mustard sauce. Worth going. Give em a try.

Called ahead and everything was ready and packed and they are more than happy to help you to your car if they see you might just be needing it! Thank you for being so kind as I will continue to use only you guys for my late night snacks! Bye the was they taste fine after freezing and microwave for 1 minute! Awesome place! Whoever owns this is rightfully picking great employees that actually care and it shows and goes a long way! read more

This location appears to be under new ownership. I had been going to this location since it opened and was very satisfied. However, when I visited the location recently, it was dirty and unclean. Also, there was not much of a variety of pretzels, as in the past. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this location, as cleanliness is very important to me in food establishments. read more

I had a great experience here. Have tried the other location before. I had a happy accident and bought 25 pretzels. They made them fairly quickly. They were delicious. When I saw the box of pretzels come to me, my eyes opened wide. I was so excited. 25 pretzels for $18. Not bad at all. They gave us a whole bottle of mustard. Also you can get different dipping sauces such as pumpkin, brownie mix, cheese, honey mustard and others. So so good. Totally recommend coming here if you want a great snack to bring to a party. read more

I pass this place everyday on my way to work and i finally stopped in. the first time i came i noticed that had brownie butter, but it was sold out so i was intrigued and when i returned they had it, out of this world delicious such a tease its a small container but probably better for the waistline that is is portioned out that way. you walk in and can watch pretzels being made and put on the conveyor belt. the young girl behind the counter made a good recommendation for the cinnamon butter which paird so well with the pretzel so i would give that a second best. read more

Great job Philly pretzel. We brought in 100 for a beer garden party and they were a big hit!! I took them and placed them in little paper bags and they became our appetizer to kick off the night. Gave them a quick warm-up in the over per your advice. Delicious. We thought we'd have extra but everyone loved them so much they were gone by the end of the night!!! Best of everything to the team in Franklin Square - well done! read more

Philly Pretzel Factory - Pretzels Near Me - Franklin Square, New York

Let's say that I sort of bumped into this spot because I was in the area. I'm not a big fan of pretzels because I am trying to eliminate excess carbs from my diet. However, I was not disappointed with my visit to this pretzel spot. My pretzels were hot , soft and fresh. I chose the hot mustard. The service was excellent as well. It appears to be family run. There are party platters and even pepperoni topped pretzels and a Philly Steak pretzel. I think what's missing a hot dipping sauce or iceing similar to Auntie Annie. I will definitely consider an order for catering when I have another event. Anyway, this place is worth a visit if you like pretzels and for treats for a kids party or large gatherings. read more

Philly Pretzel Factory - A special Yummy treat - Pretzels Near Me - Franklin Square, New York

Started serving the pretzel rivet tray at one of our backyard parties. Such a hit that if I were to skip it once I'm sure I'd have a riot on my hands. The 130-rivet tray is just right for 15 or so people. That's a pretty impressive rivet/person ratio. Every once in a while there may be a half dozen left over at the end, and people fight over them! Also, very friendly staff. read more

Always a family favorite. Pretzels are hot and fresh and the staff is always great! A goto for any party or special event! We love that they make specialty shaped pretzels as requested. We've gotten lots of fun party themed shapes. read more

I've wanted to try Philly Pretzel Factory for some time now but never really got around to it. I received a gift card for Postmates for my birthday and decided today was the day to make it happen. When I ordered, I thought the pretzels would've been mini sized (no complaints!) so I was confused at how big the bag was when it was delivered. Their prices are very affordable (20 of these for $12!), you have the option to choose dipping sauces, or different pretzel flavors. They even have a Philly cheesesteak pretzel! It's on my list for next time. Philly Pretzel Factory pretzels are so soft and fresh and they remind me of my trips to Pennsylvania. I decided to pair them with spicy brown mustard from Trader Joe's and it was an amazing combination. Very happy that they've extended their delivery zone during this hectic time. This was definitely a comforting moment - now I have pretzels for the month or every Netflix series I binge read more

Had no idea about this place until I purchased a coupon on local flavor. So happy that I did. Ordered a small rivet tray with honey mustard and cheddar dipping sauces. Service was very friendly and polite. Everyone observing physical distancing and elevated food safety regulations. Masks and gloves we're being worn by all employees. Placed my order ahead of time and it was ready when I arrived. The pretzels were very delicious. Slightly crunchy and salty on the outside with a delicious soft and chewy interior. The honey mustard and cheddar dipping sauces were also very good. I will be coming back to try more of their menu read more

Pretzels are great and so are their smoothies! You can't go wrong with the prices or freshness or their products. My only complaint/suggestion would be to bake them a little longer. Too many times I find them to be a bit doughy and barely any crisp on the outside. I understand it's a challenge because no one (myself included) wants a dry or burnt pretzel. If you offered some that were baked a little longer, I'm sure they would sell regardless, while also providing some insight into what you're customers actually prefer! read more

Place is great. Great service and quick turnaround. Great finger food at a party or for a football game.

Friday night pull up at 7:02 and they are closing; turned me away??? Why??? Makes no sense on a Friday Night.

Ordering wasn't a problem using my coupon wasn't a problem it was the nasty person working behind the counter which I probably wouldn't go there again with the remarks he passed about me to go sit in my car and wait for my order . if I knew they didn't have it and Had to make it , I probably would've just ordered something else but he told me what I should do kind of nasty and told me to order it next time on the phone. It was my first and last time there He was an older guy read more

Review on The Philly pretzel factory: Initially impressed with how they had the inside closed off to customers and everyone inside was wearing gloves etc. We ordered our pretzels and stepped aside so the person behind us could order. The man placed his money on the counter and the worker came to the counter picked it up with gloves on went to the register got him his change gave it back to the customer. He then proceeded to rearrange the pretzels without ever changing his gloves! I was seriously appalled at this! I'm sorry but now more then ever we need to practice proper hygiene and I'm sorry handling money touching someone's hand and the counter then touching food without changing gloves is just wrong! read more

Ordered the mini dogs and rivets party tray for Christmas Eve and the mini dogs were NOT mini. Maybe they rushed and made them larger but way too big and not enjoyable. The pretzel rivets were delicious though. Was sorry I pre ordered and paid ahead of time read more

First review ever. I placed an order for Christmas Day - my mistake. It was for Christmas Eve - no one ever called me on Thursday to say an order was ready. Went in today just to see if there was anything They could do. Girl behind counter said she texted manager and would make a new one just this once. It would be ready in 15-20 mins. I said I would come back. When I came back, the owner was nasty. "We always call", "you placed it online and got an email" - I said "you didn't call otherwise I would have picked it up" Again, it was my mistake. But he was nasty after I made a second trip back. I've ordered from here plenty because it's an easy crowd pleaser for a party but I will find another pretzel supplier. No interest in supporting small businesses who are nasty to customers. read more

Fresh yummy whole pretzels or pretzel nuggets with fun dipping sauces! Perfect for after school snack or a party platter. I love the following dips: spicy cheese, yellow mustard, caramel and brownie batter. The employees are very nice and the place is very clean. I was not crazy about the hotdog pretzel but enjoy the plain pretzels. I hope they continue to do well. Parking lot is a little tricky to get in and out of so be careful. read more

I currently reside at the Jersey Shore and was attending my wife's college buddy's block party. We decided to pick up Philly Pretzel for the party. Since I have a friend that has two in Jersey Shore and they are good we figured we bring to event. My wife called a few days early and placed order over the phone. When we got there the guy Michael (Name on receipt) was completing a sale with two young ladies and accepted the cash to complete purchase. He then asked my wife if he can help her and she informed him that she had placed an order over the phone a few days ago. He looked for the order in a book and could not find it, then he said "No problem it will be a few minutes". He walked away and he commenced to handle the pretzels with his hands without using gloves. Mind you the guy baking the pretzels by the oven was using plastic gloves and young lady who surfaced from somewhere, first thing she did was put on gloves. I called Michael over and informed him that she should not be handling the pretzels without gloves, especially after touching cash. He looked at me as if I offended him and continued to handle food without using gloves. I was extremely disappointed because his reaction was like he didn't care. The franchise owner should send his staff to take a Food Sanitary course, explain that they are wearing gloves to protect the public and prevent contamination of food. I would never go there again because as a restaurant consultant I can't support establishments that ignore public health safety. I hope the owner will address the situation and retrain staff. (8.10.2019 / Transaction 104 / 4:47 PM) I gave place 2 stars because the other two employees were doing the right thing, yet the 3rd Michael seem like he was in charge and needs to be retained. read more

Ok, very excited for a pretzel shop! But then, I tried them. And it's upsetting how disappointing they were. They are a brand new shop. So everything should be fresh and delicious! They definitely need to improve and fast if they don't want to be another closed business! I'm sure they were excited also opening up the new and only pretzel shop in Franklin Square. The pretzels were hard, cold, burnt and not that tasty. If they just work out the pretzel situation ( they are a pretzel shop), I'm sure they could do amazing. Who doesn't love a pretzel. We asked for a pretzel with no salt and the girl said there were none and if we wanted one we would have to wait 15 minutes. The other pretzels we had to bring back. Maybe they need to make fewer pretzels at a time. I really hope they work out there kinks so we can really enjoy them as a neighbor staple! I hate to compare them to Auntie Anne's, but those are soft and buttery every time. I wish them luck and will definitely give them another chance. I say go to try 'em anyway. read more

Tried placing an online order days before Super Bowl, but couldn't get through on website; thought they were having website problems. So we called and tried to order over the phone, but were told they're not taking anymore orders! How does a business do that? To top it off, when we told them we had been trying to get through for days, we were told "that's your problem" by the owner!!!!! Never have I heard of an owner refusing money! They definitely lost a customer here....... read more

This place is a joke. Limited selection no organization. Adults hiding in the back while customers stew up front while a clueless 16 year old is left to explain why everyone's order is late or screwed up. Waited almost an hour for an online pick up. Very sad hopefully they can turn it around. read more
