I had a great experience here. Have tried the other location before. I had a happy accident and bought 25 pretzels. They made them fairly quickly. They were delicious. When I saw the box of pretzels come to me, my eyes opened wide. I was so excited. 25 pretzels for $18. Not bad at all. They gave us a whole bottle of mustard. Also you can get different dipping sauces such as pumpkin, brownie mix, cheese, honey mustard and others. So so good. Totally recommend coming here if you want a great snack to bring to a party.

Great job Philly pretzel. We brought in 100 for a beer garden party and they were a big hit!! I took them and placed them in little paper bags and they became our appetizer to kick off the night. Gave them a quick warm-up in the over per your advice. Delicious. We thought we'd have extra but everyone loved them so much they were gone by the end of the night!!! Best of everything to the team in Franklin Square - well done!

Let's say that I sort of bumped into this spot because I was in the area. I'm not a big fan of pretzels because I am trying to eliminate excess carbs from my diet. However, I was not disappointed with my visit to this pretzel spot. My pretzels were hot , soft and fresh. I chose the hot mustard. The service was excellent as well. It appears to be family run. There are party platters and even pepperoni topped pretzels and a Philly Steak pretzel. I think what's missing a hot dipping sauce or iceing similar to Auntie Annie. I will definitely consider an order for catering when I have another event. Anyway, this place is worth a visit if you like pretzels and for treats for a kids party or large gatherings.

    A special Yummy treat

Great Philly pretzels and not expensive. Easy parking. Make sure you get the mustard!

Prost! Best Spot all year round for: catching a local band, watching sports on a giant screen…read more(tented), celebrating Oktoberfest, and more. This place is the things you'd want in an outdoor Beer garden - casual eats in the Brat Haus and beers on tap. Not to mention the in-house private event space that does have air conditioning. Perfect for parties of 20-700! Says it on the website and I wouldn't have believed it until I saw it myself. This review is for The Hive restaurant specifically since that's where I had my meal. A beautiful bar with a Stein wall with lockers for patrons who wish to store them - you see that just past the host station. The indoor dining room just beyond. We started with the Wurst Sampler Platter. Think bratwurst, knackwurst, krainerwurst, and jalapeno cheddar bratwurst. I had no idea there were so many varieties and it was paired with the best potato salad I've ever had. Authentic and delicious sauerkraut to match. Also ordered the House-Cured Slab bacon, paired with a blackberry gastrique. Excellent choices I must say. For dinner, we just had to try the Schnitzel. Admittingly, it was hard to decide (all were veal options and there was one chicken option)! I chose the Champignon Rahmschnitzel and hubby got the Jager Schnitzel. Both were topped with sauce and mushrooms - but entirely different. The Rahmschitzel was breaded veal and had a white creamy mushroom sauce. So delicious! And the Jager one was pan-seared veal with a demi-glace sauce. Outstanding as expected...I was literally drooling at every plate that passed me by. Topped my meal with some hard cider and I was golden. Stuffed and happy! Plattduetsche Park is so rich in history and they have established roots in the community going back 100+ years (established in 1901). What a fantastic place to be - come for the great cuisine and the culture. No special occasion needed. (Reservations suggested for The Hive restaurant - opens daily starting at 3PM). BTW, the Ompahfest (festival) is on Sept. 20th, 2026. Zum Wohl!

We were shoulder to shoulder to each other. I had to straddle a table leg because of the way the table was set up. I could not get my chair under the table. There was barely any room for our plates and glasses. Even though it was a Mother's Day event, there was not a kids' menu- which makes no sense bc you know kids will be at this event! Two of our dishes had to be sent back because they were cold. It's nice that they hire the local kids and the service was good. Overall, just a bad experience. I do not think we will come back for a special holiday again.

I personally disliked the burger spot sauce (more like a mayo). Instead I ordered a honey mustard sauce which tasted great. Service was fast and friendly. It's been about 4 years since I've been to The Burger Spot, but the food and service is still as great as I remember it to be. I used the ordering service through their website and put in my order for pickup. I walked into The Burger Spot and went to the cashier. My order was behind the counter and ready for pickup. My go to speciality burger is Swiss ($15.95). Swiss comes with swiss, mushrooms, and caramelized onions. Burgers are served with fries. The burger was juicy and just the way I remember it to be. The fries are very crispy and the white sauce it comes with is very good. My husband ordered one of the specials, the Tamarind Cilantro Chicken Sandwich ($16.54). This sandwich is grilled chicken with pepper jack cheese, avocado, arugula, topped with homemade Tamarind cilantro salsa on ciabatta. The sandwich was also served with a side of fries, but you can substitute it for others like he chose 1/2 Sweet Potato / 1/2 Onion Rings for $2.07 more. There were only a few onion rings, but they are big. The sandwich was packed with flavors. The Burger Spot is the spot for burgers and fries. There are a few tables inside and when the weather is nice, there are tables set up outside as well. Definitely check it out if you are in the area!
