I don't know why this location is rated so low, but it's one of the only ones that scoops with love, I feel like.lol. They don't serve like the food comes out of their paycheck, they're all young and quick workers and never seem to have an attitude despite the rush it gets. The place itself is pretty small in comparison to the crowd it gets so may not be comfortable to stay and eat. Always come here when I go to this mall. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Granted, my bag fell so it kind of smushed. - Mexican Near Me - Valley Stream, New York

I asked for 3 hard tacos with a little rice, chicken, steak, Pico, cheese, corn and sour cream. As I know its difficult to put everything in the shell I don't mind but the sour cream i asked to go directly in the shell over the meat to prevent soggy shell. The server totally disregarded my request poured the sour cream all over my shells. I said miss I asked for the sour cream inside. She shrugs says nothing I can do. Got home and my meal is was ruined shells soggy! PLEASE PROPERLY TRAIN THIS LOCATION!! read more

HORRIBLE! NASTY. I just went in to purchase a gift card for father's day. The counter where your food is prepared is messy. Food crumbs all over the counter employees don't wipe down the area after preparing every order. The seating area dirty tables just like the counter NOT wiped down. The garbage WOW! Over flowing. So it's around 3 o'clock so the garbage has not been emptied since they opened to be piled up this high. DON'T EAT HERE! you will get sick. read more

This is an updated review of Chipotle Green Acres. I noticed a change for the better. The tables and seating areas are clean. garbage was emptied! Clean enough for me to order a Honey Chicken salad with black beans and fajita peppers. It's good to know that Chipotle listened to customer feed back and made improvements. read more

Fix the soda machine. The machine constantly doesn't work, the Mr. Pibb tastes awful!

I came here Saturday night after I got my eyebrows threaded. The line is always out the door. The line moves though. I got to the counter and ordered my food. I tried something different this time. I added beans, corn, and lettuce to my soft tacos. Every time I come, I ask for 3 to 5 sides of cheese because I like my cheese cold and not melted. The employees always accommodate with no issues. I got chips and a Nantucket drink. I sat in the back corner table and ate my food. It was great! read more

The last couple times here recently I'm thinking if I want to go back. The last time the young new white guy there, see him over load a white guy bowling, I was wondering if it can close, when I got for my food, he barely put chicken and lettuce in my bowl. I had to asked for a bit more, went there today again, two white ladies in front, she share their plate heavy with 2 spoons of chicken, and whatever else they wanted. Now I got there and time for chicken, he put half a spoon one time in my bowl, I have to asked to put more and he put a little tiny bit more, and a bit of lettuce. I got home and I can hardly find chicken in my bowl. Now I'm wondering if he sharing less for people of colors. I don't know if I want to go back with plate full of rice and little bit on the veggies and protein. read more

Honestly this would be one star if I had ordered this in store. I want to preface this was an online order and made directly through the chipotle app. Both of these orders specified double chicken but one of these bowls did also include extra rice. The other extra beans and cheese. The result? Both half empty bowls that look poorer than the one you get in store. Normally this would not be an issue HOWEVER, the food was abysmal. Chicken that's at best been drying under a heat lamp for an hour and at worst reheated from last night. Rice bland as can be, half mushy have hard (clearly partly reheated and mixed in from the night prior) with the only highlights beaning beans and cheese which, really is pathetic. Now I understand if this order was late night before closing or first one out on a slow morning shift (despite those still not being justification for chicken jerky with rice porridge and crispy rice bits) but this was ordered at 12:30 pm and ready by 1:30 pm. They had to be busy for this to warrant such a long wait time so why is this food actual catering from leftovers of a fridge? I have no reason to frequent here despite its proximity to other commerce sites and I would Reccomend anyone planning to order ahead to just avoid it. If you want a shit experience especially with the newly promoted Chipotle family meals, just drive the extra miles to Oceanside or Elmont. Edit: When the experience is so disappointing you have to finally make your first review to warn other people about it. TLDR: Abysmal Wait Time, Poor quality of food preparation mixed with yesterday's leftovers and skimping portions despite explicit instructions to add more and payment of said extra via double protein. PICK A FUCKING STRUGGLE. read more

I ordered food from there, Big mistake. My bowl came with such small portions of food paid 0.75 extra for honey chipotle chicken and there was barely any pieces of chicken in my bowl in the first place. Paid $2.20 for Queso in my bowl but they barely even put any. I had to look for the Queso... on top of that I asked for vinaigrette on the side and I didn't even get it. I was so disappointed when I got my food. Paid $20+ for this and this bowl was with $7 dollars at most. Never ever will I order from this Chipotle again. As we tried to walk in through the mall entrance the gate was pulled down in front of us by the manager. The floors and tables are filthy. The beverage station is filthy and the drink are cliser to water than they are to soda. A little boy was told the restroom was closed at about 9:30 by the manager who had complained earlier about a woman dirty-ing the restroom so it was closed for the rest of the night. They close the "restaurant" at 11pm though. Also a worker cursed at her manager and told her not to f-ing touch her ever and to go do her 1 job instead of putting it on anyone else. They carried on hollering and cursing at each other, then started putting up the chairs as myself and other customers were still eating. This place looks like a high school cafeteria. We need to do better for our community. This Chipotle sucks. I hope to see improvement in the near future. Until then... read more

Soooooo someone told me that they were closed but I drove past and saw that they weren't. Ordered over the phone while confirming that they were open and waited exactly 15 minutes to get out of my car. No one knew what to do but there were signs that listed orders in alphabetical groups. After 5 minutes of staring at the other 2 patrons 6 ft apart I decided to go check all the orders and low and behold they were in no such order BUT I found one with my name. And if you're not gonna put the special spices that actually make it "Chipotle" do not do it. I mean the food has no flavor as if they forgot super weird and that's what I get for going to get non essentials during a crisis. Not what I should have got but that's what I got. I'm sorry, I don't usually leave reviews like this. But this has to be posted. Compared to other Chipotles, this location is very skimpy on portions. As a newcomer you probably wouldn't notice. But I've been to other and they never gave me a half a scoop of rice. My bowl usually is filled up by the time I reach the cashier. Not here. Buyer beware they Discriminate against people here. I actually had the Manager Patricia refuse to give me my order and scold other people who attempted to try to help. She never checked the system and stopped others from doing as well. Our whole conversation she refused to even look at me or speak to me as if it would lower her to acknowledge my presence. Whole conversation was her directing other people to tell me to cancel it. Mind you we were literally 6ft apart. I wonder how many canceled orders are her just refusing customers. I apprecilove that they read and take reviews seriously. I hope. Seems like it. According to other reviews, no one should order/eat at this Chipotle. However I have and will continue doing so as long as I continue receiving the food and service I receive here. I have ALWAYS been given good service. Food always taste great and I'm yet to have a problem even with leftovers. **knocks on wood** Yes, they should clean up after customers in anticipation for new ones a bit quicker, but I usually still have to clean tables whether they appear to be clean or not. OCD behavior and all. The End. read more

Host by the name of Shantahja was extremely rude and unpleasant. Up until this point it was a very typical chipotle experience. Upon checking out I was trying to tell her what I had ordered, her response was "I wasn't talking to you," and proceeded to ring up when wrong items. After I corrected her 2 additional times she said I didn't hear you; obviously the breakdown in communication was on her and lack of customer service. She completed the transaction by tossing my order in the bag and pushing it toward me. As a guest looking for the simple pleasures of enjoying my chips and guacamole, I'm highly disappointed that my experience was warped by someone so unpleasant. We have ordered Uber eats from this location a few times and there is always one or two missing items but this order was the worst. We had ordered a burrito, a kids meal, chips/guacamole, chips/salsa, and queso. We received the burrito, the queso and sloppy mess of the kids "meal". The only part of the kids meal that was provided was an inedible taco (it's supposed to come with two, a kids side and a drink). It looked disgusting. The taco had no filling other than rice, and only had half the shell which was essentially turned into mush somehow. The drink and the side were also missing. I do not recommend this location whatsoever. read more

I just went to Chipotle, ordered 3 tacos, and was told that it was $10.49 I paid in cash and was told that I needed exact change. I was told that there were no coins in the register! So even if they had less than the exact change from my $11.00 I would not be getting anything back. I really don't believe that there were no coins in the register, this sounds like a scam to me. I know of no other business that operates like this. I'd like to know who keeps all the extra money when people overpay. You are being penalized when you pay cash. This is ridiculous! I'd love to hear an explanation from management. I know that there was a coin shortage at one time, but this is three years later and Chipotle is taking advantage of this myth. Very dissappointing. read more

This review is solely based on the service as the food is fine. I've been coming to this Chipotle since it first opened. I don't ever feel like going out of my way to go one town over for a Chipotle so I always opted for this one. However, today really ruined it for me. The woman working the first part of the section, was rolliing her eyes and was basically whispering to a customer. The customer was frustrated and kept having to repeat what she said and could not hear what the worker was asking her. This to me was the first star off. Why in the world are you whispering? There's a glass window between you and the customer to separate things from getting into the food. Also, she was getting frustrated and at one point told the customer that she could not hear the customer, when in fact, the customer could not hear her. -1 star Secondly, when it was my turn, I had told the woman at the counter (who was new and it was very obvious) that I wanted a steak burrito bowl with the tortilla on the side. She thought I had said steak burrito and bowl. When I had repeated my order and told her I would like the bowl and the tortilla on the side, she looked at me as I was destroying her life. She threw the tortilla on the floor and rolled her eyes. I had told her that I wanted the tortilla before she threw it away but proceeded to do it and disregarded what I wanted. -1 star Moving on, I asked for half steak and half chicken, she looked at me and said, "what?" and I said, I would like half steak and half chicken please. She rolled her eyes again ONCE more and sighed. -1 star Then she told me in a rude manner, "please go over there, the other person will help you." with such disdain in her voice. -1 Teach your workers professionalism and train them better. I am not one for b*tching about customer service because I understand people have bad days and that people are new and are just getting accustomed to their work environment. However, this to me was intolerable. I will never step foot in this Chipotle or any for that matter as I am done with you all. read more

By far the worst chipotle in NY. Staff is slow and clueless. They don't refill the food so they are always out of half the items. They would rather sit and talk in the back of the kitchen than actually refill the food or help the customers. Will never be back to this location. read more

This chipotle was not created equal.... they put all the other chipotles to shame. The way the young lady made my burrito was pure perfection, every bite has the amazing flavors. It wasn't like some burritos that have toppings on one end and rice on the other. The customer service was on point everyone was so friendly and genuinely looked happy to be there. This is my local Chipotle.when I found out they were opening a Chipotle at Green Acres mall, I was very hesitant to come in and give it a try. I think everyone who knows Green Acres or anything affiliated with this mall knows my pain. I was absolutely wrong. This Chipotle location isn't bad at all. It's located in the mall(has its own entrance) and it's right across from Panera Bread. The staff here works fast and they aren't stingy if you ask them for a little extra of something. The food is always fresh and just the right temperature. I've never encountered any attitudes or bad vibes from the staff which is a plus. Great thing about eating here is that after or before you eat, you can browse around the mall or shop. Parking is available so that's also a plus. I'll recommend and I will definitely return. read more

Warning: the following review may not be appropriate for table talk. Boy does Chipotle give me the shits! Be prepared for an internal tsunami of burrito blizzard in your stomach. Like a storm chaser, I couldn't resist the intensity. The Chipotle burrito is packed to the fullest with you choice of filling. It's overwhelmingly tasty but consequently leaves your stomach roaring for the nearest toilet. I couldn't master any physical activity after my lunch so a nap it was.
