The staff is lazy and have no training on professional engagement with customers. I was there this week and the young ladies were busy have long conversations with friends on the drive thru, even exchanging bracelets and themselves. This location is the slowest location I ever experienced. The female manager couldn't find the Eugena to take orders. Eugena is very soft spoken, talks to customers while looking elsewhere. This is the most upsetting order and I vow to never eat McDonald's ever again. I ordered this meal through the drive through. Once I took a bite, I knew something was wrong. Raw burger. It was cold and pink with cheese and bacon on it. I immediately returned to the location and showed the manager. He was in shock by what he saw. He took it to the back and educated the staff about meat temp and cooking instructions. He offered me another burger and I declined. I could have been extremly sick feom eating this. This is my late night, sloppy drunk, crazy starving, munchie craving swagg go to McDee's spot. They never let me down. My orders have never been screwed up. I've eaten inside and done the drive threw plenty of times-- same legitness. They're never skimpzz with the sauces, and while sometimes the girls seem like their attitude is borderline about to make ME flip on my shit on them, everything gets done the way its suppose to in the end. A McDonald's with a four star review? Unheard of! I stopped by around 11AM for my sausage,egg, and cheese mcgriddles fix. I've yet to go to a McDonald's that have messed this order up therefore, I think it is the safest thing to order. Not including the calories of course haha. Warm, tasty, and satisfying as it should be. I used the drive thru and to my surprise although there were 2 cars in front of me, I managed to manouver through relatively quickly. The woman operating the drive thru was friendly and professional. I've definitely been to other locations and have had my fair share of attitude. So this was surely a nice touch. Side Note: I appreciate that the drive thru had enough space for cars to drive out of it if need be. Other drive thrus tend to lock you in until the exit. read more

I've always said I wanted to stop by this McDonald's after the new construction to check it out, but never got the chance. But now that I was in the neighborhood and couldn't eat any solids for a few hours, I knew this was the perfect opportunity. I just wanted to grab a milkshake but the drive-thru line was ridiculously packed. So I decided to park it up and go inside. To my pleasant surprise, it was extremely clean and I was greeted with a warm 'hello' upon entering. In the middle of the floor are a few machines that you can place your order on. You can order there and then then wait until your number is called. It's very easy to navigate. When the employee on the register called my number, she was pleasant when handing me my order. She even told me to have a nice evening. I must say that I had to remind myself this was a 'fast-food joint' because I'm not used to that treatment. The establishment is clean and current. This particular location tend to be extremely busy at evenings (Again talking about the drive way), but they still manage to make it smooth, and the waits are not that terrible. Love the calm and quiet environment and I enjoy the seating. The customer service you receive is pretty good. I personally find this to be the cleanest Mikey Ds thus far. However I ordered a chicken nugget meal and found HAIR in my nuggets. I had to throw the whole thing out, I know some people have evil intentions...I use to work at a McDonald's where the lady working the grill would take all the nuggets out the deep fryer...drop em on the floor and then pick em back up and put it on the dish to serve. No burgers -no mc chicken-no sausage biscuits, etc. Biggest question is why there are still plenty of $1 choices at the McDonald's in nearby Lynbrook.
