The real sleeper hit of any good bar is the music, and Elsie Lane did not disappoint. The playlist jumped between genres--movie soundtracks, trap music, old-school hip-hop, '70s soft rock, and so much more I'm forgetting. The volume at our table dropped as we dug into the delicious spread. The wings were perfectly crispy and naked, great on their own but even better with the sauces. I was blown away by how good they were, though I was quickly stuffed after six wings and picking at the onion rings. The onion rings were fried to a satisfying crunch, and the dipping sauce paired perfectly. By the end of the night, nothing was left but full bellies and another great memory of training and dinner with the boys. This spot deserves the love, especially for those wings!
