I haven't been here in awhile wanted a quick inexpensive breakfast so I stopped by. Breakfast is from 7am-10:30a. The employees are always friendly establishment clean I ordered a 4 piece cheesy tots and 1 Jr breakfast sausage egg and cheese burrito for $4.11. It wasn't crowded so I sat there and ate my food. The food was good nice and hot. read more

Don't really opt for fast food but was out shopping and needed a quick bite. The drive thru was quick and the individual who took my order was pleasant enough. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and man, I'm glad I got two as they looked much smaller than I remembered them to be. My daughter likes the chicken fries but the French fries were a bit disappointing. We didn't really get that wow factor. May be a while before we return. Location is right off a main road and easy to get in and out of. read more

I have an intolerance to beef. I ordered myself an impossible whopper because it has a plant-based patty. as soon as I received the order I immediately opened it and looked, I saw that the patty looked strange and smelled like meat, I asked the cashier if this was a patty made from plants, he convinced me that it was. as a result, I had successful stomach pains, today I checked again and from the photo on the Internet, it was definitely a meat patty!!! This is not the first time , my medical condition can i help me in court. read more

Burger King - The difference - Burgers Near Me - Valley Stream, New York

Gross. Last went to this Burger King location in June 2023. The fries were cold. The iced coke slushy tasted moldy. (I used to work in an almost fast food restaurant and I know those soda/ice/ice cream machines can get pretty gnarly if not properly maintained and cleaned). And the spicy nuggets were literally served to me in a pool of old grease. I wrote to Burger King as this was an exceptionally bad experience and potentially dangerous food safety issue for other customers. Corporate responded but the restaurant itself did not. No refund, no apology, no acknowledgement to improve the quality and food safety of the establishment. No response is a response. So that's the last time I went to Burger King, LoL. Fond childhood memories (saw the "power rangers" here as a kid) and desire for convenience sometimes taint my adult food choices. Thank you Burger King for a disgusting experience, no response, and reinforcing the need and want to eat more wholesome home cooked food. read more

What more can I say? It's a Burger King. Generally when I'm craving fast food I'll head to Wendy's, or McDonald's as a backup. Burger King often comes in third, but there are some rare times where I'm just craving a Whopper. Those occasions usually lead me to this particular location since there are not many other Burger King locations in the area. On the last particular visit, I happened to actually be craving Wendy's and headed to the one down Merrick Road in Lynbrook. The drive-thru line was bonkers and I was starving, so I continued driving down to this Burger King location. The drive-thru line was nearly empty, which I attribute more to their ability to manage a drive-thru than their lack of popularity (especially comparing the amount of time it took for each vehicle to move forward), so I got in line and proceeded to order a Whopper meal. The drive-thru definitely moved quickly and the service was good overall. I had my food in less than 5 minutes from when I entered the line. Not bad at all! Returning home, I took my first few bites of the Whopper and felt the quality had gone down hill a bit since my last visit. Perhaps it was my taste buds or the burgers that day, but it didn't quite do it for me. The fries had the same distinct flavor I remembered, though, and the portion size definitely filled me up. Again, not much more to say. BK is typically my third choice for fast food, and this location is simply what you'd expect. If the craving is calling, make the trip. read more

Always and always mess up a simple order! Ordered two whopper jrs with bacon and and NO CHEESE!! They went into the garbage!!! Making me waste my money and time!! Not going there again. Where's the bacon and why the cheese?? So annoying!! read more

Burger King/Valley Stream OMGoodness...just left the drive thru window and had to bite my tongue to keep from giving this young girl (1 Star - 1 Star= 0 Stars) a tongue lashing No home-training, no manners, no idea she's not talking to her friends, but adults. Thank you to the young man (5 Stars) at the window who showed excellent Customer Service read more

I placed my order online. Door was locked and whoever saw me totally ignored me. Now I'm waiting in line for the drive thru that can't be moving any slower. Horrendous! And just got home and absolutely no sauces that i ordered! It's 11:30, how hard is it to get an order right when the drive thru is the only place you can get food!! read more

No stars. Every time I go to this location I have a problem. It's kind of my fault for going back. When you ask for cheese on your impossible whopper and light onions they don't give you pickles when you ask for sprite light ice they give you no ice and no straw to drink it with. Oh no napkins 17 fries that smell funny. And a attitude because they misunderstood your order and added another sandwich to your bill. read more

My friend is laughing that I said this BK is a 5 star. No Girrrrlll, not as in 5 star dinning, but as in they get 5 out of 5 stars for being tops at who they are and what they do. We rate accordingly. Service: quick and on point. Even the more mature (slightly chubby) security officer here is super nice and goes beyond. Even when school is in session and the children get a break and flock here like white on rice, things still run smoothly. The cashiers don't have a wide smile plastered on their faces but they still come across as affable. Besides, I'm not a fan of the "welcome to............. *insert HUGE deer caught in headlight fake GRIN here*" Food: Really? You don't know? Drive through: No matter how many cars are ahead the queue moves quickly. Space: Many seating options including high bar style stool chairs, regular booth seating and comfy sofas to relax and take in the news on telly as you chow down your meal. I've never seen here dirty, (not even a little bit. Not once. Overall, for a fast food joint this location is on point. They just get it. Salute to the hardworking team here! And I like your fish sandwich, no pickles. The End. read more

Serving burgers and fries is too tall of an order for these crew and the manager upon me asking fir fresh fries had a total meltdown. I know it's a lot to ask for professionalism from such a low level entity but I had my child with me and I wasn't prepared for the nasty ass manager to get rude with me by yelling at me in front of my child and she even encouraged a customer (man) to assault me. I will be following up with corporate about this violation. The fries are always dry and nasty and somebody had to say it I just didn't expect violence read more

Just like every eatery now, the product is less and the price is more. I could barely find my burger buried in between all of the bread. I felt like I was eating a burger bun, with nothing in between. Not to mention all the rude high school kids mobbing the parking lot. Especially while trying to back out of the tiny spots dodging the bodies surrounding your vehicle. The interior looks like a dark spooky house in Coney Island from the 1950's. freezing climate inside, really adds to the ambiance. Do u guys have heat ? WARNING: YOU WILL GET SICK FROM UNCOOKED FOOD. I am PREGNANT and I decided to get sandwiches for me and my husband. As we were eating, we realized that the chicken was COMPLETELY UNCOOKED! After trying to call the manager who hung up the phone on me the first time, I tried calling 10+ times to address the issue and still no answer. We were then forced to go into the store. The pathetic staff's reason for the UNCOOKED FOOD? "THEY ARE TOO BUSY". The manager shook her head at my husband as if we were wrong. Not even an apology from ANYONE. I am now forced to go to the doctor to make sure that the UNCOOKED chicken has not affected me. What a DISRESPECTFUL DISGUSTING staff at this Burger King. Never going back again. STAY AWAY. read more

The service is incredibly quick whenever I go in there and it's pretty clean as well. Certain workers are nicer than others and it definitely shows, but in the end it's good most of the time. I mainly get the usual burger and fries ordeal but overall it's very tasty, especially the occasional whopper. Their chicken nuggets too I gotta say are super crispy whenever I actually order some and the 10 for 1.49$ deal is seriously an offer that's hard to refuse. In fact, their offers, special deals, and coupons I get from the app really make this Burger King an extremely reliable fast-food joint while I'm on my lunch break! read more

It's all about customer service. I felt like I was inconveniencing them because I decided I wanted to add 1 thing to my order (increasing how much I spend there) at the drive thru window. Then what seemed like the manager said I would need to pull over and park b/c he has the next car's order ready for him. I said forget it. I think I would have been willing to pull over and wait if he simply said "Sure! Would you mind pulling over while we get your additional item ready for you?" I think I'd feel better about that. But no. They didn't say/do that so we'll never know. To top it off they didn't give me any napkins, condiments or straw for my drink. #winning #sarcasm read more

It is really hit or miss here. Mostly miss though. They often use old condiments. The lettuce is usually yellow and the burgers lay around for a while, bleh. I've honestly never had a fresh burger from this location. I know they exist because the Burger King in Hewlett has fresh patties and condiments. Their french fries are good though (it's hard to mess that up). They are somewhat stingy on the dipping sauces though, you may have to pester them to give you enough honey mustard for the chicken fries/french fries. Corporate really needs to audit this location for quality. read more

Newly renovated ...first thing I thought of when I saw the new look was that old Dane cook joke (you know, back when he was funny) about bragging that he worked at the BK lounge, when in fact he worked at burger king. I go there most Thursday mornings and purchase 4 Whoppers, they have a 2fer special. I bring the Whoppers to work and give away to appreciative employees. Been coming to this Burger King for a long time. Prior to the renovation service was slow but otherwise not bad. After the renovation, the environment looks much better but service dipped dramatically. Food takes longer then usual and it takes a long time to order. One of my biggest issues is the new restrictions on sauces. I just came from there the other day and orders 10pc nuggets meal spicy chicken sandwich and a four piece nugget. When I got my bag I didn't receive my sauce I requested. I then asked them for 2 BBQ and 1 ranch. When they came back they gave me 1 BBQ and 1 ranch and walked away. I waited for them to come back and asked for another BBQ and they said you only get one per 10 piece n 1 for a four piece. MAKES NO SENSE and so annoying. The people behind the counter obviously know this rule is a problem because they always walk away before you can address the issue. Management needs to change this because it not worth the trip and fight every time. read more
