What an awesome and professional team. We were moving into a new place and didn't realize our attic had some major issues. When we realized there were droppings from rats, squirrels, and mice, along with almost no insulation, I became very stressed as I hadn't realized how bad it was. I called several places to get quotes but I was really impressed by the professionalism of Joshua. I decided to go with them and am so glad. The team, led by Ulises, was great and so professional. They told me the issues, identified the best solution, and gave me a very fair price. Several of the places I called needed more than one day. Ulises and his team came in the morning, cleared out the entire attic, proofed the space, replaced the insulation, and had my attic looking almost brand new. They set up traps just to be sure and Ulises came out a week later to follow up- good news, no rats! I'm very grateful to them and have been recommending them to everyone. Thank you Attic Solutions! read more

I had a great experience with Attic Solutions and would recommend them on their down to earth, genuine approach to business. They identified the problem in my attic space, gave we a range of options and accompanied that with advice. It was great to be heard as a customer and presented with options that suited my way. Many other attic and rodent companies just present with the one and only solution. Joshua was professional and approachable, so were all the team members I met and who completed the work. read more

Sean was super helpful and honest. We did not end up requiring their service because after the free inspection, Sean was honest enough to tell me that their service would not be the best solution to our situation. We have had 3 other companies come and all have tried to sell us their service. Sean was the only person who listened to our issues and gave us a suggestion that would be best for our rodent issue. I don't write reviews often but I'm very thankful. read more

We purchased our first home a few months ago. At first, everything was okay, but then, we found rats in our garage. We contacted Attic Solutions and scheduled an appointment same day! They came out, did the inspection and provided a quote right then. We did not feel the need to shop around after meeting with Attic Solutions and scheduled with them right away. They explained everything to us in detail as far as where the rats were and what would be done to clean and prevent them from returning and answered all of our questions. Finding rats in your home is unnerving, we were so thankful to have them come out so quickly. We decided to have the attic cleaned and the insulation replaced as it was very old. Day of, they showed up on time explained what they were doing as they went and did a great job. Highly recommend these guys! Thanks y'all! read more

I highly recommend Attic Solutions! They removed a rodent issue and old insulation from our attic, sanitized the space, laid new insulation and rodent-proofed our home. Both Gabriel who coordinated the job and took our estimate and the entire crew day-of could not have been nicer or more professional. They also were very communicative in confirming their appointments, calling to let me know when they were arriving and making sure I understand the entire clean-up process. Now we can sleep in peace knowing we have a clean, pest-free attic and a lower PG&E bill thanks to the Attic Solutions team! read more

Excellent work from start to finish! Gabriel came out to inspect our house for a quote and did a thorough job, his quote was fair with a great discount! He also managed to fit us in earlier than he'd initially stated because we're on a tight schedule. On the day of the actual job, Rigo, Juan, Arnoldo, Osbin, and Vincent arrived promptly and began working immediately. They wore masks and protective equipment throughout. They were quick and professional and left the place cleaner than it was before they arrived! Rigo even asked me if I would like for him to dispose some water pipes he found in the crawlspace. The team was seriously great, and very thorough. read more

Gabriel responded to our request for an estimate to add insulation to my mom's attic. He pointed out a need for rodent proofing in the attic and provided an estimate for doing the desired work. Due to questions about considering other types of insulation, Gabriel had Joshua, the owner, contact me. We had a comprehensive discussion and he was responsive to our multiple concerns, even to the point of suggesting only doing the rodent proofing while postponing the insulation until a later/better time. We decided on a course of action: rodent proofing and R-38 unfaced batts. Joshua advised the crew of our concerns and they proved to be very professional and responsible as well as responsive to our needs. My mom said that "it could not have gone better!" read more

Angel and team were thorough and great about explaining the process, including what to expect. We feel confident we'll finally have the issue under control. Thanks Angel, we appreciate the help. read more

We had a need for new insulation and rodent proofing, and Attic Solutions was our second estimate. Gabriel came by and came up with a more comprehensive, better-priced plan. Gabriel and his crew were attentive and timely for all our appointments, the service was excellent, and they solved our problem. He was also very helpful and easy to plan with. read more

I am impressed by their presentation. I would hire them if I needed their services. As it turned out, I'm gonna go with a friend who wants to try it himself (we'll see if it works). I asked for my deposit back and they gave it to me right away. So if I use their services, I would probably give more stars, but that is tbd. They seem like Good people. read more

Attic solutions is great. They were very quick to respond and set up an appointment for a free quote. Their services covered everything I could want as far as rodent proofing my house and cleaning all the junk left behind by the roofers. Rigo and his crew arrived on time and were very respectful of my house and my time which I really appreciated. They also did my parents' house and the service is always top notch. I got five quotes for the rat problem I had in my crawl space -- some highly rates businesses didn't even look under the house before providing an estimate! These guys looked around thoroughly, went over what they would do, why they felt that the other solutions were overkill, and addressed my concerns about what they were proposing. One of the things that impressed me the most was that they had plenty of chances to upsell me, but they didn't. During the assessment, I'd ask "Should we do this too? I'm willing to pay for it..." and they would let me know that they'd be happy to do it, but they didn't feel it was necessary -- then give the reasons why. They also were the only ones to propose some innovative and practical ways to ensure that the problem doesn't return. The work crew showed up and got the job done in a couple of days -- they were professional, personable and effective. The bill was exactly what we agreed to -- they even offered some discounts because I was flexible with regards to the dates they worked, plus they did things for free as they came up along the way. They've given me no reason that they will disappear now that the work is done. In fact, I've been in contact several times with the owners since the crew was here and I get prompt, courteous responses -- in fact, someone is coming by today to do a final check at my request. I feel really good about my decision to hire them. They were the right choice. read more

Within the last year, we had a rodent infestation and finally decided that a serious cleaning was needed. We researched several companies, and we decided to call Attic Solutions. Joshua quickly returned my call, and I was fortunate to get a same day estimate. Dan did a thorough estimate and quoted a good price that included all new rolled insulation. A week later, Angel and crew arrived promptly and began the arduous task of cleaning our attic and crawl space before installing the new insulation. We have a small home, but boy was it a job! Angel answered our questions, and the crew was professional and respectful. You hope you never need this type of service, but you will appreciate the pride the crew takes in doing a job well. Thank you all at Attic Solutions! read more

Working with Attic solutions was super easy and straightforward. We've a house in Oakland with rodent issues and old insulation in pretty bad condition. Gabriel stopped by to take a look at our crawl space and attic, gave us an estimate on the spot with what it would cost and when they can schedule the work. On the day of work, Angel and his team showed up... they did an excellent job. All the crew members were super professional, they listened to our concerns thoroughly. They left the house in sparkling clean condition! Highly recommend these guys! read more

Rigo, Luis and Aroldo cleaned our house and really saved us from a rodent filled home. We are still in the process of finishing and re-insulating our house, but the first phase of clean up went very well. We are grateful for contractors that worked so hard and explained the issues with care. Finding contractors that show up, listen, and perform their jobs with pride is a rare find. Attic Solutions is highly recommended. read more

Apparently it was just one rat creating all that havoc. Joshua's team eliminated that rat in five days start to finish, and we got our house back, which is to say, we got our life back. On one day's notice--and that day was Sunday--Joshua sent out a team of four workers to find and seal access points, clean and disinfect crawl space and garret, and set traps. (Joshua himself had already checked out the premises and given us an estimate.) The team spent about an hour and a half, took photos of the work done in the crawl space, shifted stored items around in the garret in order to access all the floor space, and disappeared a pile of fouled and shredded T-shirts in the adjoining closet. I am in awe of those guys. I mean, it comes with the territory, but they had to work in cramped and unpleasant spaces, and they did a great job. One reservation: after sealing off the garret / closet space from access to the crawl space, the team set traps only in the crawl space. The foreman refused to set traps in the garret because that was "living space" and it was unsafe to have traps there. Well, that would have been fine if the living space had been rodent-free at that point. But when I saw the rat come running out of the closet at about 10:00 that night, I kinda lost it. So I called Joshua, he picked up right away and came out first thing in the morning to set traps in the garret. That's the big thing: Joshua has been completely responsive and supportive throughout our ordeal and its aftermath. The work comes with a one-year guarantee--not that we'll have no more trouble ("You never know," says Joshua), but that he'll take care of it if we do. I intend to update this review when the year is up. But so far, so good. read more

We have rodent problem in our crawling space for a while and we are really glad we found this company. Their people are really friendly and efficient! They always respond to our service requests promptly. great service, very reliable read more

Great service. On time, professional and got the job done. I pray I never see or smell a rat again!

Like some others I rarely post reviews. But I have to say that I was extremely impressed by Gabriel in the estimating process, and by the team that was here working today. We have a complex, semi-finished basement that we use for wine storage and entertainment and it has been the increasing target of mice, rats and squirrels since we lost our cat late last year. The team did a (frankly) amazing job of accessing the still unfinished areas (no idea how they got in in some cases) and used a clever combination of mesh, foam and concrete to seal entry points we never even imagined existed (our foundation/basement is only 10 years old). They created barriers to the entertaining area and sanitized everything with a bleach mix. They left us with a high level of confidence that re- entry to the living area/entertainment space is next to impossible. This is important to us as we serve food in that area. The team today was also punctual and explained their process well. They collaborated with me well on site. This is a really great company and I highly recommend them based on our experience. This is tough unforgiving work and they do it with professionalism and expertise. read more

I have been meaning to write this review for a while. Last August, Attic Solutions rat-proofed my home and put insulation in my attic. The service was A++ every step of the way. Gabriel arrived early for his appointment, gave me a competitive quote and booked his team. I think is was Rigo who oversaw the rat-proofing and insulation process. They were perfect in every respect. They did a clean and thorough job, discovered where the rat was coming in, filled holes with foam or screen, as appropriate. The rat (or rats) that I had heard in my heating duct and in the sump pump receptacle (in my bedroom!) and running through my bedroom walls were gone within 24 hours after service. In addition, as Gabriel had told me, my PG&E bill dropped dramatically after insulation! Also, the team came and picked up all the traps that they had set w/in a couple of days of my request. I had a major rat infestation in my flat when I lived in S.F. and I know how bad rat-proofing services can be. In that case, I spent thousands on an exterminator who was stellar at setting traps, but never bothered to block their entry! It took hiring three services before I finally found one that was competent. Don't hesitate to call these guys. They are the utmost professionals. You won't be sorry. read more

As a realtor, representing sellers, often I'm in a need for insulation company to clean up attics and crawl space before we put a house on the market. I called Attic Solutions for that matter. They arrived and quote me a fair price to remove and replace attic insulation ,clean up the crawl space and rodent proofing. Both were covered with a lot of rats drooping. At the day of the project, they arrived on time and completed the job in one day. My client and myself are very pleased with the results. Attic and crawlspace looks great! I will definitely going to use them again for my future projects. read more

I called Attic Solutions last week in order to use my warranty since the rats found a way to get back into my attic. A few weeks ago, I started hearing scratching sounds again. I wasn't sure if it is from inside the attic or on top of the roof. A technician arrived a few days later after I called and found a new entry point that looked like recently was chewed by the rat. Thank you very much for the quick response. Érika de Souza read more

We had a pretty bad rat infestation in our attic. Needed all the old, messed up insulation to come out, full sanitization treatment, new insulation, and rodent proofing. Attic Solutions did a great job, good pricing, and they were really easy to work with too. Gabriel came over to do the inspection and give the quote. He was great. I coordinated with Joshua, the owner, to make sure the project could commence even though I was out of town, and Rigo did the work. It was a hot day to it must have been 115 up in that attic. Thanks for toughing it out to get our project done, Rigo! read more

I Reached out to Joshua the day my daughter heard noises in the attic. That same day Joshua called me back and scheduled an appointment. When Gabriel came he was wearing a mask And ready to see what was going on inside my house. I was having a lot of issues with my house staying warm in the winter and cool in the summer, and my electric bill was ridiculous , so I finally decided to do something about it ! Attic Solutions was the third estimate, and I found that all the companies were about in the same price range for adding insulation to what was there. However, I felt the most comfortable moving forward with Attic Solutions. Their technician really took the time to explain to me what needed to be done and the benefit of doing it. The next day they showed up and within 2-3 hours they were all done. They made sure to leave my house as clean as it was before - very important to me ! I'm super happy with my experience with Attic Solutions - really nice people who do a great job !!! read more

We have had Chris and his crew here for two days and were expecting it to take three with a three day delay due to the holiday coming up. He showed up with extra help and told us they would be done today. We won't have to go the weekend without insulation in the attic. Their work attitude and attention to detail was fantastic. Very polite and kept us well informed of the step by step process. I would highly recommend Attic Solutions and Chris any time! read more

I called Attic Solutions after having a big rodent problem in our attic. I scheduled a free appointment with Joshua, the owner, and he came out himself to perform the inspection. He took good pictures that helped me determine the areas where the rats were coming in the house and showed us the condition of our insulation. The insulation was definitely old and covered with rat droppings. We chose to hire Joshua and his team. This was the second estimate and I felt the price was more than fair for the work that was required. Joshua and his team were very professional and they did a great job. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you Attic Solutions!!!! read more

I usually am quite reluctant to write reviews. Happy to make an exception for Joshua with Attic Solutions: He is friendly, thorough, communicates well and was always on time. He got the rodent problem in my newly acquired house quickly under control, something that the prior company had failed to achieve. A big plus is that any follow up visits within 1 yr are included, should any rodent issues reoccur. He also came free of charge to my house, cleaned and disinfected the entire crawlspace and swapped out all traps. I can highly recommend him to anyone who finds him/herself in a similar situation. Pricing is also very reasonable. read more

The whole team at Attic Solutions was really wonderful! Joshua was able to fit us in within a week of our first phone call and they finished up the project today. Gabriel gave us a very fair estimate and was professional and communicative. Angel and his helper, sorry I can't remember his name, but they did an excellent job here adding insulation and rodent proofing my attic! Made sure they put paper down inside on the floor and carpet to walk on which was great! And I asked if they saw the attic fan working because I wasn't sure and they said yes but the thermostat was set pretty high so I asked to turn it to a lower setting and they did that for me too!
