Asked for an iPhone 16 pro max 512g. Said they didn't have it but would order it for me online. I…read moresaid nevermind and would go somewhere else then the deranged employee goes "oh wait!! Looks like we have one left!" And says he's going to go open the safe. Both him and the other employee leave me out on the floor alone to go to the back and are back there talking / laughing loudly for 10 mins while I sit there realizing this was a bad idea. Comes out 10 mins later saying "the safe is still opening up" and proceeds to try to talk me into changing my plan and adding a 4th line that I did not need. Despite refusing multiple times he continued to try to pressure me into adding this 4th line, I had to tell him no about 4 different times and explain myself as to why. He goes back to the back for another 5 minutes to talk loudly to his coworker, comes back out and says "the safe is still opening, let's pick out some accessories for your phone!" I explained I already had accessories at home and I just want to buy the phone. Now he looks visibly annoyed and goes back to the back for another 5 minutes. Comes back out with his coworker with him and says "aww as it turns out we don't have the phone" then asks his coworker what was the last phone he sold. Coworker: "an iPhone 16 pro max 512 gig." He turns back to me and is like "aww man that's the one he wanted!" I'd give them a 0.1 out of 5 stars on their bad acting. Overall I was lied to, forced to sit there for 20 minutes while they bullshitted in the back and intermittently came out to upsell me and ignore my objections over and over again, and then denied the ability to purchase the phone while i waited 20 minutes for their "safe to open." Garbage customer service. Garbage company (its prime communications, an authorized retailer for AT&T) Don't waste your time trying to do business with these low life's.

Store manager is Irvin and his customer service representative, Carlos is second to none: Carlos is smart, intuitive, attentive, and very connected to what the customer needs and wants. The store manager at this location -- Irwin-- is the best I've encountered in over 25 years with first Sprint and not T-mobile. Carlos is, in the words of Tina Turner, "simply the best." They delete records and have unauthorized iPhone 16e associated with my account…read morewith my son's phone number , however, detailed bills show my son's phone number and calls and text messages, but my son has an iPhone 12, not an iPhone 16e. This is currently preventing us from getting the phone unlocked that I have paid for in order for him to go to a different carrier. The nonchalant responses I am receiving are concerning since the iPhone 12 is paid for and useless. This issue has been going on for almost a month but no one is investigating why the device is an iPhone 16e when no one has this phone. It's frustrating to continuously deal with a company that doesn't attempt to resolve the issue, but took my hard earned money to sell me something that is not usable at all. It just seems there is suspicious activity going on and the consumer is paying the price. I am in the process of obtaining legal representation to obtain compensation for my payments since the phone isn't usable. Also I find it interesting that my app portal clearly shows that I paid for the device but on their end it's undetectable.

Once the inevitable screen crack happened to my Pixel Pro, I began shopping around immediately for…read moreplaces that could fix it. The absurdly high rating for this biz had me calling them immediately, in which a young man named Eid promptly quoted $250 to fix it. This was at least $50-75 cheaper than most of their competition. I agreed to it. It's a tiny shop that's next to a gas station. It looks completely run down and if it weren't for the reviews, I'd have a hard time seeing myself here. I was told that I'd be able to come pick it up in roughly 3 hours. Kudos for allowing same-day service. By the time it was ready for pickup, I came in to inspect the phone. I noticed just there are some gaps on the screen but it was responsive. Right as it became time to pay I learned they were unwilling to accept the Yelp check in offer of 10% off and would charge an additional $20 fee when deciding to use a credit card. I went out to get cash and eventually paid. When asking for a receipt, he gave me a piece of paper with some scribbles and largely illegible penmanship. Overall the repair was successful, the price was right, but the inconvenience and shoddy customer service might mean I will reconsider my business if this ever happens again.

Andre was extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He worked on my phone long past closing time until I could at least get a signal knowing how not having a cellphone this day in time is such an emergency and necessity. A few weeks later, I return to purchase the new iPhone - once they were released - and again, nothing but nice and considerate guys all around. I've watched as folks come in and crowd the place, hoping to see this small but extraordinary team and no matter how busy it gets, they never lose their cool; always professional!!! Since 2023, I've stopped in several time to either purchase equipment for my phone or to ask questions regarding my service plan and they're still great. Highly recommend this location and this team, especially Andre!!!

Keano Smith, the authorized sales tech at that Verizon location, is the third technician who has made our visit a pleasure. It seems that any problem we introduced to Keano was solved. His help made us receptive to a painless remuneration transaction even at the end of our visit. We shall indeed be visiting Mr. Keano Smith and look forward to his advice and supportive guidance. In the meantime, we are contemplating upgrading our phones because of Keano's kind attention.
