I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL…read more I spent over SIX HOURS at this Cricket Wireless location trying to get an iPhone. Six hours of my time wasted for what should have been a simple phone purchase. The employee who helped me, Cristal, was helpful in some ways and I appreciate that she was trying to work through the situation with me. However, I also felt that some of the information I was being given was very misleading, and by the end of the experience, I honestly felt like I was being scammed or pressured into buying things I never asked for. I came in wanting ONE thing: the phone. I was not trying to buy a bunch of accessories or extras. At one point, I was told that the screen protector, case, and charger came with the purchase, making it sound like these were included/required. I later found out that those items were optional and were not mandatory. That really bothered me because it felt like I was being upsold while being led to believe I didn't have a choice. After spending SIX+ hours there, I ended up completing a lease-to-own application that was approved, yet somehow I still walked out of the store with NO PHONE. I wasted practically my entire day and ended up with nothing to show for it except a lease-to-own application and a massive headache. Cristal was helpful at times, but the overall experience left me feeling misled, pressured, and extremely frustrated. If I'm going to spend that much time and money at a business, I expect clear and honest communication from the beginning. I would NOT recommend this Cricket Wireless location to anyone. If you value your time and don't want to feel pressured into extras you didn't ask for, I strongly recommend going somewhere else. ZERO stars if Google allowed it.

This review is for the solid transparency and professionalism of the staff. I have a cracked screen on my 2023 Samsung Galaxy. I kept the phone because it wasn't worth turning in when I got a new one, and I figured I could always have it as a back-up. Unfortunately to repair would have been over $300 which is just not worth it for me at the moment. The tech I spoke to took his time to inform me of my options. Apparently the price is because they are Samsung- quality certified which does give peace-of-mind. I came on a week-day and they told me they wouldn not be able to provide same day service because they were so busy, but to come back when they had more staff on the weekend. I appreciated the transparency!! Other things to note: There is plenty of parking and it is free for a short amount of time. They do sell a small selection of phone accessories like screen protectors and cases.

Fast forward a few months later and I had screen problems again, this time due to a faulty screen. Google had offered to replace it, but since the screen was still under warranty uBreakiFix replaced it. Again same day service. Also the two times I've been here everyone was pretty nice and they seem knowledgeable. I hope I don't have to return again anytime soon, but at least I know there's a reputable cellphone repair shop in the area.
