This place is amazing! I've been coming here for a decade selling and purchasing gently used bags. They have the largest selection of LV, Chanel, St Laurent, Gucci and sooo much more! I especially love their free layaway if it's something I HAVE TO HAVE but can't afford that day! Lol! Staff is knowledgeable and extremely patient and helpful. This place is where it's at! Best kept secret in Houston when it comes to brand names.. PS I'm a handbag junkie but they also have watches, sunglasses, designer shoes and soooo much more!! read more

DO NOT SELL THIS PLACE GOLD. Worker rounded down the weight of the bracelet a few grams and low balled me $700 less than I was able to get from a gold buyer. read more

Walked in, with my Louis Vuitton bag and just by looking at it they claimed for it to be fake. I asked them to run it through the authentication program and they refused. Horrible service read more

I love their collection of high end pieces and everything is authenticated. They also have layaway. I will be back soon.

Great service, very professional and fair value for items. All of the staff was very pleasant and easy to negotiate with.

Looks closed. Can't find it. The area has been redone. GameStop doesn't have a sign. Was looking for WESTHEIMER pawn. I think they're gone.

To get in you have to go in a door wait for it to lock then get buzzed into the second door. It makes you feel as if they already think everyone who comes through the door is going to rob them of their used devices and shoes. After going through all that security an employee told me to take my hood off like I was a middle school student. Like yea my hood is up so I can steal a lame dvd and bust through two glass doors. They make you feel as if you are already not wanted or that you will take advantage of them from the moment you walk up to the door. Over all not a great experience with this store. read more

I went to this Pawn Shop to buy a few dvd's. I found one I like so I asked the guy the price, he said $4.00. I said great. I looked around a bit more and decided I didn't want anything else so I decided to check out. When I tried to do that, a different guy took the DVD to the back room where I could watch him look up the price of the DVD on Amazon. He then came back and told me the price was now $20. He said Amazon charges $50. Needless to say I told the guy to shove it and walked out. I decided to look it up on Amazon and found that used copies of this DVD were selling for less than $20. Do people really pay $20 for dvd's at Pawn Shops? These guys are not very smart and don't seem to be in the business to sell merchandise. Find a better place to shop! read more

Make sure you register your apple products to sell here they require the date you bought it or they'll think you stole it FYI customer service is bad read more

I will state that BEWARE whenever you purchase and then decide to pawn that same purchased item, again. I now have learned a lesson. The reason why I give this store 2 stars is because he worked with me, but I really think he realized his embarrassment of an error. This store sold me a ring sometime last year for $650.00. I pawned this same item a few weeks ago for what they then offered $150.00. Strange thing is when they first sold it to me last year, I was told that the ring contained DIAMONDS- ALL diamonds. The guy who was running his mouth made it sound as though the ring was all that and then some. When I pawned it a few weeks ago, all of a sudden the ring contained small STONES on its side. It is funny that the guy didn't state this information before when I bought it. So he gave me a measly $200.00. He said he wanted to "help me out". Help me out me arse! LESSON LEARNED!!!!! read more

I have to laugh at this place because these people here are funny . Well first the security doors are a fucking trip, you already feel like a prisoner coming in because you have to wait for the door to close to open the other door (rat trap basically). Second me and my friend come in to pawn something and i automatically get looks because of my wardrobe. All black Star Wars outfit with a black hat. Now see i know my outfit seemed suspect but i could already sense them feeling like i was gonna steal or rob them *laughs . Third I'm walking around to avoid people's looks until the manager wants walk up on me and ask me, "do you need any help sir"? I answered back, "no". Because i am going through something traumatic in my life and I'm trying to avoid the looks because i am embarrassed about the situation. So when you have customers that look suspect, don't automatically assume shit. Because that's what makes y'all look stupid. So yeah , i won't step foot in here. Thank you, Next read more

They've got a lot of great stuff, but it is way too overpriced. This doesn't pertain to me, but the last time I was in, I saw a Michael Kors handbag that they had priced at $200. Brand new, the same handbag was around $225. Come on, now. If it's $25 more, most people are going to buy a brand new one. The stuff is also kind of rude. read more
