Where do I begin? I called and asked the price to have a iPhone 11 Pro screen repaired and I was…read moretold it was $85. I arrive and the rep was with another customer, no problem! One my turn I asked the price to repair my phone and he again said $85. He began to work on my phone and mid way he told me he didn't have my screen in stock but he can pick it up 15 minutes away. I said it's fine, I could wait. I waited and I think the owner of the store was there. I told the owner that I would be back since it would possibly take the other guy 30 minutes to come back since it was 15 going and coming. I left to the store and returns within 40 minutes. When I returned my phone was ready and I was told that I would get a $5 discount. He ended up charging me $94.50, first the math doesn't add up right. If it would've been $85 and with a $5 discount then I don't think there was $14.50 in taxes. I didn't say anything and just left because I had somewhere to be. After, I went to T-Mobile to try to get a credit for my phone (btw, they advised to get my phone screen fixed in the first place). Once I arrived to T-Mobile they were checking my phone and said that I didn't have a liquid damage indicator sticker. I didn't know what it was and they advised that it was a sticker that helps prove water damage. I told them that it was probably changed at the screen fixing place and they advised to call and get it back. I called and I was told by the guy that fixed my phone that they did not know what I was talking about. Everyone at T-Mobile were in shock that they didn't know if they work with fixing phones. Basically this business told me that they didn't take a sticker off and that it was never in the first place. I drove back and as soon as I arrived the owner gave me attitude and kept repeating that there was never a sticker on the phone. That I was basically crazy and it was taken off somewhere else. I told them to give me my money and original screen back. I drove back to T-Mobile with my original broken screen and guess what? The sticker magically appeared. The whole time this business lied. They lied to me and repeated that they never took a sticker off and that it was never in the first place. I'm not bothered that it was taken off in the first place, im bothered that I was lied to. The owner and employee obviously don't know much about phones, they didn't even know that the phone had the liquid indicator inside. How can they be trusted if they lie? Don't go here! Save your time and visit a different place. They didn't have the needed materials, over charged me, and lied about a simple thing like a sticker. The place also looks very sketchy.

I received a call 3 days later stating my tv was unable to be fixed due to an internal crack( when I picked my tv up it was an external crack). I explained to him my tv was working fine when I dropped it off, my cable port is what was getting fixed. He continued to say it was nothing he can do and he didn't do anything wrong but my tv now has a crack across it that wasn't there when he accepted it. I asked for the owner and he said he didn't know how to get in touch with him, then later on in the conversation say he was the owner. This is an expensive 65in television that now has a crack going across it. This guy does not want to take accountability for what he has done. Do not take your business here, he will break your item and act like he didn't do it. Really is disappointing to see this is a black man. So much for supporting your people.

I hate to be "that guy" but... I had a cracked screen on my Apple Watch, I had seen Fix UR Gadget…read morein the tunnels so I thought I'd give them a try... I looked at the reviews, gave them a call and walked over from my office. My phone is a generation 1 so a new screen needed to be ordered. I was able to pick my watch up the following day. Fast forward about two weeks and I notice my watch was dimmer and as I began to touch the screen was loose. The screen appeared to need better adhesive because the screen was off of the face of the watch. I took my watch back to Fix UR Gadget and after analysis I was told there was corrosion on the interior mechanism of my watch that they don't repair. The corrosion was believed to be caused by moisture.... so the screen was replaced but not secured properly and moisture apparently got inside of the watch and now it's on me??? Thanks Guys
