I wish that I had one good thing to say about my experience with vzw after 25 years but i am on the verge of cancelling all 7 lines. This has been utterly ridiculous. Ive been getting to upgrade a phone since black friday. Ive literally been on the phone with vzw for more than 12 hours this week. Then right when I think they got it together, I go to the store to pick up the phone and im casually told oops..its a system glitch. Apparently im the 3rd person here for the iPhone that doesn't exist. No apology or nothing given. I was just told its apples problem. This store was terrible. They were not willing to help or make a sale! Went to pick up and online order and was met at the door and was told my order is not here without her checking my order number or anything related to my order. Did not offer to help remedy the situation. She was more focused on getting me out of the door rather than helping. I called customer service and she just walked away and went and got on her phone! You could've had a new customer but your rep was not interested in that. I was too angry and forgot to get her name but this occurred on 10/23/2025 at around 6:50 pm CT. Another worker was in there as well and he didn't try to assist either. When I left the store she walked out to go talk to a friend that was sitting in a car outside. So I decided to take my business to another carrier that was interested in a new customer! read more

On 10/23/2025 went in this location to pick up phone the young lady didn't want to let us in we let her know ordered phone she told us phone wasn't there without looking. She was rude the other guy there with her didn't ask did we need help or nothing. He never greeted us it was a hot mess never again. No customer service at all. This showed up as a Verizon store in my search between appointments in the area. It is not a company store they simply sell Verizon products. I was there 3 hours trying to buy a new phone, lots of hidden fees, associate waiting on me would not tell me prices just " don't worry I will give you a discount". He gave me wrong information about the phone, told me he couldn't print receipt for my trade in, didn't disclose they charge $40 for transferring info from my old iPhone to my new one. Verizon stores do not charge for this feature. he put liquid protection on the new phone even after I said several times I was going to put a case on it and didn't need it. That was another $120. Big rip off. Don't go to this store, go a mile away to a real Verizon store. Save your money and your sanity. read more

Buying a new phone with new phone # is worse than buying a new car. The process is so long. There has to be a better process for us the customer and the Employee for buying a phone. I'm pretty sure our sales guy was high and gave zero cares. Overall was pretty bad. read more

Today I had the worst experience with Verizon. I bought a new phone for my mother and in less than ten days it was not working well. We went to this location to exchange it but Dominique decided that he personally was not going to exchange the phone or look into any previous notes made to the account with customer service. He even choose to get loud with a 74yr old lady! Horrible costumer service displayed by this man. Everyone in my family is a Verizon customer and I drive past several other stores because I like this location so much. The store manager, Angela, runs a fun and pressure free environment; excellent sales staff. Tony, one of the employees that helped me, helped me and my girlfriend save $500 on our bill through credits and promotions Verizon was running; and he didn't need to do that! The store was clean, environment was friendly and all of our questions were answered honestly; the plans are pretty straight forward. My girlfriend and I have 2 lines, 2 Samsung S6 Edges, insurance, and 6GB of data for a rough monthly bill of $185 + tax (That's with no money down other than taxes, which were roughly $100 dollars for both new phones). Great store location, friendly staff, and Verizon is the best service in the country hands down. read more

This review is not about this location, but the general issue of getting an itemized bill. We cannot receive one in the mail unless we pay for it. The only way to get one online is to have text messaging. We refuse text messages. Do not have them. When we call to get signed up, we give them a password. When we try to use the password, we are told we have to have a 'secret' password. We have talked to a half dozen representatives and get nowhere. We will cancel our service and get AT&T or some other service, even though most of our family has Verizon. It is ridiculous to have to go through this just to see what they are charging you on your bill!!!! read more

I am horrible with technology and came in to ask how to transfer my pictures from one phone to another. The salesman took time to show me how to create and use a dropbox account for my pictures on a busy day right after Christmas. I wasn't there to buy anything. These guys ripped me off for $600! When the Samsung Galaxy S7 was released Verizon was promoting a free smartwatch (Samsung Gear S2, current retail $299) with every pre-order. It was about time for my wife and I to upgrade so I went in the next day and pre-ordered 2 S7's. The whole time the guys in the store were talking to me about the Gear S2 promotion even taking one out of the case to try on. They took my money for the phones and sent me on my way with instructions on how to claim the watches. Well it turns out the instructions took me through all kinds of twists and turns (and waiting, and waiting) at the end of which I was't even dealing with Verizon anymore but some shady promotions company. At the end of the day the promotions company informed me that the promotion was for online orders only and that they would not be sending me the watches because I had bought my phones in a store. (now I'm mad) I called the store and reminded them that they had told me (not once but many times) that I was getting 2 free watches. "Sorry can't help".... and I'm out $600. read more

Unprofessional all the way! I went in today to inquire about the current deal for the new iPhone. Went I walked in, all of the employees were playing on their phones. One guy, who was Asian, finally jumped up and asked if I needed any help. I told him what I was there for. He basically gave me some song and dance about the new offer, but said it wasn't that great. He then, as I was talking, started talking to another employee and laughing. He completely ignored me and why I was in the store. Clearly his playtime was interrupted and he really could've cared less about a paying customer and potential business. I won't be going back to this store. Plenty others to choose from. read more

This provider has the worst record of customer service I have experienced. I have spoken to them 6 times just to order an upgrade. Last year they shipped me the wrong phone and now have actually lied to me twice on the cost and the process to get a correct phone. This should be easy but not. Still have gotten it wrong. Plus the service in West U stinks. Try another company. read more

Our family went in search of another provider b/c ATTs fees and plans were getting to be too expensive and they were not easy to work with in trying to bring our phone bill down; we were customers at ATT for over 10 years. We walked into this store and was met by Will who was not only helpful to all of our questions but went above and beyond to make sure we would have a plan that fit our family needing coverage for 5 phones. He spent several hours with us not only making sure we each got a phone that worked for us and a plan that worked for our family; he also made sure everything was set up correctly; removing all activation fees and set up fees; he went in search of other bonuses we were entitled to which made our monthly bill more reasonable. He even worked well past the store closing hours ~ all with a smile! I highly recommend this store and Will in particular ~ we are happy to have finally made the switch to Verizon!!! read more
