Mr. Reyes called and texted periodically to make sure everything was going smoothly, which put me at ease. Through it all, my only problem was having to deal with a customer service agent in Oklahoma (I reside in Texas), who kept talking over me, trying to make me UNDERSTAND that I have a leak in the roof. Poor customer service on her part, but that will not deter me from giving Mr. Reyes 5 stars. I recommended CSG to two of my friends. The one that had the system installed is extremely satisfied. The other will have hers installed in August. I am sure she will be satisfied as well. Now, I have a different perspective on "one bad apple spoil the whole bunch". Not true in this case.
