They used to be much better but I don't like some of their newer policies, and things are definitely more expensive than they used to be.

I just told him I was going to browse around the Funko section to see what was available. He then Informs me that all POPs are buy 3 get 1 free. Sure, tempt me to buy more POPs! Found a couple of the Colonels myself and like any other Funko collector nerd, I inspected the box and figure for any imperfections. Headed towards the checkout counter where Hector was helping another customer so I patiently waited and browsed the Funko Pez section around the corner. My advice to Gamestop is don't place the huge price tag on the packaging. Collector nerds like myself hate that. Removing those stickers can be tricky if it's placed in a bad spot of the box. Another customer shows up to the checkout counter and Hector comes out behind the counter and shows us where to line up. It was kind of weird and funny at the same time. I suppose he just wants to leave ample space around the counter. He finally finishes up with the customer ahead of me and while he's ringing me up, he informs me they offer pre-sells on upcoming Funko releases. He proceeds to show me the stack of flyers with all the information. They dude is a seller, I tell ya. If you've ever worked retail, this is the type of person you'd love on your team! He's not pushy. Just seems to enjoy his job and wants to ensure the customer gets everything he/she came in for. Keep up the good work man.

ANYWAY...This GameStop is typical of your other GameStop locations where they will lowball the hell out of you for your games and then turn around and sell them for much higher. My complaints with this GameStop is the same with every other locations:(1) pricing - Amazon is much better when it comes to new releases, especially if you have Prime membership since you automatically get 20% off, and (2) they put price stickers on the game packages and these stickers are VERY difficult to remove and will leave adhesive residue. No bueno. The employees, however, have been helpful in helping you find a specific game, whether at this location, or they can look it up for you at a different location.
