He explained the new contrast paints in greater detail and went as far as providing an example with several pieces he was working on. If you need tutorials, he can provide you with them. Not only on painting, but the games and lore as well. He can also find you players for games and also tournaments. Several customers came in to not only game, but to also paint and work on their models. This is a very welcoming place for those that are into tabletop games or those just into hobbie and middle kit building. Everything needed to construct and paint is here, whether it's Eldar, Necrons, Adeptus Mechanicus, terrain, LOTR, or the Age of Sigmar stuff. This place is good for children and adults. And if you aren't sure about the hobby, the have books as well. You should check it out.

They've been in business for about 50 years, small local business but if you're into darts this is the place to go! They have a wide variety and selection of darts and games and frisbees. Depending on the item you're buying is a price point but you'll get quality product for what you're paying for! They have a variety of flights 3 for $5 it's awesome! This is the only place we will shop for our dart needs, they have EVERYTHING! We've bought our 2 sets of darts, some replacement items, flights, our dart board and the cover! Everything was well organized and the turnout was pretty good. There were two groups, one for juniors and one for (young) adults, for fairness. Another thing I liked was that everyone got 3 extra packs instead of awarding it based on wins, given we're playing with pre-con decks + 4 packs that are all random. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, shout-out to Bryan (the general manager?) and the official judge for the event. Plus I had a great conversation with him and Michael(?) about MTG; they're definitely very passionate about board & card games. They have anti-scalping policies in place for Pokemon. As for the space itself, decent amount of parking (more in the back). They're very popular for Warhammer, so there's a ton of product for those who play, and several tables set-up with many people playing all afternoon next to us (the 'playing hall' is pretty large!). They also have an aisle with board games for sale, and a counter with TCG products. Restrooms are spacious and clean. All in all, The Forge is pretty much all you can ask for in a LGS; they're also independently owned! I wish I live closer, but I'll definitely be here again soon!

I've been to this place a ton of times. Sometimes just to look around, other times to actually buy…read morethings. The owner and everyone I've interacted with that works there has always been super friendly and approachable. They have a huge selection of still unopened action figures. They also have some display cases with cool statues and even some video games. Their comic selection is small but they do still have some cool trades and individual issues. I've bought a few figures and statues from them in the past and the prices were always totally reasonable. Today I was not going to buy anything as I had some things that I wanted to sell. The owner was really easy to work with and offered a fair value for my stuff. Process was quick and easy. This place is awesome and I definitely recommend it.

I did get better offers, but I came back to Robert because of his honesty and not only did he make good on the offer he originally gave me, but he made even better on it by letting me shop the store adding additional value to the offer! I first stumbled upon when I saw a Facebook post about one piece heroine cards. I've been there 3 times now and they specialize in mostly sealed stock and tournaments for the different tcgs. They sell a variety of tcgs: weiss schwarz, pokemon ,one piece, Gundam, riftbound. Prices are very reasonable and fair. My third time I was able to enter my first one piece prerelease tournament. The players were so kind and patient with me and the owner and staff were super friendly making sure I could have someone teach me the basics and lending me don!! cards. Overall, a great experience both playing and buying. Will definitely continue to support this shop in the future and hope to learn how to get better at playing OP tcg. I hope they start adding pokemon to their tournaments and have some other events like trade night or model building.

I…read morerecently started collecting Pokémon cards and dragged my friends here with me after lunch in Chinatown. I had only visited one other TCG card store previously and this was a starkly different experience in the best way possible. I was immediately greeted warmly by Taylor and given an overview of what the store offered - Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Disney Lorcana, One Piece, and some accessories (e.g. play mats, card sleeves, etc.). My friends and I purchased two Paldean Fates tins and the remaining three 151 booster packs. We sat at one of the open tables whilst some other people were participating in the weekly Yu-Gi-Oh tournament. We opened all of our packs and still wanted more, so my friend went back to the counter to purchase the 151 poster pack that we had originally passed on. Within the 30 minutes that we were there, someone had purchased it! Totally understandable given the hype around this set and how reasonable this store's prices are. To scratch the itch, Taylor pulled out a box of common Pokémon cards for us to flip though. These were organized by set and by holographic, reverse holographic, etc. I ended up purchasing about 10-15 of these cards for $4. Almost all of them were $0.25 each with the exception of two that were a bit less common, which Taylor checked the market prices of and then charged me about a $1 for each - again very fair and reasonable. My hubby is a recently card collector as well but for Yu-Gi-Oh, so I picked up some goodies for him too, which included a Quarter Century Bonanza booster box containing 24 packs for $95. I mentioned to Taylor that the hubby was missing one card to complete Exodia - I knew there were different versions of these cards from different sets but Taylor immediately pieced together which card I was looking for and pulled put a binder of singles to show me. I was definitely my hubby's favorite person because that was exactly the card that he was looking for and he also pulled some rares from the booster box.
