The employee that works here is not friendly and act like it is a bother to get her to find a game or ask a question. I asked her if they had a game and she begrudgingly looked on the computer and said there was one in the store. I asked her to find it for me and she acted annoyed. After looking hard to find it she finally did in a small squeezed on space. I recommend going to another location or buying online since you won't get politeness here. Avoid this location unless you enjoy someone being disrespectful to you. read more

This location is terrible. The employees are lazy and unhelpful. We were at another location and they didn't have what we wanted. They gave us a list of nearby locations that had it in stock. But when we went to this location, he didn't even look up and just said they didn't have it. We asked if he could check in the back and he just said "no." We left even though I'm sure they had what we wanted in the back. Don't waste your time going to this one. read more

Helpful, always polite no problems here with them having what I needed. Had to replace my Game controller that still had warranty, at first the experience was a little frustrating, maybe that's on gamestops IT system. I bought them in december and some reason, either she didn't know how to access it or it would only show the last 5 transactions with my power card... that's ridiculous, yes I didn't have my recipt but this was gifted to me so they kept the recipt. Instead of soultions at that time, she tried to tell me to sell the one elite to them ans pay the difference... no... I have warranty... that would be silly. Long story short I got a full replacement and got the warranty again.. always get it.. its worth it!!!! And if you don't have a recipt and use your powerup rewards card call customer service and they will email you one.. read more

$70 dollar controller lasted 31 days. GameStop only warranties products they sell for 30 days. No help or info was offered. After doing my own research, I found out Microsoft warranties these products for 90 days. Why didn't they attempt to help? Or inform me of this info? Instead I was told there was nothing they could do and to have a good day... I don't anticipate I'll be back. With so many places to purchase gaming equipment, good service, knowledge and customer satisfaction is of the upmost importance. read more
