We were amazed at the amount of items in the store. They are definitely known for their tv stock. When all was said and done we ended up with a 55" LCD Toshiba tv for $500!!!! And that includes a 6 month warranty which allows you to upgrade of you choose. Back to the CS...we were greeted by an employee named Esteban, he was an older man and the most down to earth guy I've met in a while. He was very informative and saw that my husband and I were on a budget and gave us the tv dirt cheap. On top of that it happened to be raining that day and as we were trying to load the tv it stormed like nobody's business! On top of that the tv wouldn't fit in my husbands car (challenger). So with some ingenuity and determination Esteban dismantled the tv so it would fit. This guy went above and beyond his call of duty. He even gave us a blanket for the tv so it wouldn't get wet. All in all this process took about 45 minutes. The entire time Esteban was patient and friendly!! All he asked was to be invited over for the game and a cold beer!! Way to go EZ Pawn!! So not only did I have the go ahead or approval from the other pawn shops but from the website on my card of authenticity.. all I'm saying is... the numerous, loud, obnoxious, repetitive, apologies were kind, sure. And even the continuous examples of you telling me that you always go jewelry shopping with your family members bc you can spot fake jewelry from a mile away was surely comforting. But you may want to do more research about what is in fact real or fake or lab made. Let it be known I was ready to give this place 1 star until I spoke with the manager at this…read morelocation. After that, things were a little better but I can't say I would willingly return. Normally on Yelp, I offer fair but somewhat cute or comical reviews. This one is all business... I visited them on a weekday. I had called the other location a few days earlier and was instructed only to make an appointment if they were having a promotion. No mention of a promotion, I decided to just show up. When I arrived, there was one employee and the rest of the space was empty. She proceeded to ask me if I had sold gold before, if I had been a customer, etc. I said no. I gave her my items and before really looking at them she asked how much I expected to receive. This made it appear they are willing to negotiate, but they aren't. Since I had not done it before, I was open to hearing what she would offer. She tested each piece and made small talk with me. After the items were arranged, she casually mentions a promotion they will be having this weekend (Notice the other location never mentioned this). I ask about it and she says they will give you 50 percent more. I asked if she would be willing to give that to me because I live really far away and cannot come back. She simply said, "No. It's not the weekend". Hmmm. Then why tell me about the promotion? She asked where I lived and when I told her the area she asked why I lived that far away and why I came to them? (EXCUSE ME?) I ask again, with no offer of calling a manager or anything, she says, "No. I can't do that. But today I will definately give you the best price I possibly can". Oh... okay. So you DO have discretion, I think to myself. I wondered why she wouldn't try to help a customer out? She gives me a price. I say ok. Then she says "Well, is this okay with you?". There is that scent of negotiation again. I say yes and she proceeds with, "Well, I want to make sure you are happy with the price". I respond with, "Is there room for anything different? I understand the weight is fixed and pricing of gold is set daily". She says, "Yea. It is". Ok. So then why are you asking me if I'm happy? I get the money and leave totally not satisfied. Like any other person, I wanted the promotion that was waved in front of my face. I made the choice to call a manager and let them know what happened. I did. She was very kind and offered to give me the difference that I would have gotten during the promotion. She was completely understanding. I got the remaining amount and a very nice letter in about 2 days, which tells me she put it in the mail that day. Had my experience been similar to speaking with her, this place would have gotten 5 stars. The other employee was lackluster, at best. Samantha (manager) said she would speak to her. I believe she will. As a note, I did get a thank you from the woman that helped me, on the same day as the check. I do not feel they are related, so this means they send thank you notes. That was nice. Overall, while I do feel they handled the situation correctly, I can't say I'll run to them next time, but I do feel they tried to repair the situation and did so in a very professional manner.

Mike carries nearly all the paint and hobby supplies you'll ever need to build your own fantastic Armies and Game tables. And you'll always find someone there ready for a X-Wing, Bolt Action, 40k, or Age of Sigmar pick up game...occasionally even some Dropfleet or Dropzone players...among many more! The inventory is extensive, though geared more towards the Warhammer 40K crowd, but they have a large selection of x-wing, armada, Imperial Assault, and other games available. Not to forget to mention the largest selection of citadel, Vallejo and other paints and other painting supplies to make your models shine! The staff is well-versed in a wide variety of games and eminently knowledgeable on every facet of the tabletop wargaming hobby. Mike knows his stuff about tabletop gaming. If there is something you want he'll do everything he can to find it for you. Great atmosphere, all around good time from painting, building, or gaming. Don't know how to build, paint, or game well look no further because there is always someone in the store willing to teach or just give advice. The space itself is well-utilized and clean with plenty of space for both gaming and hobbying. the tables and terrain are absolutely fantastic! My favorite part about it is the provided paints and hobby space. As a painter it is nice to see a store that encourages the 'hobby' side of miniature gaming. Not many stores have the space to set aside for the hobby aspect of the game and what Mike does here is awesome. Clean, well lit spaces for working on your models is a must. They also host painting and modeling classes to help every skill level of painter up their skill points. It's cool to see the shop grow like it has so everyone should come check it out and have some fun!
