Concretely, it certainly helps to call the store ahead of time to check they're open (I did) and maybe even ask if they're continuously open that day (they sometimes are not); if picking up the phone for 1 minute is too onerous, I would also recommend checking the store's dedicated Facebook page for live events and promotions, as well as scrupulous advance notices of closure times. Is this the best WH store ever? Perhaps not in every respect. But leaving a one star review for the foregoing reasons doesn't do the location justice either.

I asked for an explanation on the pricing given it was so egregiously overpriced without cause. She said they don't base pricing off of current market evaluations . SO I am just very confused how a customer is suppose to value any of their products when the store doesn't seem to value the customer experience or shoppers intelligence. Also only offering 50% trades is robbery. 60% in store credit is useless when everything is so badly overpriced. I hope no one falls for that. The sealed product pricing was higher than the most aggressive scalpers I've seen. This is not a store for collectors or intelligent buyers. If you want to knowingly overpay 40%, this place is for you. Yikes.

Finally, the certified used architecture sets were being priced at sealed in box prices. Why would I pay the sealed price for a certified set? Hope they can make changes to improve their shopping experience. Did find a rare baseplate and liked the unique custom items in the store!

I had questions about some of the characters and wanted to make sure I was picking out the characters that are my friend's favorites. Without their help, I may have picked the wrong ones! There was a wide selection of items from stationary, to kpop merch, to bright trinkets. For such a small space, I spent quite a long time carefully inspecting each shelf. I ended up picking out about 6 items in various colors and was happy with the value for the gifts I chose. Each item I chose, I had not seen before so I felt like it was an exclusive experience and my friends loved all their gifts! I'm so happy with my haul and definitely recommend stopping in.
