Before switching, make sure you ask the sales agent for complete details about the plan. They may tell you that you'll receive a free phone, but be sure to ask about any fees, charges, or other terms that may apply. Since switching, I have been receiving more than 50 scam calls a day. I contacted customer service to report the issue, and they said they would take care of it, but I am still receiving these calls. Overall, I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience with Verizon. My rating star is ZERO.

This was the most unacceptable customer service I have ever had. My husband bought a cricket phone…read morefrom Walmart and a $30 card for minutes cause that's what he was told by the Walmart employee. When my husband couldn't get Cricket customer service on the phone after waiting hours he went to this location. Couldn't get the sim card in the phone and needed help getting his phone number ported over to this phone. This location charged him $50 (still don't know why) After a week went by dealing with Cricket and their horrible customer service reps and still not having his business phone number ported over, we gave up and took the phone back to Walmart and got a refund. So we paid $50 plus $30 for minutes (which we can't use) and to add more misery to this they continue to charge my account as if we have service with them. I'm writing this review because IO want others to know what they may go thru with them. We as customers deserve better service than what I recieved.
