I went to this location on July 10th for an iPhone screen repair. They quoted me two options, 1st option was $99, and 2nd option was $189. I paid for the $189 option. I have an iPhone 15 pro max. I asked could they provide a screen protector with the service and they agreed. I dropped my phone off and someone else picked it up for me. Of course the screen protector was not provided. I went out of town the next day. Fast forward to Monday, July 21st and my phone cracks in the corner. I immediately called the store and to figure out what was the warranty details. They provided a 30day warranty and of course he says it will not be covered. So I proceed to let him know that was unacceptable and how i never received my screen protector from start but and I had went out of town the next day so I couldn't go back. So at first it quotes me $75 and I'm still giving pushback and he says he'll just replace it. I told him I couldn't go to take my information and I would come to the store on Wednesday, July 23rd 2:30. He agreed. Now here is where I went wrong. I didn't get his name. It's only two men in the store to my knowledge, so I figured I would know who it was by face. I get to the store on Wednesday and the guy who originally I dealt with on July 10th was there alone. He said the guy I spoke to was not there and didn't tell him anything. So now I'm annoyed because I drove there for no reason. I left my name and number again and said I would be back Friday July 25th. I just get a phone call from the guy I spoke to on Monday and of course he's now denying everything he said! Go figure! Unprofessional BS Service at its finest! I hate liars and ppl who do not stick to their word! I should've just went to Apple instead of listening to ppl! Never will I ever make such a mistake like this! To the two men that work at this store, screw you!

It has a clean, modern feel and all of the agents were welcoming and knowledgeable. I even overheard some of them answering phone calls while waiting for my phone to be fixed and they were very nice, honest, and helpful. They answered all questions no matter how silly or ridiculous. The wait for my phone was no more than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in need of phone repairs. It is hard to find trusting, knowledgeable, and honest people when it comes to repairs/services of any kind. For me at least, I am always scared of getting charged extra or overcharged. I never once felt that way because they were so upfront about all costs. Have a phone in need of a fix or tune up? Go here. Pros: Very fast, great customer service, phone looks brand new. Cons: There was slightly funky smell but that went away after a while. Overall: Honest and upfront about everything which is hard to find these days. Highly recommended!

We go in they take my phone to the back to open it up and check it out to make sure that it is only the glass that is messed up ****now I know it is only the glass because I had just taken it to Apple and had that verified but didn't have it fixed because I didn't want to spend the 149.**** well of course they came back to the front and said my LCD was bad too and had to be replaced, so I say to him "I just took it and had it checked out and they said the glass needed to be replaced but the LCD was fine" then he tells me "well we do not sell just the glass, it is a glass screen/LCD combo we sell. So I'll just drop this picture of the Groupon they are selling which is clearly for a "glass replacement" only and tell you buyers to beware. I took a 41 minute drive to Hillcroft for some shady business to bait and switch me. So I still have a cracked screen and Apple here I come. They took my phone, did their "work," & when they handed it back, they casually mentioned, "Oh, we can't fix the thumbprint, but we can order it for you." How is that solving my problem? They went from quoting me $140 to $120. Great. However, just minutes after leaving, my home button stopped pressing smoothly, it got stuck & I had to press hard to get it to respond. Went back to show them, & of course, they did nothing. So now, I'm left with a broken button/thumbprint sensor & a $120 hole in my wallet. ___________________________ One-Week Update: The home button detached like it was trying to flee the scene. Now it's just a sad, useless piece of plastic. ___________________________ Three-Month Update: My phone has become a drama queen, losing battery faster than I can charge it & restarting every few minutes like it's auditioning for a reboot. Took it somewhere else to get fixed, & guess what? They informed me my side plates were missing. So yeah, this place decided my phone was a buffet & took parts without asking. How can we even know what they're doing when they take the phone to the back? Watch your back & your phone, because they might be "rearranging" things without you knowing. Good luck, but if you enjoy fixing someone else's mess after you pay them, this place might just be your cup of tea.
