Do not go to this business! They are liars! First and foremost they advertise $40 screen repair on…read morethe door and that is not the case! I went to this location on July 10th for an iPhone screen repair. They quoted me two options, 1st option was $99, and 2nd option was $189. I paid for the $189 option. I have an iPhone 15 pro max. I asked could they provide a screen protector with the service and they agreed. I dropped my phone off and someone else picked it up for me. Of course the screen protector was not provided. I went out of town the next day. Fast forward to Monday, July 21st and my phone cracks in the corner. I immediately called the store and to figure out what was the warranty details. They provided a 30day warranty and of course he says it will not be covered. So I proceed to let him know that was unacceptable and how i never received my screen protector from start but and I had went out of town the next day so I couldn't go back. So at first it quotes me $75 and I'm still giving pushback and he says he'll just replace it. I told him I couldn't go to take my information and I would come to the store on Wednesday, July 23rd 2:30. He agreed. Now here is where I went wrong. I didn't get his name. It's only two men in the store to my knowledge, so I figured I would know who it was by face. I get to the store on Wednesday and the guy who originally I dealt with on July 10th was there alone. He said the guy I spoke to was not there and didn't tell him anything. So now I'm annoyed because I drove there for no reason. I left my name and number again and said I would be back Friday July 25th. I just get a phone call from the guy I spoke to on Monday and of course he's now denying everything he said! Go figure! Unprofessional BS Service at its finest! I hate liars and ppl who do not stick to their word! I should've just went to Apple instead of listening to ppl! Never will I ever make such a mistake like this! To the two men that work at this store, screw you!

When it sinked in, I could see the light from inside the iPad. I didn't think it's normal. The button also moved around and sometimes doesn't work. I took it back and they lady kind of fix it. However, the light and camera fixture were broken and the button recognition was broke since day one. Well, guess what about 30 days later the home button sinked in again and the lpad does NOT work at all. I took it back to the shop and the guy refused to fixed bc it was past the 30 day period. I did called apple and they actually told me this shop messed up my IPad when they replaced the screen and Apple couldn't help me anymore. Now I am out of over $260 since I bought a screen protector and case thinking my IPad was fixed. The iPad doesn't work anymore and I tried reaching out to the shop several time but no answer. Unfortunately while I understand their need for customers as a small neighborhood business and their struggles as a small community, that's profits come from consistent costumers. I unfortunately was not pleased to find most things in the store do not have price tags, and instead they will try to haggle a price with you. Asking "how much are you willing to pay?" While it does allow leniency if you're into bargaining, for someone who prefers honesty, it isn't an appreciated business practice I'd expect anywhere outside of a flea ,or night market. And despite the many cameras pointed at you and electronic locks on the front door of the shop that can be locked and unlocked from the safety of the counter, they won't let you hold most items in your own hands to examine them. The store often looks empty when it isn't due to heavily tinted windows and a locked door during business hours you have to knock on and stand five feet in front of to get into. It feels like I'm making a back alley deal with a shady scammer even though it's not the case. The people inside or more than respectful, just cautious which I can appreciate. But I don't want to haggle a price, listen to you make a fake phone call to check the price of something and offer me a bogus deal like a mall salesman to get me to buy your product, half of what they have can be found online for much cheaper than they'll try to sell it to you for. And when you refuse to buy they'll noticeably lower the price to something within your price range, but just short of all the cash in your wallet. Again, some might find this to be exciting, but I personally do not and like to pay a fair price set for every customer. The only reason I give this place the rating I have is because they've repaired something of mines that was broken. Good for repairs, but if I wanted electronics I'd find the cheaper deal on Amazon, same item but for 7$'s less guaranteed. It's heartbreaking because I really do resonate with the hustle and empathize with the struggles, but do not approve of their practices. Regardless I still do follow their socials, support all their posts and praise their efforts, but I will not be consistently buying often from the business unless changes are made. It's truly a matter of preference, and I don't mean to bash anyone, just giving my input for those who care and share the same values as I.
