The battery was replaced and put back together like it was never opened. I actually got my phone back better than how I brought it in. (previous battery had bloated and lifted the screen). Service was completed within 2 hours. Although they said it would take one hour and when I returned they said they needed 15 min more which ended up being about an hour. Still impressive it was done that quickly. There was a steady flow of customers so be prepared for it to take a little longer than quoted (which happens). Parking is a little tough but its in the town of Herndon so take advantage of your visit by trying out some of the local restaurants and bars. There are many options with good variety. Its a quaint little town and a good opportunity to kill two birds with one stone. I'll be coming back here if i need to have a component in my cell phones replaced.

The return poly states "If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement, return or repair." Asked to speak to manager but he was unavailable. I would not recommend buying anything from them as they don't honor their policies. Update: The manager contacted me and explained that when the case was ordered from the other location the sale was considered a "final sale" and since this was not explained to me at the moment of purchase he gave me the option to go into the Sterling location and do an exchange of equal value. AZ Tech said they still had it but no motherboards were available yet. I called back again a few months later to check and was told that the laptop was thrown away. I'm still trying to wrap my head around how this happened, no notice or warning, they just threw it away. The hard drive on that machine is now gone forever.
