Do not buy from this store. I considered purchasing a TV but could get a better deal with Costco, but moreover the return policy is much more favorable if you have issues. I purchased an entertainment center from them with obvious defects. They tried to tell me that a "hole" in the cabinet was a natural occurrence (a knot in the wood). They offered to take the cabinet in return if I paid shipping OR I could exchange for the floor model!?!?!?! This is a small store but has plenty to see. The young man helping us was really nice and knew the TVs well. We ended up catching a 65" Q95d 2023 (one model year older) for about 30% off retail and less than Amazon and Wal-Mart. We didn't intend to buy a sound bar but they had a good quality bar and sub, so we got that as well. One thing to note was that the store was 10% cheaper than the online price, which is why it notes to come to the store. Delivery was free and the setup is about what the market charges. They do offer a discount for returning customers and we will be back for a few chairs in August. It was a positive, no pressure, experience. Even one of the other customers that walked in was really nice. It was just a great experience. Five Guys, Dunkin, Flagship Car Wash, and Top Golf are really close. read more

Store is new and conveniently located in the One Loudoun area but on the small side compared to some of their other stores so on display inventory might be less than some of the larger locations. Staff was friendly and very low pressure. I was shopping for seating a was able to get through the process with two trips to the store, the first of which had me walking out the door with the material samples to check them in my theater space. A friend recommended the Big Screen Store. I called, they offered suggestions for TV's and sound bars. I made the purchase after googling the items. They scheduled installation. The team was timely, neat, kind, fast. They removed my old TV, sound bar, reconnected the new unit, removed the trash. The installers gave me a tutorial on the remote. An hour later, I could not figure out how to get to Netflix. I called the Big Screen store, the person who answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable. He explained how to use the TV, remote. Then I called the company themselves and told me they don't know why they use this service considering their history of not being able to complete deliveries on time. Awesome experience. The manager was informative, truthful and encouraging of a sale without being pushy about it. Reviewed what he said at a bigger store and went back to deal with him. The technicians who came to install found it was a tougher install than they anticipated and while young were excellent by keeping at it until they found the right solution that worked and looked good. Me and the boyfriend stopped in this store this past week after dealing with a horrible experience at Best Buy. We just moved in together and first thing my man-child needed was a bigger and better TV to replace my old cheapo 39" Vizio haha. We first stopped at Best Buy but nobody bothered to even help us let alone acknowledge our existence. We Stood in the TV section for like 15 minutes. Finally we just decided to go around the corner to The Big Screen. It's in the same shopping center as best buy but a little tricky to find. (it's across the street from Value city FYI) Our sales guy was friendly and funny. I think his name was charly. He showed us all different TV's and such. I let my boyfriend to most of the talking while I got nice massage. (Yes they have massage chairs!!) We settled on a Samsung 65" TV and some sound bar thingy. We payed a little more than I wanted but oh well. I knew it was important for my BF with football coming up. Overall pretty happy with the experience. He asked all the right questions & was beyond patient with all of our questions & let me tell you, Kevin knew his stuff. There are so many confusing details & stats about TVs & the more I try to understand, the more confused I have become. I wish I had just walked in this store from the get go because in a short amount of time, I learned more then all that time spent surfing the web. The best thing about it was that I knew he was Truly helping me to find the best TV for us. He was not trying to sell a certain TV for sales reasons. I had a horrible shopping experience at Best Buy over Christmas & ended up with the wrong TV because of just that reason. It left me with such a foul taste. I bought a 75" Samsung TV from Jason about 5 months ago. He gave me a deal that I could not refuse. It was much better than Best Buy and other TV stores (I was shopping for a new TV for a month). After 3 months, we had some picture issue and when I contacted the store, they took the ownership of the issue and contacted Samsung support in my behalf and log a service call. When Samsung could not resolve the issue, again they took up on themselves and request a replacement unit. In one week I had my new replacement unit and they even worked with the installation team to come out and remove the old and install the new one. I highly recommend them and my next TV purchase will be through this store. Will not waste my time with Best Buy or other TV stores. read more

Horrible service. I bought a 65" TV and a Bose sound bar that as suppose to be top of the line. The sound bar constantly skips. When I call to have them come out and fix it they tell me someone will call and they never do. After paying $300 for installation they do not set up your TV and sound bar at all. I wanted to write this review because I have just experience excellent service! In this day and age great service usually is only provided just before a purchase. I called in today to ask if they would help me verify my proof of purchase(needed by Panasonic to even evaluate my repair claims against them). I bought a TV through them 15 months ago and it stopped working (not their fault they don't make the TVs.) I didn't buy the extended warranty because Panasonics are usually amazing. I explained my situation and they felt bad asked if their was anything they could do and emailed my proof of purchase. They even gave me a few pointers on how to express my discontent with Panasonic's Customer Service. A benefit was that they didn't try to get me to purchase another TV and wanted to fix my situation not make another sale. How many places would do this for a customer? I highly doubt you would get this from a large Electronic Store. This place as earned my business from now on. read more

I have shopped at this location many of times. In the past I have received great service. Better than a Best Buy or Costco, but nothing that would be note worthy. This time was different. First I had an issue with my TV from 2013, and Brian helped get the service taken care of. Two days later, I got a follow up from the store to make sure I was taken care of. The process was quick and painless and my TV is now fixed. A few weeks later I came in and Brian was busy, so I worked with Charlie. He was knowledgable and really took care of me. When I got my new Ultra HD tv delivered, I had some questions, so I came in and had an hour long class with Brian. He spent an hour of his time just hanging out with me and explaining what my Tv could do. These two guys are just amazing and I highly recommend shopping with them. read more

Their pricing is quite competitive with the other sellers of Samsungs and they were offering a 2-year warranty/support package on Black Friday. I read the reviews of this place before going in. I did not just read this location, but a few from the company. Honestly, there are some mixed reviews, but I really feel they are unwarranted. This store was pretty busy during the Labor Day weekend, but Bryan and Charlie made sure to make me feel important. There are only two guys who work, but they balance customers really well so it always feels like you are getting individual service. I worked with both of the gentleman during the weekend and both of them took their time with me to make sure I understood what I was looking at. They did not try to upsell me on the new and latest with the biggest price tag, but instead took their time to explain all the differences between each set. More importantly, they made sure I understood what differences were important for my TV watching and what were not. They wanted to educate me so I felt comfortable with whatever decision I made. They have a similar price to everyone, but if you buy others items from them, that is where you get your biggest savings. I looked at a stand and they took a couple hundred off. They also gave me a package for the install and offered a package for surround sound. If you are just starting your TV buying experience, this is the place to start. The salesman (Essy) was not high-pressure at all, took the time to show us anything we asked for, and was just an all-around nice guy. The TV was delivered on Monday, July 5th. TBSS called in the morning, as promised, and told us they would deliver between 4 and 7 in the afternoon.
